The purpose of the Phase 2a study is to: 1) demonstrate that the estimated VentaProst dose is safe and equivalent in effect to a dose administered via epoprostenol aerosolization by the current off-label-use practice; and 2) demonstrate that an optimum effect can be rapidly obtained with VentaProst titration.

This study aims to evaluate nerve excitability in participants with cisplatin-induced peripheral neuropathy (cis-PN) using threshold tracking nerve conduction studies (TTNCS). By assessing changes in nerve excitability parameters, the study seeks to enhance understanding of the pathophysiology of cis-PN and identify early markers of neurotoxicity in participants undergoing cisplatin-based chemotherapy.

This research is being conducted to understand if treatment can be tailored for participants with HPV-related oropharynx cancers using both clinical features (stage of the tumor, smoking status) combined with an investigational HPV blood test. The names of the test and treatments involved in this study are: * NavDx® HPV ctDNA testing (HPV blood test) * Radiation therapy * Chemotherapy: Cisplatin, or Carboplatin and Paclitaxel (not all participants receive any or all of these agents)
