Recording laws vary by state. Some states allow recording with the consent of one person in the conversation, while others require consent from everyone involved. We recommend checking your state's laws and informing your healthcare provider before recording.

What happens to my recordings after they're processed?

After your recording is processed and your summary is created, you decide what to keep. You can save both the recording and the summary, or choose to keep only the summary. If you delete something, it is removed from your account and scheduled for deletion from our systems in accordance with our data retention policies.

Clareo offers a Pro plan at $20 per month, or $15 per month when billed annually ($180 per year). The Pro plan includes unlimited recordings, AI-powered transcription, automatic visit summaries, follow-up explanations and clarification tools, secure cloud storage, and priority support.
