NCT07097142
This phase III trial compares the effect of decreased number of radiation (ultra-hypofractionated) treatments to the usual radiation number of treatments (hypofractionation) with standard of care chemotherapy, with cisplatin, gemcitabine or mitomycin and 5-fluorouracil for the treatment of patients with muscle invasive bladder cancer. Hypofractionated radiation therapy delivers higher doses of radiation therapy over a short period of time. Ultra-hypofractionated radiation therapy delivers radiation over an even shorter period of time than hypofractionated radiation therapy. Cisplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Gemcitabine is a chemotherapy drug that blocks the cells from making DNA and may kill tumor cells. Chemotherapy drugs, such as mitomycin-C and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving ultra-hypofractionated radiation may be equally effective as hypofractionated therapy for patients with muscle invasive bladder cancer.

Participants who will continue ocrelizumab treatment will receive IMP based on the dosage and administration received at the time of rollover from the Parent study.
NCT07245641
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a highly prevalent and debilitating condition among veterans and active-duty military personnel, with rates as high as 30% in certain combat-exposed populations. Conventional treatments such as prolonged exposure therapy and pharmacotherapy have limited efficacy and high dropout rates, highlighting the need for novel, rapidly effective interventions. Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) has been well established for treatment-resistant depression (TRD). Traditional TMS, which involves 6 to 7 weeks of daily, weekday scalp-targeted treatment, shows open-label response and remission rates of 58.1% and 30%, respectively. However, such protocols may be impractical for military personnel with limited medical leave. A new form of accelerated TMS (aTMS) that involves 10 imaging-guided treatments per day for 5 consecutive days has demonstrated substantial antidepressant benefits within days and response rates of 69% at 1-month follow-up. This protocol has not been tested for PTSD, in part because there was no causally informed brain circuit target. In this study, the investigators will test aTMS for PTSD using a novel PTSD circuit that the investigators have derived.
NCT04867902
This study examines the feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary impact of an adapted positive psychology-motivational interviewing (PP-MI) intervention for physical activity among patients who have recently undergone bariatric surgery.
NCT04005976
The Montalcino Aortic Consortium (MAC) will provide the infrastructure to assemble large cohorts of patients with mutations in known heritable thoracic aortic disease (H-TAD) genes, define the phenotype associated with these genes, and determine genetic and environmental modifiers of H-TAD.
NCT06081894
This clinical trial will study the effects of aficamten (versus placebo) on the quality of life, exercise capacity, and clinical outcomes of patients with non-obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
NCT06861088
The aim of this Phase 3 study is to evaluate the efficacy of Kinisoquin™ as compared to the placebo in prevention of thromboembolic events in patients with metastatic or locally advanced pancreatic cancer.
NCT07209397
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if a vaginal radiofrequency (RF) device called MORPHEUSV works to treat overactive bladder (OAB) in women. Researchers also want to learn how safe the device is for this indication. This study will include women ages 22 to 80 who have had OAB symptoms for at least 6 months. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does the MORPHEUSV device lower the number of daily episodes of accidental urine leakage caused by urgency? Does it work better than a sham (placebo) treatment? Researchers will compare the MORPHEUSV device to a sham treatment to see how well it reduces symptoms of overactive bladder. Participants will: 1) Receive one session of either the MORPHEUSV or sham treatment. 2) Track their symptoms using a diary and questionnaires 3) Return for three to six follow-up visits over 12 months. This study is being conducted at multiple clinics in the United States.
NCT06820138
The goal of this study is to develop a new, non-invasive brain stimulation modality called low intensity focused ultrasound (FUS) as a psychiatric rehabilitation treatment for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). FUS delivers energy comparable to that involved in diagnostic ultrasound but in a millimeter-sized envelope. Unlike currently available methods, the maximal FUS energy is delivered at a distance from a transducer on the scalp. Therefore, its promise is that it can deliver focal and reversible modulation to deeper brain regions involved in PTSD. The investigator team has previously conducted first-in-human research in FUS, and this study builds upon that work to conduct a phase II, dose-finding study. This study will pursue two Aims; the first is whether FUS to the amygdala can improve symptoms, and the second will evaluate whether FUS improves function by reduced disability, over a 1-month period. Short and longer-term effects of FUS will be measured and all FUS parameters are within FDA-defined safety thresholds for diagnostic ultrasound.
