NCT07078383
The Goal of this Clinical Study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Rapidlink device in the repair or replacement of the supra-aortic vessels during open surgical repair of aortic disease affecting the thoracic aorta. This study will collect information on patients who are already having surgery to repair their aorta and who will have Rapidlink device implanted into one or more of the aortic arch vessels. The first 32 subjects enrolled will undergo left subclavian artery repair or replacement, only, with the Rapidlink device. After the 32nd subject, enrollment will proceed to include subjects undergoing any supra-aortic vessel (i.e., left subclavian artery, left common carotid artery, and/or innominate artery) repair or replacement with the Rapidlink device in a planned surgery. After the 32nd subject is enrolled in the main group, up to 30 subjects will undergo supra-aortic vessel (i.e., left subclavian artery, left common carotid artery, and/or innominate artery) repair or replacement with the Rapidlink device in an emergency setting. Data will be collected before, during and after surgery including recovery at discharge, 30 days, 6 months, 1 and 2 years after the surgery.
NCT05998018
This prospective, multi-center, randomized, controlled clinical trial is being conducted to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the pdSTIM System to facilitate weaning from mechanical ventilation through phrenic nerve stimulation. Potential subjects who are on mechanical ventilation for at least four days and have failed at least one weaning attempt will be considered for the study. Those enrolled will be randomized in a 1:1 manner between the treatment group that is standard of care with the pdSTIM System and a Control group, which is standard of care alone.
NCT04253184
Medtronic is sponsoring the Micra AV Registry using the Micra AV system for continued surveillance of chronic atrioventricular synchronous pacing as intended, through the collection of data based on routine clinical care practice, following commercial release. The Micra AV Registry is conducted within Medtronic's Product Surveillance Registry (PSR) platform.
NCT05592275
The main purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of LY3540378 in adults with worsening heart failure with preserved ejection fraction
NCT07214961
This Phase 1 study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary effectiveness of AB001, an alpha-emitting radioligand targeting prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA), in patients with advanced prostate cancer who are either 177Lu-PSMA naïve or experienced. The study includes dose escalation to identify a recommended dose and dose expansion to further assess safety and anti-tumour activity. Primary objectives are to characterize the safety profile and determine the optimal dose and schedule for future studies
NCT06253871
This is a Phase 1/1b open-label, multi-center dose escalation and dose optimization study designed to evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of IAM1363 in participants with advanced cancers that harbor HER2 alterations.
NCT06394804
The researchers are doing this study to find out whether the combination of avutometinib, defactinib, and letrozole is an effective treatment for people with low-grade serous ovarian cancer (LGSOC). The researchers will also look at the safety of this combination.
NCT02918032
This study aims to understand the state of onset of NLSD(neutral lipid storage disease) / TGCV(triglyceride deposit cardiovasculopathy) worldwide, background information of affected patients, and natural history of the disease, as well as exploring the prognostic factors and assessing the efficacy of disease-specific treatment.
NCT04868604
The aim of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of 67Cu-SAR-bisPSMA in participants with PSMA-expressing metastatic castrate resistant prostate cancer.
NCT05907564
Evaluate the safety and efficacy of the Aventus Thrombectomy System for aspiration thrombectomy in subjects with acute pulmonary embolism.
NCT06286670
The goal of this clinical trial is to compare two types of surgical fixation in patients with specific kinds of distal femur fractures. The main questions it aims to answer is which operation for distal femur fractures is better for efficient return to work and everyday activities.
NCT03827798
The main purpose of this study is to assess preliminary efficacy and safety of CFZ533/iscalimab (Cohort A), LYS006 (Cohort B), MAS825 (Cohort C), LOU064/remibrutinib (Cohort D) and VAY736/ianalumab (Cohort E) in patients with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa and to determine if CFZ533, LYS006, MAS825, LOU064 and VAY736 have an adequate clinical profile for further clinical development.
NCT05699174
This is a Phase III clinical randomized control trial to investigate differences between patient with an infected nonunion treated by PO vs. IV antibiotics. The study population will be 250 patients, 18 years or older, being treated for infected nonunion after internal fixation of a fracture with a segmental defect less than one centimeter. Patients will be randomly assigned to either the treatment (group 1) PO antibiotics for 6 weeks or the control group (group 2) IV antibiotics for 6 weeks. The primary hypothesis is that the effectiveness of oral antibiotic therapy is equivalent to traditional intravenous antibiotic therapy for the treatment of infected nonunion after fracture internal fixation, when such therapy is combined with appropriate surgical management. Clinical effectiveness will be measured as the primary outcome as the number of secondary re-admissions related to injury and secondary outcomes of treatment failure (re-infection, nonunion, antibiotic complications) within the first one year of follow-up, as defined by specified criteria and determined by a blinded data assessment panel. In addition, treatment compliance, the cost of treatment, the number of surgeries required, the type and incidence of complications, and the duration of hospitalization will be measured.
NCT05459571
The goal of this clinical study is to learn more about the study drug, axicabtagene ciloleucel, in participants with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) in the outpatient setting.
NCT04403204
The focus of this prospective observational study is to (1) establish the range and variation associated with bone/soft tissue perfusion in fracture patients, using ICG fluorescence imaging; (2) examine the relationship between perfusion and complications such as surgical site infection (SSI), persistent SSI, and fracture nonunion; (3) to determine whether the quantitative ICG fluorescence can be used to guide bony debridement in the setting of infected fracture to minimize complications.
NCT06242470
The study is designed to understand the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and preliminary antitumor activity of MGC026 in participants with relapsed or refractory, unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors The study has a dose escalation portion and a cohort expansion portion of the study. Participants will receive MGC026 by intravenous (IV) infusion. The dose of MGC026 will be assigned at the time of enrollment. Participants may receive up to 35 treatments if there are no severe side effects and as long as the cancer does not get worse. Participants will be monitored for side effects, and progression of cancer, have blood samples collected for routing laboratory work, and blood samples collected for research purposes.
NCT07023835
Usnoflast Neuromuscular Investigation for Treatment Efficacy in Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis
NCT07388173
The prevention of infectious diseases in older adults remains a major public health challenge, as acute respiratory infections are a leading cause of hospitalisation, mortality, and functional decline worldwide. Immunosenescence and environmental exposures increase susceptibility to infection and reduce vaccine effectiveness in this population. Respiratory viruses, including influenza, SARS-CoV-2, respiratory syncytial virus, and human metapneumovirus, account for a substantial share of this burden, much of which is vaccine-preventable. However, their impact on functional decline and recovery in older adults remains insufficiently characterized. This international study aims to assess the effect of hospitalization for major respiratory viral infections on loss of autonomy in individuals aged 60 years and older, to inform targeted prevention and vaccination strategies.
NCT06095531
