The aim of these study to determine the prevalence of hepatitis Delta virus (HDV) infections and the prognosis of HDV patients in Turkey's southeast. The investigators intend to arrange training sessions for 250 family physicians in Diyarbakir, Batman, Mardin, and Sanliurfa in order to determine those goals. The investigators will talk about diagnosing hepatitis B virus (HBV), HDV, hepatitis C virus (HCV), and Human Immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infections during these events. To ensure that patients with simultaneous HDV infection are evaluated for HIV/HCV and to detect liver fibrosis with a non-invasive method.

The objective of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of transplanting lungs from hepatitis B virus (HBV) nucleic acid test positive (NAT+) donors into HBV vaccinated HBV surface antibody positive (sAb+) lung transplant candidates, who will then be treated with Hepatitis B Immune Globulin (HBIG) and entecavir, tenofovir disoproxil, or tenofovir alafenamide.

The investigators hypothesize that very low ketogenic diet could represent a new therapeutic option in the management of patients with MASLD and cACLD. Therefore, the investigator propose a randomized controlled study that evaluates the impact of two dietary protocols -Mediterranean diet, and very low ketogenic diet- the MD and the VLCKD, in individuals with cACLD secondary to MASLD.
