This study examines a patient population with a non-healing, non-infected venous leg ulcer (VLU) having adequate arterial perfusion with confirmed venous reflux. It is hypothesized that weekly applications of the human placental allograft BioREtain® Amnion Chorion (BR-AC) applied to a non-healing VLU will result in a higher proportion of wounds showing complete healing within 12 weeks of initiating therapy, compared to standard care alone. This study has a crossover period, where subjects on standard care alone who do not achieve complete healing within 12 weeks of initiating therapy will be allowed to crossover to receive BR-AC over 12 additional weeks, to evaluate if their wound can achieve complete healing.

This phase II Expanded Lung-MAP treatment trial tests tepotinib with or without ramucirumab for the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (stage IV) or that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Tepotinib is used in patients whose cancer has a mutated (changed) form of a gene called MET. It is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal MET protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of tumor cells. Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Giving tepotinib with ramucirumab may lower the chance of the cancer from growing or spreading in patients with stage IV or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer.

The key features of the tool include a digital medical passport, updated congenital information, community support, and patient stories and advice. The investigators aim to test the acceptability, feasibility, efficacy, and effectiveness of the intervention.

This is a research study to test whether a once-weekly injection of abatacept will prevent the progression of Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) to a more severe form. To evaluate the effectiveness of a 24-week course of treatment with abatacept plus usual care versus usual care to prevent polyarthritis (≥5 joints), uveitis, or treatment with other systemic medication within 18 months of randomization in children with recent-onset limited JIA.

Investigators will evaluate the implementation of an evidence-based, Spanish-language, digital, cognitive-behavioral therapy intervention (SilverCloud) in primary care settings for Latino patients with depression and/or anxiety. 426 participants will be enrolled in a two-armed trial comparing self-guided vs. supported dCBT (SilverCloud). At the provider level, investigators will compare the efficacy of provider referrals with the use of a clinic patient registry to identify candidates who could benefit from a digital mental health intervention.

The Antibiotic Prophylaxis in Patients Undergoing Elective Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA): Multi-Center Trial is a study that will compare the effectiveness of various perioperative strategies for antibiotic delivery as prophylaxis for periprosthetic joint infections (PJI) and surgical site infection in elective primary TKA. The investigators hypothesize that a single dose of prophylactic antibiotic administered within 60 minutes before the incision is not an effective way to prevent PJI in elective primary total knee arthroplasty (TKA). The investigators also hypothesize that the prolonged delivery (24 hours) of antibiotic prophylaxis after surgery does not further reduce the incidence of PJI in elective primary TKA. Duke University is the only site recruiting both primary total knee arthroplasty and unilateral knee arthroplasty.

The goal of this randomized, prospective, interventional clinical trial is to evaluate the use of Brijjit® in reducing the incidence of hypertrophic scarring in individuals undergoing gender-affirming bilateral double incision mastectomies at a single-institution, single-surgeon site (Esther A. Kim, MD). Patients will serve as a self-control (one side of the chest receives intervention, the other serves as a control). Primary endpoints include scar appearance and quality. Secondary endpoints include patient perception of the scar using the Patient and Observer Scar Assessment Scale (POSAS). Participants will be taught how to apply Brijjit® at home if any units fall off before 6 weeks postop.

This study will examine the balance between immune regulatory and effector responses in hepatitis B-infected participants enrolled in the HBRN's clinical trials (NCT01369212 and NCT01369199) to define natural history and treatment outcome.

Even though HIV medicine stops the virus from making more copies of itself, the virus remains in the body by hiding inside of immune cells. This hidden virus is referred to as the "latent reservoir." Researchers on this team are studying whether stimulating the immune system can change the nature of the latent reservoir and if this could help people control HIV without the need to take regular HIV medicine. This study is testing a drug called N-803. N-803 is also known as Interleukin-15 or "IL-15", a powerful and long lasting protein that can affect the immune system by stimulating immune cells such as CD8+ T cells and natural killer (NK) cells. CD8+ T cells and NK cells are both crucial for eliminating infected cells. The drug is FDA-approved for the treatment of bladder cancer, but in this study the drug is being used experimentally for HIV.

The Mendaera Guidance System ("Study Device") is intended to provide guidance for precise instrument placement of common percutaneous devices by positioning the device relative to the ultrasound transducer and the resulting image during a diagnostic or therapeutic procedure. After instrument placement is achieved, investigator will perform any further clinical tasks, procedures, or treatment using standard of care. The target population for whom this device is intended includes participants requiring ultrasound guided, percutaneous procedures. Participants who are scheduled to undergo an ultrasound-guided procedure will be consented and enrolled in the study. Prior to the study procedure, participants should be prepared for ultrasound-guided procedure using standard of care. Once the investigator determines that an ultrasound-guided procedure can be performed, the compatible percutaneous instrument will be connected to the Study Device, and the investigator may proceed to utilize the System to perform targeting and depth tracking of the instrument. Once access has been achieved, Participation will conclude after the first follow-up which is anticipated to be within 24±12 hours.

We are enrolling participants aged 22 and older to have LASIK surgery in both eyes. We will perform wavefront-guided LASIK in one eye and ray tracing-guided LASIK in the fellow eye of each participant. We are trying to see if there are any differences in the efficacy between the two types of LASIK procedures.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of efgartigimod PH20 SC 1000 mg, and the clinical efficacy, PD, pharmacokinetics (PK), immunogenicity, impact on the quality of life (QoL) of the participants, treatment satisfaction, and administration method preference, and the feasibility of self- and caregiver-supported administration of the SC injection. This study is being done to find out if a new medicine called PF-08634404, when given with chemotherapy, works better than the present standard treatment (pembrolizumab with chemotherapy) for adults with a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is either locally advanced (spread to nearby tissues) or has spread to other parts of the body. To join the study, participants must meet the following conditions: * Be 18 years or older. * Have locally advanced (Stage IIIB/IIIC) or metastatic (Stage IV) squamous or non-squamous NSCLC. * Is not a candidate for complete surgical resection or curative chemoradiotherapy. * Do not have known actionable genomic alterations * Be treatment naïve for advanced or metastatic disease Participants in this study will be assigned to two different parts of the study depending on their type of tumor: participants with squamous NSCLC will be assigned to Part 1, while participants with non-squamous NSCLC will be assigned to Part 2. Each participant will be randomly assigned (like a flip of the coin) to one of two treatment groups in a blinded fashion: * Part 1 - Arm A or Part 2 - Arm C (Experimental Group): Will receive a new study medicine called PF-08634404 along with a kind of chemotherapy specific to the type of tumor. * Part 1 - Arm B or Part 2 - Arm D (Control Group): Will receive an approved medicine called pembrolizumab along with a kind of chemotherapy specific to the type of tumor. Participants will receive their assigned treatment through intravenous (IV) infusions, which means the medicine is given directly into a vein. The treatment will be given in cycles, participants will receive PF-08634404 or Pembrolizumab in combination with chemotherapy followed by maintenance with either PF-08634404 or Pembrolizumab monotherapy (Part 1) or PF-08634404 or Pembrolizumab in combination with a chemotherapeutic drug (Part 2). Participants will continue receiving treatment if it is helping and not experiencing serious side effects. The study will include regular visits for: * Treatment and health checks: while participant continues receiving treatment. * Tests to monitor how cancer responds: every 6 weeks during the first 48 weeks, then every 12 weeks thereafter.
