NCT06926062
This clinical trial compares usual care to interpersonal communication training and vaccination workflow training, alone or in combination, for improving communication about and recommendations for human papillomavirus (HPV) and other vaccinations in pharmacies. Low HPV vaccination in the United States has placed unvaccinated children at risk of developing cancers as adults that could have been prevented. Pharmacies can be convenient for vaccination because they are open longer hours, have shorter wait times, can see patients without appointments and may cost less. However, many people are not aware that vaccination is available in pharmacies and some pharmacies lack the commitment from staff to vaccinate or may not have protocols in place for vaccination. Proactive communication approaches to recommending HPV vaccination have been shown to be effective in medical offices but have not been tested in the pharmacy setting. Interpersonal communication training incorporates the 5 A's (assess, advice, agree, assist and arrange) behavioral counseling framework to strongly recommend HPV and other vaccines and effectively answer any questions or concerns about vaccination. Vaccination workflow training establishes vaccination decision support strategies that pharmacies use to improve vaccination workflows. Interpersonal communication training and vaccination workflow training alone or in combination may improve communication and recommendations for HPV vaccination and increase HPV vaccination in pharmacies.
NCT06747117
The primary objective of this study is to collect and evaluate clinical evidence supporting the safety and performance of the Indigo™ Aspiration System in a patient population with lower extremity acute limb ischemia (LE ALI).
NCT06385080
The purpose of this study is to determine safety and preliminary efficacy of amivantamab monotherapy, amivantamab in addition to pembrolizumab, amivantamab in addition to paclitaxel and amivantamab in addition to pembrolizumab and carboplatin in participants with recurrent/metastatic head and neck cancer. The study will also confirm the recommended Phase 2 combination dose (RP2CD) for amivantamab in addition to paclitaxel. The safety and preliminary efficacy of amivantamab in addition to pembrolizumab will also be determined in perioperative (before and after surgery) setting in participants with resectable locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).
NCT04901195
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety of long-term therapy of bimekizumab in study participants with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS)
NCT05797610
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of sefaxersen (RO7434656), a novel Antisense Oligonucleotide (ASO) therapy in participants with primary IgA nephropathy (IgAN) who are at high risk of progressive kidney disease despite optimized supportive care.
NCT07265479
The purpose of this global Phase 3 clinical study is to investigate the safety and efficacy of tapinarof cream, 1% in participants ages 3 months to 23 months (inclusive) with atopic dermatitis.
NCT05488314
The purpose of this study is to identify the recommended Phase 2 combination dose (RP2CD\[s\]) of the amivantamab and capmatinib combination therapy in participants with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in Phase 1 (combination dose selection), and to evaluate the antitumor effect of the amivantamab and capmatinib combination therapy in mesenchymal-epithelial transition (MET) exon 14 skipping mutation and MET amplified NSCLC, when administered at the selected RP2CD(s) in Phase 2 (expansion).
NCT06391918
Protocol GVO-1102 is a phase 1, open label, multi-center study in adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. This study includes two parts: dose escalation and dose expansion. In the dose escalation phase, GEN2 will be administered at increasing dose levels via intravenous infusion or intratumoral injection on Days 1, 3 and 8 every 4 weeks. Valganciclovir will start dosing on Day 12 and continue for 10 days (through Day 21). Once a recommended dose has been defined in approximately 35-45 patients, the dose expansion phase will initiate to further assess intravenous administration of GEN2 in specific tumor types. Approximately 15 patients per tumor type will be enrolled in the intravenous dose expansion phase.
NCT07058077
This study is designed to learn if enlicitide decanoate is safe and effective to treat children and adolescents with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH) and high amounts of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in the blood. The goals of this study are to learn about the safety of enlicitide and if children tolerate it, what happens to enlicitide in a child's body over time, and if enlicitide works to lower cholesterol levels in children more than a placebo.
NCT02724228
This is a Phase 2, Open-Label, Extension Study to Evaluate the Long-Term Safety, Tolerability, and Efficacy of BMN 111 in Children with Achondroplasia. The primary objective is to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of daily SC injections of BMN 111 in children with ACH who have completed two years of treatment in the 111-202 study.
NCT03749187
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of BGB-290 and temozolomide in treating adolescents and young adults with IDH1/2-mutant grade I-IV glioma that is newly diagnosed or has come back. BGB-290 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as temozolomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving BGB-290 and temozolomide may work better in treating adolescents and young adults with IDH1/2-mutant grade I-IV glioma.
NCT07225946
The purpose of this study is to find out whether treatment with pasritamig and docetaxel prolongs radiographic progression free survival (rPFS) (the length of time from start of treatment until disease worsens as determined by scans) when compared to treatment with docetaxel in participants with metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC; a cancer of prostate, a male reproductive gland found below the bladder, that grows despite low levels of male hormones).
NCT05018416
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, efficacy, and durability of up to two Renal Autologous Cell Therapy (REACT) / rilparencel injections delivered percutaneously into biopsied and non-biopsied contralateral kidneys on renal function progression in two different cohorts of subjects with Type1 Diabetes Mellitus (T1DM) or Type2 Diabetes Mellitus(T2DM) and Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).
NCT03989947
