NCT03625037
The purpose of this trial is to measure the following in participants with relapsed and/or refractory B-cell lymphoma who receive epcoritamab, an antibody also known as EPKINLY™ and GEN3013 (DuoBody®-CD3xCD20): * The dose schedule for epcoritamab * The side effects seen with epcoritamab * What the body does with epcoritamab once it is administered * What epcoritamab does to the body once it is administered * How well epcoritamab works against relapsed and/or refractory B-cell lymphoma The trial consists of 3 parts: * a dose-escalation part (Phase 1, first-in-human \[FIH\]) * an expansion part (Phase 2a) * a dose-optimization part (OPT) (Phase 2a) The trial time for each participant depends on which trial part the participant enters: * For the dose-escalation part, each participant will be in the trial for approximately 1 year, which is made up of 21 days of screening, 6 months of treatment (the total time of treatment may be different for each participant), and 6 months of follow-up (the total time of follow-up may be different for each participant). * For the expansion and dose-OPT parts, each participant will be in the trial for approximately 1.5 years, which is made up of 21 days of screening, 1 year of treatment (the total time of treatment may be different for each participant), and 6 months of follow-up (the total time of follow-up may be different for each participant). Participation in the study will require visits to the sites. During the first month, participants must visit every day or every few days, depending on which trial part the participant enters. After that, participants must visit weekly, every other week, once a month, and once every 2 months, as trial participation ends. All participants will receive active drug, and no participants will be given placebo.

NCT05554354
This phase II ComboMATCH treatment trial compares the usual treatment alone (fulvestrant) to using binimetinib plus the usual treatment in patients with hormone receptor positive breast cancer that has spread from where it first started to other places in the body (metastatic) and has an NF1 genetic change. Fulvestrant is a hormonal therapy that binds to estrogen receptors in tumor cells, resulting in estrogen receptor destruction and decreased estrogen binding, which may inhibit the growth of estrogen-sensitive tumor cells. Binimetinib is a targeted therapy that may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. The addition of binimetinib to fulvestrant in breast cancers with an NF1 genetic change could increase the percentage of tumors that shrink as well as lengthen the time that the tumors remain stable (without progression) as compared to fulvestrant alone.
NCT02658279
The purpose of this study is to test if the study drug called pembrolizumab could control the growth or shrink the cancer but it could also cause side effects. Researchers hope to learn if the study drug will shrink the cancer by half, or prevent it from growing for at least 6 months. Pembrolizumab is an antibody that targets the immune system and activates it to stop cancer growth and/or kill cancer cells.
NCT05648500
The goal of this clinical trial is to see how well cenerimod reduces symptoms of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in adult patients with moderate to severe symptoms. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How well cenerimod works on top of the treatment already being administered. * How safe cenerimod is for adult patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. Researchers will compare one dose of cenerimod and a placebo to see how well cenerimod works when it is added to the treatment already being administered. In this research study approximately 210 participants will receive cenerimod and approximately 210 participants will receive placebo for 12 months.
NCT04605549
This is a multicenter, open-label study in adult patients with PA to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of CIN-107 after up to 12 weeks of treatment (Part 1), and then for eligible, consenting patients follow patients in Part 2 for up to 74 weeks for evidence of long-term safety and tolerability.
NCT07166094
The purpose of this study is to compare how well Rina-S (GEN1184) works compared to treatment of physician's choice (paclitaxel or doxorubicin) that are considered standard medical care for the treatment of recurrent or progressive endometrial cancer (EC) following prior therapy. There is an equal (50:50) chance of getting either Rina-S or a chemotherapy agent as treatment in this study. The study duration will be approximately 3 years. The treatment duration will be different for every participant, but an average of 4 to 6 months is expected. All participants will receive active drug; no one will be given placebo. Participation in the study will require visits to the study site(s).
NCT06747585
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, preliminary anti-tumor activity, and to determine the recommended Phase II dose (RP2D) of the ALE.P02 monotherapy in adult patients with selected squamous solid tumors.
NCT05977907
This research is being done to see if it is safe to give investigational combination of study drugs (Pembrolizumab and IO102-103) before surgery to people with surgically resectable (removable) newly diagnosed or recurrent metastatic SCCHN. This will be done by watching participants closely for possible side effects from Pembrolizumab and IO102-103. In addition, participants will be monitored for any delays to their surgery due to the study drugs.

Interstitial lung disease (ILD) is a lung condition resulting in inflammation and stiffening of the lung, often associated with connective tissue diseases (CTDs). ILD causes reduction in lung volume, shortness of breath, cough and fatigue therefore has high impact on quality of life and is also the leading cause of death in participants with these conditions. The study will assess whether treatment of CTD-ILD participants with belimumab in addition to standard therapy will result in the stabilization and/or improvement of lung function and improve symptoms associated with ILD with an acceptable safety profile.
NCT05489380
Recent updates of the guidelines on polyp surveillance of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE) and European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ESGE) increasingly focus on size of polyps as an important indicator of malignant transformation to colorectal cancer (CRC). However, the interobserver variability in polyp size assessment between optical diagnosis of endoscopists and pathologists is considerable. This may lead to incorrect surveillance intervals in patients at risk for developing colorectal cancer, which may increase the risk of post-colonoscopy CRC (PCCRC). This study aims to assess the precision of a new laser-based measurement system (AccuMeasure, VTM Technologies Ltd.) for polyps during colonoscopy.
NCT07447713
