NCT05919108
This phase II trial tests how well neratinib prior to the primary treatment (neoadjuvant) works in treating patients with stage I-III HER2 mutated lobular breast cancers. Neratinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of cancer cells. Giving neratinib in addition to normal therapy may work better in treating cancer than the endocrine therapy patients would normally receive.
NCT01163578
The objective of this study is to evaluate whether certain proteins, expressed in biological tissues can indict a better understanding of the effect of drugs that are used to treat rejection, and of processes leading to rejection and rejection-free outcomes.
NCT06602024
The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the safety and reactogenicity of mRNA-1010, and to evaluate relative vaccine efficacy (rVE) of mRNA-1010 versus an active comparator against reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR)-confirmed protocol-defined influenza-like illness (ILI) caused by any influenza A or B strains.
