The Strados RESP Biosensor has been designed to extend the range of lung sound recording both geographically and temporally to improve the standard of care when access to continuous monitoring has been replaced by periodic or no monitoring. This study will test the safety of ipilimumab to see what effects, if any, the drug has when used as maintenance therapy for people with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma who have received chemotherapy and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (AHCT). Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), a common chronic disorder in the veteran population, is associated with drug costs exceeding $ 10 billion/year. Only 30-40% of patients with reflux symptoms have erosive esophagitis. The vast majority suffers from non erosive reflux disease (NERD), a condition in which standard endoscopy fails to identify any mucosal breaks and is unable to confirm the diagnosis. Unfortunately, a gold standard for the diagnosis of NERD does not exist. Narrow band imaging (NBI) utilizes spectral narrow band filters (incorporated into standard endoscopes) and helps to see abnormal areas not identified during standard endoscopy. Preliminary results have shown that NBI endoscopy may represent a significant improvement over standard endoscopy for the diagnosis of NERD. The purpose of this study is to accurately diagnosis non acid reflux disease by using a blue light (also known as NBI)upper endoscopy technique.

Prospective, single cohort, multi-center study evaluating the TREFOIL concept for the treatment of edentulous or patients with failing mandibular dentition over 5 years. 90 patients (15 per centre) will be included. The subject population is at least 18 years old, in need of an implant restored full prosthesis providing sufficient bone in the interforaminal where a fixed restoration on three implants is regarded as an appropriate treatment solution. The components are TREFOIL treatment concept (implants and framework).
