NCT03678025
This phase III trial studies how well standard systemic therapy with or without definitive treatment (prostate removal surgery or radiation therapy) works in treating participants with prostate cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Addition of prostate removal surgery or radiation therapy to standard systemic therapy for prostate cancer may lower the chance of the cancer growing or spreading.

The primary objectives of the study are: * To describe the safety profile of all participants in each age group and each study intervention group up to 12 months post-last dose. * To describe the neutralizing antibody profile at Day 1, Day 22, and Day 36 of each study intervention group. The secondary objectives of the study are: * To describe binding antibody profile from Day 1 to Day 387 of each study intervention group. * To describe the neutralizing antibody profile from Day 91 to Day 387 of each study intervention group. * To describe the occurrence of virologically-confirmed coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19)-like illness and serologically-confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection. * To evaluate the correlation/association between antibody responses to SARS-CoV-2 messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccine and the risk of virologically-confirmed COVID-19-like illness and/or serologically-confirmed severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection.
NCT03763643
This is a pilot/feasibility, multicenter, randomized, open label, clinical trial to test that hypothesis that plasmapheresis plus rituximab prior to or at the time of kidney transplantation can prevent recurrent FSGS in children and adults.
NCT03881696
This study is a multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study in participants 1 to less than 56 years of age who are allergic to peanut and at least two other foods (including milk, egg, wheat, cashew, hazelnut, or walnut). While each participant may be allergic to more than two other foods, the primary endpoint/outcome in this study will only be assessed in peanut and two other foods for each participant. The primary objective of the study is to compare the ability to consume foods without dose-limiting symptoms during a double-blind placebo-controlled food challenge (DBPCFC), after treatment with either omalizumab or placebo for omalizumab.
NCT05335928
The primary aim is to test whether abatacept, as compared to placebo, is associated with a reduction in major adverse cardiac events (MACE) among participants hospitalized with myocarditis secondary to an immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI). The primary outcome, MACE, is a composite of first occurrence of cardiovascular death, non-fatal sudden cardiac arrest, cardiogenic shock, significant ventricular arrythmias, significant bradyarrythmias, or incident heart failure.
NCT05297448
Study RNLC3132 is a Phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter study to assess the efficacy and safety of rifaximin SSD-40mg IR for the delay of the first episode of overt hepatic encephalopathy (OHE) decompensation in liver cirrhosis, defined by the presence of medically controlled ascites.
NCT06602024
The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the safety and reactogenicity of mRNA-1010, and to evaluate relative vaccine efficacy (rVE) of mRNA-1010 versus an active comparator against reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR)-confirmed protocol-defined influenza-like illness (ILI) caused by any influenza A or B strains.
NCT07070895
The goal of this single-cohort clinical trial is to learn whether a smartphone-based Cough Management (CM) program can reduce cough frequency and burden in adults (21-80 years) who have refractory or unexplained chronic cough. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does four weeks of using the CM feature in the CoughPro app lower objective cough rate (coughs per hour) compared with each participant's one-week baseline? * Does the program also lessen cough intensity (bout metrics) and improve patient-reported quality-of-life scores on the Leicester Cough Questionnaire and PGI-S? Participants will: * Wear a Hyfe CoughMonitor smartwatch continuously for 6 weeks (1-week baseline, 4-week intervention, 1-week follow-up), charging it nightly. * Complete science-based in-app CM lessons based on behavioral cough-suppression therapy and practice the techniques during the 4-week intervention. * Fill out online questionnaires (LCQ and PGI-S) at baseline and at the end of Week 4. * Join a brief exit interview, then return the smartwatch and receive a compensation voucher.
NCT05043324
AntiCov-220 prevents and treats before, during, and after infection with SARS-CoV-2. The composition is fractionally extracted from herbs (Ascorbic Acid, L-Arginine hydrochloride, Adenosma glutinosum extract, Eclipta prostrata extract, Phyllanthus urinaria extract, Impatiens balsamina extract, Rutin, Pregnenolone acetate, Allium sativum, Pyridoxine 5-phosphate, Cyanocobalamin), using flavonoids, isoflavonoids, and pregnenolone in combination with ascorbic acid as the key compounds in preventing and killing SARS-CoV-2; increase antibodies and protect cells; supplementing precursors to help the body strengthen antibodies and reduce the risk of infection; destroy spike protein, toxic protein, help prevent blood clots causing stroke; restore the physiological function of cells after virus infection; helps the body to stabilize the amount of cortisol in the blood as well as stabilize the production of specific antibodies. The composition participates in anti-inflammatory and cell-protecting processes, bringing blood cortisol, B-lymphocytes, Cyfra 21-1, WBC, CRP, fever, dyspnea, and other signs of respiratory tract inflammation to a normal state and normal limit.
NCT03104374
This is a Phase 3 multicenter study that included two periods. Period 1 was designed to compare the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of upadacitinib 15 mg once daily (QD) and 30 mg QD versus placebo in participants with moderately to severely active Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) who had an inadequate response to Biological Disease Modifying Anti-Rheumatic Drug (bDMARDs). Period 2 evaluated the safety, tolerability and efficacy of upadacitinib 15 mg QD and 30 mg QD in subjects with PsA who completed Period 1.
NCT06829667
This study is intended to be a retrospective chart review of patients with chronic ankle instability who have undergone a lateral ligament reconstructive procedure for ATFL repair (isolated or non-isolated) with suture tape augmentation. Patients that have been treated at any of the participating institutions that have undergone an ATFL reconstruction with Arthrex InternalBrace augmentation who have postoperative hospital or ASC records of safety and effectiveness as measured by adverse events, potential complications, and potential functional outcomes past the 10-week time point will be included.

NCT04992546
This was a Ph2a study that consists of a double-blind, intra-patient placebo-controlled treatment period and an open-label uncontrolled treatment period with objective to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK and preliminary efficacy of PRN473 in up to 40 patients with mild to moderate AD. On Day 1 (Baseline) of the Blinded Period, 2 target lesions with a difference no greater than 1 point in Total Sign Score (TSS) were randomly assigned to treatment in an intra-patient 1:1 manner, one lesion to PRN473 and the other to matching placebo. Participation took approximately 13 weeks, including up to a 5-week screening period, a 6-week treatment period, end of study assessments 1 day after last dose, and a safety follow-up phone call 2 weeks after last dose.
NCT06472076

NCT05722015
This study is to assess the pharmacokinetics (PK) and safety of SC pembrolizumab formulated with berahyaluronidase alfa (MK-3475A) versus (vs) intravenous (IV) pembrolizumab (MK-3475), administered with chemotherapy in first line treatment of adult participants with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. The primary hypotheses of this study are pembrolizumab formulated with berahyaluronidase alfa subcutaneous (SC) is noninferior to pembrolizumab IV with respect to PK parameters.
