The REACH study is for people with CF who do not take cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) modulators. The goal of the REACH study is to collect research data, including health data and specimens, from people with CF who do not take CFTR modulators. This data may be used to inform CF research, help design CF clinical trials and support the development of new treatments for people with CF who do not take CFTR modulators. Another goal of this study is to learn about research involvement for people with CF who do not take CFTR modulators, engage them in research, and give them an opportunity to learn about what is involved in participating in a CF research study.

This phase IV trial examines the effectiveness of a multi-level smoking cessation program for high-risk women in rural communities. Cigarette smoking is a major risk factor for cervical cancer in women. Rural primary care practices and providers often lack the electronic health record support to pre-identify smokers for services, as well as lack the necessary counseling training and access to comprehensive cessation programs. Implementing evidence-based smoking cessation programs in rural Appalachia may decrease the rates of cigarette smoking and as a result decrease the rates of cervical cancer.

The HIP ATTACK-2 trial is a multicentre, international, parallel group randomized controlled trial to determine whether accelerated surgery for hip fracture in patients with acute myocardial injury is superior to standard care in reducing death at 90 days after randomization. The trial will also assess secondary outcomes at 90 days after randomization: inability to independently walk 3 metres, time to first mobilization (first standing and first full weight bear), composite and individual assessment of major complications (e.g., mortality, non-fatal myocardial infarction, acute congestive heart failure, and stroke), delirium, length of stay, pain, and quality of life.

Cabozantinib s-malate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth and by blocking blood flow to the tumor.

The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about long-term safety and long-term effects of the study medicine (called ritlecitinib) for the potential treatment of severe alopecia areata, a condition that causes hair loss. This study is seeking participants who have: * previously completed one of Pfizer's pediatric studies for Alopecia Areata (B7981027 or B7981031). * at least 50% scalp hair loss due to alopecia areata (for participants enrolling from the study B7981031). * received varicella vaccination (2 doses) or have been infected by varicella zoster virus before based on blood test reports. All participants in this study will receive the study medicine (ritlecitinib). Participants who received ritlecitinib higher or lower doses in the parent Study B7981027 will continue receiving the same ritlecitinib dose in this trial. Participants who received placebo in the parent Study B7981027 and all participants from parent Study B7981031 will receive either higher or lower dose of ritlecitinib in this trial. The study medicine is a capsule that is taken by mouth. It is taken 1 time each day at home. The study will help see if ritlecitinib is safe and effective. Participants will take part in this study for a duration of up to 3 years (36 months). During this time, they will have 17 study visits at the study clinic. The study team will also call participants once a month over the phone.

The purpose of this clinical trial is to understand the health effects of a new oral nicotine pouch, and also to understand if this product can help reduce traditional cigarette smoking. The main aims are: 1. Understand the impact of nicotine pouch use on toxicant exposure biomarkers, and indicators of potential harms to health. 2. Examine the influence of nicotine pouch use on conventional tobacco product use (cigarettes). Participants will be randomized to one of six nicotine pouch groups (3 nicotine strengths, each with 2 potential flavors) to use over 16 weeks and asked to reduce their cigarette smoking over that time by at least 75% by substituting with the use of the nicotine pouches. Researchers will compare the outcomes of the different nicotine pouch strengths and flavors to each other. Participants will be asked to complete study questionnaires and provide urine, exhaled carbon monoxide, and mouth cell samples, and other health measurements.

The purpose of this study is to assess an intervention that incorporates engagement strategies with a medical team navigator, an educational video and accessible genetic testing services to maximize the genetic testing and education of at-risk relatives. In this study, first degree relatives who agree to participate will either receive this intervention or standard of care. The investigators do not know if the facilitated interventional method will be more effective than the standard of care method. This research is being done because identification of patients with inherited gynecologic/breast cancer syndromes is critical to enable delivery of tailored cancer treatment and cancer prevention to both the patients and their at-risk relatives. Cascade genetic testing, defined as extending genetic testing to the family members of affected patients, results in a more precise risk assessment and initiation of appropriate cancer screening and prevention strategies. Therefore, this trial will compare the efficacy of a multicomponent facilitated intervention for first degree relatives vs. standard of care in terms of the overall proportion of first degree relatives who complete genetic testing by 6 months (primary outcome).

This is a single-arm, non-inferiority study in which patients who have achieved a very good partial response (VGPR) or better, according to International Myeloma Working Group (IMWG) response criteria, following 6 to 9 months of treatment with teclistamab, a B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA)-directed T-cell engager (anti-BCMAxCD3 bispecific antibody), will be offered monitored drug discontinuation. Teclistamab is typically dosed on a regular schedule (every 1-4 weeks) indefinitely until disease progression ("continuous therapy"). Here, a limited-duration regimen will be studied in which patients achieving ≥VGPR after 6-9 months of standard teclistamab dosing will discontinue therapy and resume if laboratory or clinical parameters suggest early disease progression ("limited-duration therapy"). Patients will enter the clinical trial protocol after completing 6-9 months of standard teclistamab monotherapy and achieving ≥VGPR. The study's hypothesis is that the failure probability six months after stopping teclistamab in this patient population will be non-inferior compared to that of historical controls treated with continuous therapy. Reducing drug exposure may be beneficial by reducing risk of infection and reducing anti-BCMA selective pressure toward generation of BCMA-negative relapses. Analysis of minimal residual disease (MRD), tumor features, and bone marrow microenvironment parameters, which will be pursued as exploratory correlative analyses in this study, may identify factors that predict durable response to limited-duration therapy and thereby enable more precise selection of patients likely to benefit from this approach. A subset of patients will be enrolled on a biomarker study for analysis of these exploratory endpoints.
