NCT03441464
The primary objective of this feasibility study is to determine if administration of LUM015 will result in positive fluorescence of tumor tissue from ex vivo specimen imaging with the LUM Imaging device from patients undergoing radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer. Both normal tissue and tumor tissue will be imaged and analyzed. The LUM Imaging System is a portable combination product consisting of an imaging device and an imaging agent (LUM015). Patients with an established diagnosis of prostate cancer and who are eligible for radical prostatectomy will be screened. Eligible patients will be enrolled and on the day of their planned surgery, LUM015 will be administered 2-6 hours prior to surgery. Patients will undergo radical prostatectomy 2-6 hours after LUM015 administration. All surgical specimens will be imaged with the LUM imaging device and have routine diagnostic assessment. Patients will be monitored for adverse events from time of injection through the first standard of care post-surgical follow-up visit.
NCT03732807
This is a global Phase 2b/3 study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational study drug (called PF-06651600) in adults and adolescents (12 years and older) who have 50% or greater scalp hair loss. The study is placebo-controlled, meaning that some patients entering the study will not receive active study drug but will receive tablets with no active ingredients (a placebo). This is a dose-ranging study, investigating 5 different dosing regimens. It will be double-blinded, meaning that the sponsor, the study doctors, the staff, and the patients will not know whether a patient is on active study drug (or the dose) or placebo.
NCT04905628
Performance of the Dexcom Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System in Pregnant Women With Diabetes Mellitus
NCT03922477
This Phase Ib study is designed to evaluate the safety and pharmacokinetics of atezolizumab when given in combination with Hu5F9-G4 to patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
NCT03445130
The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of lavender aromatherapy on preoperative anxiety by measuring changes in pulse rate and anxiety core using Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Index questionnaires and on postoperative pain medicine usage. Study participants will then be randomized into one of four groups; either they will receive 2 drops of lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia) oil (LO) or 2 drops of Michelia Alba Leaf oil (MA) or 2 drops of unscented Almond oil (AO) or two drops water on the inside of an oxygen face mask for 15 minutes. Linalool makes up \~30% of Lavandula Angustifolia oil and is believed to be its most active anti-anxiety component. Before and after treatment, anxiety level will be measured using the Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory.

NCT03907176
This is a Phase 3b, open-label study to assess postoperative opioid use in subjects undergoing unilateral open inguinal herniorrhaphy with intraoperative administration of HTX-011 and a postoperative non-opioid multimodal analgesic (MMA) regimen. The study will be conducted in 2 sequential parts: Part 1 is randomized and Part 2 is Investigator's preference for MMA regimen.
NCT02725593
A trial of patients aged 10-24 years with type 2 diabetes mellitus to evaluate the comparative efficacy and safety between dapagliflozin and Placebo.
NCT02165345
This open-label extension of the JIGSAW studies (WA28117 \[NCT01904279\] and WA28118 \[NCT01904292\]) is designed to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of subcutaneous (SC) tocilizumab treatment in participants with polyarticular-course and systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pJIA and sJIA). Participants from the 2 JIGSAW studies will continue to receive 162 milligrams (mg) of SC tocilizumab with treatment schedule according to arthritis subtype and body weight. Participants will receive the treatment until commercial availability of the drug or for a maximum of 5 years, whichever is earlier.
NCT02636946
This study will evaluate the intraocular pressure (IOP)-lowering effect and safety of Bimatoprost SR compared with selective laser trabeculoplasty in participants with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension who are not adequately managed with topical IOP-lowering medication for reasons other than medication efficacy (e.g., due to intolerance or nonadherence).
NCT03308396
This is a single arm, multi-centre (via Big Ten Cancer Research Consortium) phase Ib/II study of patients treated with durvalumab 1500 mg IV q 4 weeks in combination with guadecitabine at the recommended phase 2 dose subcutaneously for 5 consecutive days. Eligible patients will have metastatic RCC with a clear cell component, ECOG performance status of 0-1, have received 0-1 prior therapy but no prior anti-PD-1/PD-L1/CTLA4 (Cohort 1, 36 subjects). Study treatment could potentially continue for up to 13 cycles (52 weeks).
