Substudy B: This study was designed to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a second dose of RSVpreF when administered after a dosing interval of approximately 1 year: * At a dose of 120µg (as studied in the Phase 3 Efficacy Study) * Blood samples will be collected for antibody testing. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 18 months. * The study will be conducted in Argentina. Substudy C: This study was designed to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a second dose of RSVpreF when administered after a dosing interval of either 3 or 4 years: * At a dose of 120µg (as studied in the Phase 3 Efficacy Study) * Participants will receive either placebo or a second dose of RSVpreF approximately 3 or 4 years after receiving the initial dose of RSVpreF in the main efficacy study. * Blood samples will be collected for antibody testing. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 24 months. * The study will be conducted in the United States and Canada.
NCT05145491
Vitrectomy to remove an epiretinal membrane (ERM) is one of the most common procedures performed by retinal surgeons. Patients who present with significant macular changes on optical coherence tomography (OCT) but relatively good vision are often advised to defer surgery until vision declines to 20/40 or worse. However, it is unknown if delaying surgery, which allows the foveal architecture to remain compromised and potentially to deteriorate, results in worse visual acuity outcomes than if surgery is performed earlier. In addition, there is a need to better understand predictors of outcomes when surgery is performed and predictors of progression when surgery is deferred. Finally, one of the most common presenting symptoms from an ERM is distortion or metamorphopsia. There are several objective measures of metamorphopsia but none have ever been employed to evaluate ERMs in a randomized clinical trial (RCT) and their usefulness is unknown. The purposes of this study are to better understand the optimal timing of surgery to produce the best visual result, to better understand predictors of outcomes in those who undergo surgery and predictors of progression in those whose are observed, and to better characterize and evaluate the usefulness of metamorphopsia and reading speed measures.
NCT03210103
The goal of this randomized treatment de-escalation study is to formally compare outcomes in HPV related oropharyngeal cancer tumors treated with a primary radiotherapy versus a primary surgical approach, to provide a high level of evidence to guide the selection of treatment options for a subsequent phase III trial
NCT07133308
This study evaluates the safety and effectiveness of deuruxolitinib in adolescents aged 12 to less than 18 years who have 50% or greater scalp hair loss.
NCT04163185
AXS-07 is an oral, investigational medicine consisting of MoSEIC meloxicam and rizatriptan, which is being developed for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults. AXS-07 tablets are formulated to provide an enhanced rate of absorption of meloxicam. This study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of AXS-07 compared to placebo. This is a randomized, double-blind, single-dose, placebo-controlled trial. Subjects who successfully complete the screening period and continue to meet all entry criteria will be randomly assigned to take one dose of either AXS-07 or placebo upon the earliest onset of migraine pain.
NCT03896581
This is a study to demonstrate the clinical efficacy, safety and tolerability of bimekizumab administered subcutaneously (sc) compared with placebo in the treatment of tumor necrosis factor alpha-inadequate responders (TNFα-IR) subjects with active Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA).
NCT05840224
The goals of this clinical study are to identify if GS-4528 alone or in combination with anti-programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) (Anti-PD-1) Monoclonal Antibody is safe and tolerable in people with solid tumors and to identify the recommended dose of GS-4528 for further development that is safe to give to people alone or in combination with Anti-PD-1 Monoclonal Antibody. The primary objectives of this study are: * To assess the safety and tolerability of GS-4528 as monotherapy and in combination with Anti-PD-1 Monoclonal Antibody in participants with advanced solid tumors. * To identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD)/maximum administered dose (MAD) and/or the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of GS-4528 as monotherapy and in combination with Anti-PD-1 Monoclonal Antibody in participants with advanced solid tumors.

NCT05700383
The investigators aim to conduct a randomized controlled trial to test the feasibility of a mind-body walking program compared to a health education program for individuals with chronic musculoskeletal pain. The investigators will assess the feasibility of recruitment procedures (enrollment, recruitment of racial and ethnic minorities) and intervention delivery (fidelity, adherence, credibility, satisfaction, optimization), following pre-specified benchmarks. Both programs will be delivered in-person.
NCT04921787
This study is a multi-site, cluster randomized, two group implementation trial comparing a low- versus high-intensity implementation strategy for supporting hospital-based opioid use disorder treatment (HBOT) in community hospital settings where medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) treatment has not been implemented.

NCT04243499
Part 1 will be a dose escalation study of IV ICT01 (a monoclonal antibody targeting BTN3A) as monotherapy in patients with advanced solid or hematologic tumors, followed by a cohort examining the combination of ICT01 plus pembrolizumab (Keytruda). Part 2 will be a cohort expansion into 2 solid tumor indications and one hematologic malignancy for ICT01 monotherapy, and 3 solid tumor indications for the combination of ICT01 plus pembrolizumab.
NCT04146428
Research teams in Boston University, UCLA, and Weill Cornell will recruit 90 participants in 3 years (10 participants per site per year) and evaluate JASPER, play-based intervention, using the BOSCC and ELSA-T. Participants will be randomized to receive JASPER facilitated either by a clinician or the caregiver. After 10 weeks, the participants will be evaluated using the CGI to determine if they are "responders" or "non-responders". Nonresponders will be given a mix of clinician and caregiver-facilitated JASPER and responders will remain the course for the following 10 weeks. Coding of the BOSCC and ELSA-T will be the outcome measures and change will be evaluated throughout the study.
NCT06342401
Colorectal cancer (CRC) once predominantly affected older individuals, but in recent years has witnessed a progressive increase in incidence among young adults. Once rare, early-onset colorectal cancer (EOCRC, that is, a CRC diagnosed before the age of 50) now constitutes 10-15% of all newly diagnosed CRC cases and it stands as the first cause of cancer-related death in young men and the second for young women. This study aims to detect EOCRC with a non-invasive test, using a blood-based molecular assay based on microRNA (ribonucleic acid)
