NCT04823650
COHORT A: To study whether a digital health tool called Actigraph can be used to collect information on gait and physical activity in healthy children aged 3-17. The study will be conducted at the Pfizer Innovation Research Laboratory (PfIRe Lab) in Cambridge MA. In the lab at the first visit, we will ask participants to do activities such as walking on different surfaces as well as to roll a dice and move between different activity stations. Children will wear 2 Actigraph devices, one as a watch and one as a belt. They will then go home and do usual daily activities while answering a brief daily activity diary for approximately 2 weeks. The conclusion of the study will be over the telephone and include questions on the comfort and wearability of the device. The analysis of gait and physical activity as well as adherence and wearability will be looked across three different age groups 3-5, 6-11, and 12-17. COHORT B: Cohort B of the study aims to evaluate the feasibility of the Panoramic Bracelet and associated algorithms such as SleepPy and GaitPy compared to the GENEActiv device and to evaluate the comfort and wearability of the Panoramic Bracelet. The results of this study will enable the use of novel devices in future clinical trials measuring scratch and sleep. . In the lab at the first visit, we will ask participants to do activities such as walking on different surfaces as well as to roll a dice and move between different activity stations. They will then go home and do usual daily activities while wearing both devices in the same wrist at different times stipulated in the protocol, answering a brief daily activity and sleep diary for approximately 2 weeks. Cohort B includes questions on the comfort and wearability of the Panoramic device on Day 7 approximately. The conclusion of the study will be over the telephone. The analysis will be looked across three different age groups 3-5, 6-11, and 12-17
NCT03755791
This Phase 3 study evaluates the safety and efficacy of cabozantinib in combination with atezolizumab versus the standard of care sorafenib in adults with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who have not received previous systemic anticancer therapy. A single-agent cabozantinib arm will be enrolled in which participants receive single agent cabozantinib in order to determine its contribution to the overall safety and efficacy of the combination with atezolizumab.
NCT07011667
This study will look at how well CagriSema helps people living with obesity to lose weight and maintain the weight loss long-term. The study has 2 parts: The first part is called 'the main study' and the second part is called 'the extension study'. In the main study participants will either get CagriSema (a study medicine) or placebo (a dummy medicine that looks like CagriSema but has no active ingredient). Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. Participants are two times more likely to get CagriSema than placebo. If participants get CagriSema in the main study, participants will continue on CagriSema in the extension study. Which dose of CagriSema participants will continue on is decided by chance. If participants get placebo in the main study, participants will get CagriSema in the extension study. Participants will take one injection of study medicine once a week. The study will last for about 3 years and 3 months.
NCT06754462
This Phase 2b, multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized withdrawal study is designed to assess the efficacy and safety of IMVT-1402 in adult participants with active, difficult-to-treat, anti-citrullinated protein autoantibody (ACPA) positive rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
NCT04194775
This is a multi-center, double-blind, randomized, phase III study to investigate the efficacy and safety of Nofazinlimab (CS1003) in combination with lenvatinib and placebo in combination with lenvatinib in the treatment of subjects with no prior systemic treatment and with unresectable advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Subjects cannot be eligible for locoregional therapy. In this study, Nofazinlimab (CS1003) (or placebo) and lenvatinib are both considered as the study treatment while Nofazinlimab (CS1003) (or placebo) is the investigational product of and lenvatinib is selected as the basic treatment for HCC.
NCT05852938
Safety and Efficacy of BION-1301 in Adults with IgA Nephropathy

NCT05908786
This is a Phase Ib/II, open-label, multicenter, randomized platform study to evaluate neoadjuvant immunotherapy combinations in participants with resectable HCC. The study is designed with the flexibility to open new treatment arms as new agents become available, close existing treatment arms that demonstrate minimal clinical activity or unacceptable toxicity, or modify the participant population.
NCT06188689
Calcium Release Deficiency Syndrome (CRDS) is a novel inherited arrhythmia syndrome secondary to RyR2 loss-of-function that confers a risk of sudden cardiac death. Diagnosis of CRDS presently requires cellular-based in vitro confirmation that an RyR2 variant causes loss-of-function. We hypothesize that CRDS can be diagnosed clinically through evaluation of the repolarization response to brief tachycardia, mediated by cardiac pacing, and a subsequent pause.

Each participant must have completed all required visits per protocol in the parent study AROAPOC3-2003 (USA and Canada participants only; NCT# 05413135), AROAPOC3-3001(Canada and Japan participants only; NCT05089084), AROAPOC3-3003 (NCT06347003), AROAPOC3-3004 (NCT06347016) or AROAPOC3-3009 (Argentina, Italy, South Africa, and Spain; NCT06347133). Subjects who previously met all eligibility requirements for AROAPOC3-3003 or AROAPOC3-3004 and were not permitted to proceed to randomization per the Sponsor's direction in order to prevent excessive over-enrollment may also be enrolled in this trial. The subjects must meet all other applicable eligibility criteria prior to enrollment and have an HbA1c results of \<=10% within 30 days prior to Day 1. Subjects entering this OLE from AROAPOC3-2003 must meet the following additional criteria to be considered for enrollment in addition to applicable eligibility criteria: 1. HbA1c ≤10% within 30 days prior to Day 1 2. Completed AROAPOC3-2001 prior to entry into AROAPOC3-2003 AND fulfill either (c) or (d) 3. Baseline fasting TG level of ≥500 mg/dL and prior history of acute pancreatitis at the time of enrollment into AROAPOC3-2001 4. Baseline fasting TG level of ≥1000 mg/dL at the time of enrollment into AROAPOC3-2001 All eligible participants will receive plozasiran administered subcutaneously (SC) approximately every 3 months for 24 months. Participants will be counseled to remain on the specified low-fat diet throughout the study in accordance with local standard of care.
NCT03774082
