NCT04787627
Prospective two group cross over investigation, comparing the investigational device (Power Knee, a powered microprocessor controlled prosthetic knee) and subjects prescribed microprocessor prosthetic knee (MPK). The primary objective was to evaluate the efficacy of the investigational device in reducing exertion during walking compared to passive MPKs. Additionally to evaluate the efficacy of the investigational device in the short and long term compared to passive MPKs and previous versions of the Power Knee, during daily living activities i.e. walking on level ground, in stairs and inclines, rising from and sitting down to a chair as well as performance of gait functions and ease of set up for average to highly active transfemoral/knee disarticulation amputees and Certified Prosthetists/Orthotists (CPOs).
NCT00371033
The purpose of this study is to determine whether pregabalin is an effective treatment for Chronic Prostatitis/Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome.
NCT04759703
The investigators propose to test the use of pramipexole in patients being treated for Opioid Use Disorder to test its ability to reduce symptoms of both Restless Legs Syndrome and protracted opioid withdrawal and thereby promote initiation, engagement, and retention in treatment.
NCT03597399
The objective of this study is to collect long-term safety information (i.e., for 5 years after treatment) associated with voretigene neparvovec-rzyl (vector and/or transgene), its subretinal injection procedure, the concomitant use of corticosteroids, or a combination of these procedures and products. The enrollment period will last for two years from the first treatment following product approval (through 31March2020) and include a minimum of 40 patients.
NCT04857372
The purpose of this study is to characterize the safety and tolerability of IAG933 in patients with mesothelioma, NF2/LATS1/LATS2 mutated tumors and tumors with functional YAP/TAZ fusions and to identify the maximum tolerated dose and/or recommended dose.
NCT06182241
The investigators will conduct the formative work that is necessary to develop a novel, multi-level intervention (inclusive of patient- and provider-level components), which will increase awareness of and modify the complex, intersecting factors that contribute to cervical cancer development among cisgender women with HIV (WWH). In Aim 1a, the investigators will explore the multi-level barriers and facilitators to follow-up appointment attendance among WWH who have had a recent high-risk abnormal Pap smear in the past six months, via qualitative interviews with WWH who have either attended at least one follow-up visit (n\<10) or have not yet attended a follow-up visit (n\<10). In Aim 1b, the investigators will explore provider awareness of the HIV-cervical cancer relationship and perspectives on barriers to retention in care via qualitative interviews (n\<8). For Aim 2, The study team will leverage the Aim 1 data, develop a patient-level intervention (1-2 sessions) and a provider toolkit, with the goal of increasing retention in care among WWH who are at heightened risk for cervical cancer. The study team will seek feedback on the manual and the toolkit from providers and from a community advisory board. In Aim 3a, the investigators will test the feasibility and acceptability of the intervention in a pilot randomized control trial (RCT) (n\<60). The study team will also assess (1) changes in self-efficacy to attend cervical cancer-related healthcare appointments pre-post intervention, (2) the proportion of women who attend a follow-up appointment, and, of those participants, (3) the proportion of women who complete the next phase of treatment. In Aim 3b, the investigators will explore the feasibility of intervention implementation in the clinic and acceptability of the provider-level intervention components in qualitative interviews with providers, clinic staff, the interventionalists, and other key stakeholders (n\<10).
NCT05381532
This study is designed to assess how healthy premenopausal women respond to different patterns of sleep loss at different times in the menstrual cycle.
NCT07182006
Youth with chronic pain struggle to go to school, play sports, or spend time with friends and family due to pain. Medications are often ineffective, and aerobic exercise may improve both pain sensitivity and participation in valued life activities. This study will be the first to examine the impact of a single session of intense aerobic exercise on pain sensitivity measures in youth with and without chronic pain syndromes to help determine if aerobic exercise can improve pain and functioning.
NCT03971071
Study 20170703 is a phase 4, randomized, double-blind, parallel-group, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of erenumab against placebo in participants with chronic migraine (CM) who have a history of at least 1 preventive treatment failure and are diagnosed with medication overuse headache (MOH).
NCT03375918
The goal of CONSULT-BP is to train early-stage healthcare providers, including residents and nurse practitioner (NP) students, to mitigate providers' bias, improve communication skills, and enhance providers' ability to develop authentic and meaningful therapeutic alliances with patients. The study setting is an academic safety net hospital that serves a large non-White and poor population. The Investigators hypothesize that patients' outcomes (blood pressure levels) will be lower after the training intervention compared with before training (control) periods.
NCT04856917
Efficacy and Safety of Imsidolimab in Participants with Acne Vulgaris
NCT01503632
This randomized phase III trial studies compliance to a mercaptopurine treatment intervention compared to standard of care in younger patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has had a decrease in or disappearance of signs and symptoms of cancer (remission). Assessing ways to help patients who have acute lymphoblastic leukemia to take their medications as prescribed may help them in taking their medications more consistently and may improve treatment outcomes.
NCT04186845
A prospective, Phase 3, multi center, single-arm, imaging study investigating the safety and diagnostic performance of rhPSMA 7.3 (18F) Positron Emission Tomography (PET) ligand in men with suspected prostate cancer recurrence based on elevated Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) following prior therapy.
NCT04223752
This is a phase 1, open-label, non-comparative, multicenter clinical study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of ceftolozane/tazobactam (MK-7625A) in pediatric participants with nosocomial pneumonia (NP).
NCT02194842
The primary objective of the trial is to assess if upfront combination of enzalutamide and Ra223 improves radiological progression-free survival (rPFS1) by investigator assessment compared to enzalutamide single agent in castration resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) patients metastatic to bone
NCT03339128
The primary objectives of this study are to explore the therapeutic effect of eluxadoline in treating irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea (IBS-D) in pediatric participants 6-17 years of age, to evaluate the pharmacokinetics of eluxadoline in pediatric participants with IBS-D, and to evaluate the safety and tolerability of eluxadoline in pediatric participants with IBS-D. Enrollment of 12-17 years old age group is closed, enrollment of the 6-11 years old age group will continue.

The WP3 healthcare workers cohort in EuCARE is an observational multicentre study including collection of retrospective (historical) and prospective data and sample collection from health care workers with either a vaccination or a confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection. Samples from HCW are sent to central laboratories for WP2 study were the impact of different variants in humoral and cellular immunity is to be analysed by biostatistical methods and with artificial intelligence in WP5. This analysis will focus on the impact on vaccine escape of viral variants / viral sequences as well as on any escape from any combination of natural and vaccine induced immunity. Eight countries will participate (Portugal, Italy, Germany, Lithuania, Georgia, Russia, Vietnam and Mexico).
