Stride Dystonia is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of VIM0423 in individuals with isolated dystonia. The main objectives of this clinical trial are to determine the following: * Does VIM0423 therapy improve dystonia symptoms compared to placebo? * Is VIM0423 well tolerated in individuals with isolated dystonia? and * Do the therapeutic effects of VIM0423 confer improvements on daily function and quality of life?

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn how tests undertaken by people at high risk of developing psychosis (aged 17 to 30 years old) change when those people are given the study drug MT1988 daily for 8 weeks. This will help identify tests that could be used in later trials developing treatments for symptoms in people at high risk of developing psychosis, to measure whether those new treatments are effective. The main question this trial aims to answer is: Can any of the tests (biomarkers) used in this study detect changes in participants dosed with one of two different dose levels of MT1988? Researchers will compare the results from two dose levels of MT1988 to a placebo group. Researchers do not expect to see the test results change in participants taking placebo and this will be compared to changes expected in test results in participants taking MT1988. Participants will: * take a dose of MT1988 or placebo twice per day for 8 weeks * attend clinic appointments every two weeks to undertake assessments * report any side effects they experience to the researchers

This randomized phase III trial studies lenalidomide, dexamethasone, and bortezomib to see how well it works compared to dexamethasone and lenalidomide alone in treating patients with previously untreated multiple myeloma. Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as dexamethasone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Bortezomib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth or by blocking blood flow to the cancer. It is not yet known whether lenalidomide and dexamethasone is more effective with or without bortezomib in treating multiple myeloma.

Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Bevacizumab is a type of drug called a monoclonal antibody and blocks tumor growth by stopping the growth of blood vessels that tumors need to grow. It is not yet known whether giving paclitaxel with combination chemotherapy once every three weeks is more effective than giving paclitaxel once a week in treating patients with ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer.

In this clinical trial, participants with chronic migraine will receive injections with Xeomin or Placebo into muscles of the head and neck. The purpose is to measure the change in monthly migraine days with Xeomin injections compared to Placebo injections. Trial details include: * Trial duration: 52 to 55 weeks; * Screening period: 4 to 5 weeks; * Treatment duration: 4 treatments, each about 12 weeks apart; and * Visit frequency: about every 4 weeks, 14 visits in total. The first and last visit and the 4 treatment visits are on-site, the other 8 visits are remote by phone / video call.

This is a clinical study that has two parts. It is testing a potential new medicine called Sofetabart Mipitecan (LY4170156) for people with certain types of ovarian, peritoneal, and fallopian tube cancers. Part A looks at participants whose cancer no longer responds to platinum-based treatments (a type of chemotherapy). Part B looks at participants whose cancer still responds to platinum-based treatments. The researchers want to find out if Sofetabart Mipitecan works better than the usual treatments that doctors use now and to better understand how safe it is. Each participant's time in the study will depend on how they respond to the treatment.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn how safe and tolerable EPI-321 is and whether there may be early signs it is working in male or female adult (18 to 75 years) participants with facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD) Type 1 condition. The main questions it aims to answer are: How safe is EPI-321 and how well can people handle it over time? How does EPI-321 interact with its target and does it show early signs of working? Participants will receive a single dose of EPI-321 through a vein while being closely watched in a hospital and visit the clinic regularly for tests and checkups for about 5 years after getting EPI-321.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if zelquistinel works to treat depression in adults. It will also learn about the safety of zelquistinel. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does zelquistinel reduce depression scores in participants compared to participants who take a placebo (a look-alike tablet that contains no zelquistinel1)? What medical problems are observed in participants who take zelquistinel? Participants will take one tablet of zelquistinel or placebo every week for 6 weeks. Participants will visit the clinic every week of the 6 week period to have the severity of their depression evaluated.

The main questions it aims to answer are: Is NDI-219216 safe and what kinds of side effects might it cause? What kind of effects does NDI-219216 have on the body? Does NDI-219216 have any impact on tumor size? Participants will: Take NDI-219216 every day by mouth. Visit the clinic 6 times during Cycle 1, 2 times during Cycle 2, once a month thereafter for checkups and tests while on the study, then one time for an end of treatment visit. After the End of Study, a follow up will occur but can be done on the phone. Keep a diary of their tablet consumption and symptoms experienced.

Researchers want to learn if the study medicines calderasib and subcutaneous (SC) pembrolizumab can be used to treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) when given together. Calderasib is a targeted therapy for the KRAS G12C mutation. The goal of this study is to learn if people who receive calderasib with SC pembrolizumab live longer without the cancer growing or spreading than in people who receive SC pembrolizumab with chemotherapy.

This phase II trial tests the effect of giving pembrolizumab in combination with radiation therapy after chemotherapy in preventing surgery to remove the bladder in patients with muscle invasive bladder cancer. Standard of care therapy includes chemotherapy before surgery (neoadjuvant) to shrink or get rid of the tumor. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the tumor, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays, particles, or radioactive seeds to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Photon beam radiation therapy is a type of radiation therapy that uses x-rays or gamma rays that come from a special machine called a linear accelerator. The radiation dose is delivered at the surface of the body and goes into the tumor and through the body. Giving pembrolizumab in combination with radiation therapy after neoadjuvant chemotherapy may help prevent surgical removal of the bladder in patients with muscle invasive bladder cancer.
