Primary Objective: To investigate effects of SAR440340 (anti-interleukin-33 \[IL-33\] monoclonal antibody \[mAb\]) compared with placebo, on the annualized rate of moderate-to-severe acute exacerbations of COPD (AECOPD) over up to 52 weeks of treatment. * Moderate exacerbations were recorded by the Investigator and defined as AECOPD that require either systemic corticosteroids (such as intramuscular, intravenous or oral) and/or antibiotics. * Severe exacerbations were recorded by the Investigator and defined as AECOPD requiring hospitalization, emergency medical care visit or resulting in death. Secondary Objectives: To investigate effects of SAR440340 compared with placebo, on improving respiratory function, as assessed by pre-bronchodilator forced exploratory volume in 1 second (FEV1). To evaluate effects of SAR440340 compared with placebo, on post-bronchodilator FEV1. To evaluate effects of SAR440340 compared with placebo, on duration from baseline to first moderate or severe AECOPD event. To evaluate effects of SAR440340 compared with placebo, on safety and tolerability.

This is a single-arm phase II study of twenty-one subjects with mucinous adenocarcinoma of the colon, rectum, or appendix with prior systemic therapy with a fluoropyrimidine, oxaliplatin, and irinotecan. Treatment will consist of nivolumab 480mg every 4 weeks and ipilimumab 1mg/kg every 8 weeks until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or 2 years of therapy.

This is a first-in-human, multi-center clinical study to determine the safety, Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) and/or Optimal Biological Dose (OBD) as well as the optimal schedule for intravenous (IV) and/or subcutaneous (SC) administrations of RO7293583 with or without obinutuzumab pretreatment, in participants with unresectable metastatic TYRP1-positive melanomas who have progressed on standard of care (SOC) treatment, are intolerant to SOC, or are non-amenable to SOC. This study will include an initial single participant dose-escalation part one followed by a multiple participant dose-escalation part two with the possibility of expansion.

The goal is to conduct a 5-year prospective, randomized controlled trial to test an innovative, community-based intervention using posterior and anterior fundus photography of the optic nerve and macula and intraocular eye pressure measurements to improve access and utilization of eye care to detect, treat, and manage high-risk patients with previously undiagnosed glaucoma and other eye diseases. Research shows that subject failure to attend follow-up eye care appointments diminishes any previous benefits of community screenings for glaucoma. Greater adherence to follow-up visits can reduce glaucomatous blindness.

The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of a hemp-based cannabidiol (CBD) product, Ananda Hemp Spectrum Gelcaps, on the severity and duration of chemotherapy-induced neuropathy (CIPN) among non-metastatic breast, uterine, pancreatic, and colorectal cancer, and all stages of ovarian cancer in patients who received neoadjuvant or adjuvant therapy that included neurotoxic chemotherapeutic agents.

Induction of labor is one of the most common procedures performed on labor and delivery. In the United States, more than 20 percent of pregnant women undergo an induction of labor \[1\]. There is data from small, randomized studies that demonstrates the effectiveness of propranolol, a non-selective beta-blocker, for labor augmentation. This literature suggests a decrease in the amount of time to delivery and a possible reduction in cesarean section rates when propranolol is used in conjunction with oxytocin for induction of labor compared to oxytocin alone \[2-8\]. Alpha- and beta-adrenergic receptors have been identified in the human myometrium. Propranolol has been shown in studies to enhance uterine contractions and may be a useful tool in this population of women. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to assess whether the administration of propranolol at time of labor dystocia reduces time to delivery.

This phase I/II trial studies how well hypofractionated radiation therapy followed by surgery works in treating patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity that has spread to other places in the body. Hypofractionated radiation therapy delivers higher doses of radiation therapy over a shorter period of time and may kill more tumor cells and have fewer side effects. Giving hypofractionated radiation therapy before surgery may shrink the tumor making it easier to be removed, may reduce the risk of the cancer coming back, and may be a better treatment for squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity.

The primary objective of this pragmatic study is to compare the time to first moderate or severe COPD exacerbation in patients, not controlled on their current therapy, randomized to Stiolto Respimat versus triple therapy over 12 months of treatment The secondary objectives of this study include: 1. To compare the annual rate of moderate or severe COPD exacerbations for patients on Stiolto Respimat with patients on triple therapy. 2. To compare the time to first severe COPD exacerbation in both treatment arms. 3. To compare the annual rate of severe COPD exacerbations in both treatment arms. 4. To compare the proportion of patients with moderate or severe COPD exacerbations in both treatment arms.

This is a Phase 1b, randomized, double-blind, multicenter dose-ranging study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and PK of NX-13. Approximately 40 subjects will be randomized in a 3:3:3:1 ratio to receive 1 of 3 NX-13 treatment regimens (NX-13 250 mg IR, 500 mg IR, 500 mg MR) (12 evaluable subjects at each of the 3 dose levels) or placebo (4 subjects), once daily for 28 consecutive days.

Telapristone acetate may help prevent breast cancer from forming in premenopausal women. Giving telapristone acetate transdermally may be safer and have fewer side effects than oral administration.

The overall goal of the IQ-MAPLE project is to improve the quality of care provided to patients with several heart, lung and blood conditions by facilitating more accurate and complete problem list documentation. In the first aim, the investigators will design and validate a series of problem inference algorithms, using rule-based techniques on structured data in the electronic health record (EHR) and natural language processing on unstructured data. Both of these techniques will yield candidate problems that the patient is likely to have, and the results will be integrated. In Aim 2, the investigators will design clinical decision support interventions in the EHRs of the four study sites to alert physicians when a candidate problem is detected that is missing from the patient's problem list - the clinician will then be able to accept the alert and add the problem, override the alert, or ignore it entirely. In Aim 3, the investigators will conduct a randomized trial and evaluate the effect of the problem list alert on three endpoints: alert acceptance, problem list addition rate and clinical quality.
