NCT03219333
This is a study that will test how an experimental drug (enfortumab vedotin) affects patients with cancer of the urinary system (urothelial cancer). This type of cancer includes cancer of the bladder, renal pelvis, ureter or urethra that has spread to nearby tissues or to other areas of the body. This clinical trial will enroll patients who were previously treated with a kind of anticancer drug called an immune checkpoint inhibitor (CPI). Some CPIs have been approved for the treatment of urothelial cancer. This study will test if the cancer shrinks with treatment. This study will also look at the side effects of the drug. A side effect is a response to a drug that is not part of the treatment effect. Patients who sign up for this trial must also fall into one of these categories: * Patients have already received treatment with platinum-containing chemotherapy * Patients have never received platinum-containing treatment and are not eligible for treatment with cisplatin.

The results will be used to guide further development of ANX007 in participants with geographic atrophy. The total duration of participation is expected to be approximately 19 months.
NCT06133920
The purpose of this study is to evaluate compare postoperative range of motion in patients who are given a sling for comfort only and allowed to start early active range of motion compared to patients who are placed in a sling for 4 weeks with passive range of motion only. Once enrolled, the patients will be randomized through computer randomization then placed in paper packets into either the immobilization group or the early range of motion group.
NCT06139666
The goal of this clinical trial is to investigate if there is a difference in pain after an arthroscopic rotator cuff surgery when a nerve block is performed with liposomal bupivacaine versus the standard treatment of bupivacaine alone. The main question aims to answer if patients who receive liposomal bupivacaine have better pain control and lower postoperative opioid consumption compared to bupivacaine alone. Participants be randomized to either the control group to receive a standard interscalene block with bupivacaine (25 cc of bupivacaine) or the experimental group to receive similar dosing of liposomal bupivacaine mixed with bupivacaine (10cc liposomal bupivacaine + 15cc bupivacaine). Data will be prospectively collected and the data from the experimental group will be compared to the control group at the completion of the study period.
NCT02566772
The purpose of this trial is to investigate the safety and tolerability of TAS3681, to find the maximum tolerated dose (MTD)/recommended dose of TAS3681 (Escalation Phase) and to further evaluate safety and preliminary efficacy of TAS3681 at the MTD/recommended dose (Expansion Phase).
NCT03719040
The Physiologic Pacing Registry is a prospective, observational, multi-center registry performed to gain a broader understanding of 1) physiologic pacing implant and follow-up workflows, including pacing and sensing measurements and 2) the clinical utility in creating a 3-dimensional electro-anatomical map of cardiac structures prior to physiologic pacing device implants based on the clinical site's routine care.
NCT05284617
This is a Phase 2A, randomized, parallel-group, placebo-controlled, double-blind, within subject dose escalation trial with 3 dose levels of HU6 and placebo. Subjects will be randomized (1:1) either to HU6 or placebo. Two dose levels will be administered in sequential order (150 mg daily followed by 300 mg daily), each for 20 days, to reach the third and highest dose of 450 mg daily if safety and tolerability are demonstrated at the lower 2 preceding doses. Administration of the 450 mg high dose will continue for a total of 94 days, with a safety follow-up visit within \~14 days of the last dose.
NCT03972527
The overall purpose of this clinical study is to evaluate safety and efficacy of the MuReva Phototherapy System with a light delivery mouthpiece to reduce the severity of oral mucositis (OM) in adult patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity, oropharynx, tonsils and base of tongue receiving radiation therapy with or without concurrent chemotherapy.
NCT05251727
To evaluate the safety and tolerability of ART-123 in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer who receive oxaliplatin-containing chemotherapy and bevacizumab
NCT03473925
The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of navarixin (MK-7123) in combination with pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in adults with one of three types of solid tumors: Programmed Death-Ligand 1 (PD-L1) positive refractory non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), castration resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) or microsatellite stable (MSS) colorectal cancer (CRC).
NCT06133491
This is a prospective, multi-center, unblinded study in patients with migraine (≥ 8 MMDs/month) requiring preventive treatment. Enrolled patients will receive DAX administered subcutaneously using an established, published, legacy injection paradigm (referred to herein as the "standard paradigm"). The safety and efficacy outcome measures will be assessed at selected dosing segments during the 24-week treatment phase.
NCT02873195
This randomized phase II trial studies how well capecitabine and bevacizumab with or without atezolizumab work in treating patients with colorectal cancer that is not responding to treatment and has spread to other places. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab and bevacizumab, may help the body?s immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as capecitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving atezolizumab with capecitabine and bevacizumab may be a better way in treating colorectal cancer.
NCT04138056
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, ability of GSK Biologicals' investigational RSV maternal vaccine (RSVPreF3) to generate an immune response and the degree to which the vaccine can cause side effects, when administered alone and in combination with Boostrix vaccine in healthy non-pregnant women 18-45 years of age. Two dose levels of RSVPreF3 and 2 Boostrix \[Diphtheria, Tetanus and acellular Pertussis (dTpa) vaccine\] formulations (US and ex-US) will be evaluated. A 2nd dose of RSVPreF3 will be administered in an extension of the study to assess the durability of the immune response after the first dose vaccination, and to assess the safety and immunogenicity following a second dose vaccination of the RSVPreF3 maternal vaccine.
NCT02965573

NCT04737785
All patients undergoing allogeneic or autologous HSCT at the participating centres will be observed. Once a diagnosis of CNS disorder is made, additional data will be reported for these patients. We will identify clinical and diagnostic characteristics such as cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and neuroimaging patterns, risk factors, response to treatment (including novel antifungal agents such as isavuconazole) and outcome. In addition, risk factors for CNS disorders after allogeneic and autologous HSCT will be analyzed using a prospectively assessed matched control group. In the future, this study might be the basis for an interventional trial (e.g. using a prophylactic approach).
