The goal of this study is to test whether the mobile application (app.) helps adolescents make healthy food choices, decreasing calories purchased from restaurants, fewer number of visits to restaurants, and if it has an impact on their body mass index (BMI). Eligible adolescents will be enrolled in the study along with a parent for approximately 6 weeks.

Before and after study in obese women 25-35 years old, BMI 30-35, taking Strath® Kräuterhefe Original (liquid), Herbal Yeast Food Supplement for three weeks. At the beginning and after three weeks of the study a stool sample is provided. These samples are analysed with 16S rRNA analysis down to species level.The results are interpreted with the PICRUSt classification and Alpha Diversity Analysis and compared to internationally accepted data bases.

This 12-months long pilot study will include patients undergoing an endoscopic procedure (endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty \[ESG\] or transoral outlet reduction \[TORe\]) as clinically indicated, and subsequent follow up clinic visits for up to one year.
