A Phase II open- labeled, prospective study to determine the efficacy of pre-operative chemotherapy with six cycles of modified FOLFOX 6 followed by total mesorectal excision (TME) followed by an additional six cycles of FOLFOX 6. The objectives of this study are the following: 1. The primary endpoint of this trial is pathologic complete response (response rate). 2. Secondary endpoints will include observation of overall pathologic response rate, correlation of pathologic staging with pre-operative ultrasound and pelvic MRI staging, as well as observation of toxic side effects, patterns of disease relapse, disease-free survival outcomes and overall survival outcomes.

The primary purpose of this single center, randomized, open label study in relapsing Multiple Sclerosis (MS) patients on PLEGRIDY (peginterferon beta-1a) is to assess the effect of Preparation H (phenylephrine) Maximum Strength Cream compared to no topical treatment of injection site erythema after PLEGRIDY injection.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the Relay thoracic stent-graft system to treat thoracic aortic aneurysms. Efficacy will be evaluated by the device-related adverse event rate of endovascular repair (via Relay Thoracic Stent-Graft) through 1-year. Safety will be evaluated by comparing major adverse events through 1-year in subjects treated with the Relay Thoracic Stent-Graft to those who underwent surgical repair. Long term follow-up is conducted through 5 years.
