This trial will study tisotumab vedotin to find out whether it is an effective treatment alone or with other anticancer drugs for certain solid tumors and what side effects (unwanted effects) may occur. There are seven parts to this study. * In Part A, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin every 3 weeks (3-week cycles). * In Part B, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1, 8, and 15 every 4-week cycle. * In Part C, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1 and 15 of every 4-week cycle. * In Part D, participants will be given treatment on Day 1 of every 3-week cycle. * Participants in Part D will get tisotumab vedotin with either: * Pembrolizumab or, * Pembrolizumab and carboplatin, or * Pembrolizumab and cisplatin * In Part E, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1 and 15 of every 4-week cycle. * In Part F, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1, 15, and 29 of every 6-week cycle. Participants in Part F will get tisotumab vedotin with pembrolizumab. * In Part G, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1, 15, and 29 of every 6-week cycle. Participants in Part G will get tisotumab vedotin with pembrolizumab and carboplatin. The objectives of the study have been achieved. Therefore, the study will transition to a long-term extension phase (LTEP). * In LTEP, participants still receiving clinical benefit based on the investigator's assessment and remaining on treatment may continue receiving treatment. * Participants will still receive tisotumab vedotin with either: * Pembrolizumab or, * Pembrolizumab and carboplatin, or * Pembrolizumab and cisplatin

This clinical trial is studying advanced or metastatic solid tumors. Once a solid tumor has grown very large in one spot or has spread to other places in the body, it is called advanced or metastatic cancer. Participants in this study must have head and neck cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, endometrial cancer, or ovarian cancer. In the first part of the study, participants must have tumors that have a marker called HER2. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called disitamab vedotin (DV). DV is a type of antibody-drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. In this study, all participants will get DV once every 2 weeks. This study is being done to see if DV works to treat different types of solid tumors that express HER2. It will also test how safe the drug is for participants. This trial will also study what side effects happen when participants get the drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to your body besides treating the disease.

The main goals of this study are to learn: * About the safety of the study treatments and if people tolerate them * If people who receive patritumab deruxtecan, pembrolizumab, and chemotherapy before surgery have fewer cancer cells removed during surgery compared to those who receive only pembrolizumab (pembro) and chemotherapy.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether treatment with pasritamig and docetaxel prolongs radiographic progression free survival (rPFS) (the length of time from start of treatment until disease worsens as determined by scans) when compared to treatment with docetaxel in participants with metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC; a cancer of prostate, a male reproductive gland found below the bladder, that grows despite low levels of male hormones).

Patients may be considered if the cancer has come back, has not gone away after standard treatment or the patient cannot receive standard treatment. This research study uses special immune system cells called CATCH T cells, a new experimental treatment. The body has different ways of fighting infection and disease. No single way seems perfect for fighting cancers. This research study combines two different ways of fighting cancer: antibodies and T cells. Antibodies are types of proteins that protect the body from infectious diseases and possibly cancer. T cells, also called T lymphocytes, are special infection-fighting blood cells that can kill other cells, including cells infected with viruses and tumor cells. Both antibodies and T cells have been used to treat patients with cancers. They have shown promise, but have not been strong enough to cure most patients. Investigators have found from previous research that we can put a new gene (a tiny part of what makes-up DNA and carriesa person's traits) into T cells that will make them recognize cancer cells and kill them . In the lab, we made several genes called a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), from an antibody called GC33. The antibody GC33 recognizes a protein called GPC3 that is found on the hepatocellular carcinoma the patient has. The specific CAR we are making is called GPC3-CAR. To make this CAR more effective, we also added a gene encoding protein called IL15. This protein helps CAR T cells grow better and stay in the blood longer so that they may kill tumors better. The mixture of GPC3-CAR and IL15 killed tumor cells better in the laboratory when compared with CAR T cells that did not have IL 15. This study will test T cells that we have made with CATCH T cells in patients with GPC3-positive solid tumors such as the ones participating in this study. T cells made to carry a gene called iCasp9 can be killed when they encounter a specific drug called AP1903. The investigators will insert the iCasp9 and IL15 together into the T cells using a virus that has been made for this study. The drug (AP1903) is an experimental drug that has been tested in humans with no bad side-effects. The investigators will use this drug to kill the T cells if necessary due to side effects. This study will test T cells genetically engineered with a GPC3-CAR and IL15 (CATCH T cells) in patients with GPC3-positive solid tumors. The CATCH T cells are an investigational product not approved by the Food and Drug Administration. The purpose of this study is to find the biggest dose of CATCH T cells that is safe , to see how long they last in the body, to learn what the side effects are and to see if the CATCH T cells will help people with GPC3-positive solid tumors.

This is a clinical study that has two parts. It is testing a potential new medicine called Sofetabart Mipitecan (LY4170156) for people with certain types of ovarian, peritoneal, and fallopian tube cancers. Part A looks at participants whose cancer no longer responds to platinum-based treatments (a type of chemotherapy). Part B looks at participants whose cancer still responds to platinum-based treatments. The researchers want to find out if Sofetabart Mipitecan works better than the usual treatments that doctors use now and to better understand how safe it is. Each participant's time in the study will depend on how they respond to the treatment.

The purpose of this study is to compare sacituzumab tirumotecan as a single agent, and in combination with pembrolizumab, versus Treatment of Physician's Choice (TPC) in participants with hormone receptor positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 negative (HR+/HER2-) unresectable locally advanced, or metastatic, breast cancer. The primary hypotheses are that sacituzumab tirumotecan as a single agent and sacituzumab tirumotecan plus pembrolizumab are superior to TPC with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) by blinded independent central review (BICR) in all participants.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if NDI-219216 is safe for patients, and if NDI-219216 might be a possible treatment for advanced solid tumors in the later phases of the study. The main questions it aims to answer are: Is NDI-219216 safe and what kinds of side effects might it cause? What kind of effects does NDI-219216 have on the body? Does NDI-219216 have any impact on tumor size? Participants will: Take NDI-219216 every day by mouth. Visit the clinic 6 times during Cycle 1, 2 times during Cycle 2, once a month thereafter for checkups and tests while on the study, then one time for an end of treatment visit. After the End of Study, a follow up will occur but can be done on the phone. Keep a diary of their tablet consumption and symptoms experienced.
