Background: * AZD2171 is an experimental drug that may slow the growth of cancers by blocking angiogenesis (formation of new blood vessels). * Cancer growth is dependent on angiogenesis for nutrition. * Inhibiting angiogenesis is a new approach to cancer therapy. Objectives: * To determine the side effects of AZD2171 in children and adolescents with cancer. * To determine the highest dose of AZD2171 that can safely be given to children and adolescents with cancer. * To study how the body handles AZD2171. * To determine the effects of AZD2171 on various factors related to angiogenesis. * To determine if AZD2171 can inhibit cancer growth in children and adolescents. Eligibility: -Children and adolescents 2-18 years of age with treatment-resistant solid tumor cancers or acute myelogenous leukemia. Design: * About 40 patients may be included in the study. * AZD2171 is given by mouth in treatment cycles of once a day for 28 days. Treatment may continue unless the cancer worsens or unacceptable side effects develop. * Patients have periodic physical examinations, blood and urine tests and imaging tests (CT, X-rays, MRI) to evaluate disease throughout the course of treatment. Additional blood tests are done to study how the body handles AZD2171, to look for proteins that stimulate angiogenesis, to determine if certain blood vessel cells are affected by AZD2171, and for other research purposes. * Biopsy tissue (when available) is examined for the receptor for new blood vessel formation.

This is a randomized Phase I/II study designed to assess the induction of an anti-tumor immune response; the effect of cyclophosphamide on the vaccine; and to assess safety in subjects with advanced ovarian cancer or primary serous peritoneal cancer given a multivalent DC vaccine, with or without a single dose of cyclophosphamide. Potential benefit may range from no direct benefit to the study participants to stimulation of the subject's own immune system to attack ovarian cancer to prevent relapse.

African American men have by far the highest rates of HIV in the US, but there are few randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of interventions to dissuade heterosexually active African American men from engaging sexual risk behavior. This research seeks to address this gap in the behavioral intervention literature. That self-initiated behavior change, as well as intervention-induced behavior change, is often short-lived, eroding over time, is widely known; accordingly, this research also seeks to test a strategy to sustain intervention efficacy. In a RCT, African American men 18 to 45 years reporting recent unprotected intercourse with a woman will be randomized to the Steering Together in a New Direction (STAND) HIV Risk Reduction Intervention or a No-Intervention Control Condition. To test a strategy to sustain intervention effects, the men also will be randomized to receive or not receive individually tailored text messages. The theoretical basis of the interventions is social cognitive theory and the reasoned action approach, which is an extension of the theory of planned behavior and the theory of reasoned action. Men will complete self-report measures via audio computer-assisted self-interviewing at baseline and immediately post and 6 and 12 months post-intervention. The trial will test whether the STAND HIV Risk Reduction Intervention as compared with the No-Intervention Control Condition, increases consistent condom use, the primary outcome. Secondary outcomes include unprotected intercourse, multiple sexual partners, insertive anal intercourse, and proportion condom-protected intercourse. The trial will also test whether STAND's efficacy is greater among men in the Text Messaging Intervention compared with men not receiving text messages. This will provide information on the utility of a low-cost strategy to extend an intervention's efficacy. Finally, the study will test for mediation of intervention effects: the hypothesis that STAND affects outcome expectancies and self-efficacy, which, in turn, affect consistent condom use.

RATIONALE: Giving low doses of chemotherapy, monoclonal antibodies, and radiation therapy before a donor peripheral blood stem cell transplant helps stop the growth of cancer cells. It also stops the patient's immune system from rejecting the donor's stem cells when they do not exactly match the patient's blood. The donated stem cells may replace the patient's immune system and help destroy any remaining cancer cells (graft-versus-tumor effect). Sometimes the transplanted cells from a donor can also make an immune response against the body's normal cells. Giving cyclosporine and mycophenolate mofetil before transplant may stop this from happening. PURPOSE: This phase I/II trial is studying the side effects of alemtuzumab, fludarabine, and melphalan with or without cyclosporine, mycophenolate mofetil, and total-body irradiation before donor peripheral blood stem cell transplant and to see how well they work in treating patients with relapsed or refractory hematologic cancer.

This Phase Ia/Ib, open-label, multicenter study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of DCLL9718S as a single agent (Phase Ia, Arm A) in participants with relapsed or refractory AML or in combination with azacitidine (Phase Ib, Arm B) in participants with previously untreated AML who are not eligible for intensive induction chemotherapy. Each arm will consist of two stages: a dose-escalation stage and an expansion stage. The dose-escalation stage is designed to establish the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended Phase II dose (RP2D) for DCLL9718S alone (Arm A) or in combination with azacitidine (Arm B). The dose-expansion stage is designed to characterize the long-term safety and tolerability of DCLL9718S.

MS-275 may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as azacitidine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving MS-275 together with azacitidine may kill more cancer cells. This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of MS-275 when given together with azacitidine in treating patients with myelodysplastic syndromes, chronic myelomonocytic leukemia, or acute myeloid leukemia.

This multicenter, open-label, randomized study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of Atezolizumab compared with docetaxel in participants with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer after platinum failure. Participants will be randomized to receive either Atezolizumab 1200 milligram (mg) intravenously every 3 weeks or docetaxel 75 milligram per meter square (mg/m\^2) intravenously every 3 weeks. Treatment with Atezolizumab may be continued as long as participants are experiencing clinical benefit as assessed by the investigator, i.e., in the absence of unacceptable toxicity or symptomatic deterioration attributed to disease progression.

This is a pragmatic study in which will compare a detailed treat-to-target (T2T) treatment algorithm to standard care for SSc SIBO at multiple sites around the world. The treatment algorithm was developed from the results of a survey of SIBO treatment preferences of rheumatologists and gastroenterologists. Although the drugs in the algorithm are already used in SSc, there is no uniform way of doing this and assessing the patient response. A very standardized protocol was created with details of how to use the medications, the duration of use and the timing of different drugs. In addition, symptoms of SIBO will be dectected by having patients complete a validated screening questionnaire, the global symptomatic score (GSS), online every 3 months for the duration of the study. A score \> 5 is very strongly related to bacterial overgrowth. In other studies, about 40% of unselected patients score at this level. This same questionnaire will be used in the T2T doctors' offices to decide if response is adequate and will also be used to assess outcome in the algorithm group versus standard care group. The primary outcome is the change in symptoms based on the total GSS. Secondary outcomes will include examination of all GSS subscales. HRQoL will be assessed by the social scale of the newly developed UCLA SSc GIT 2.0 questionnaire, which has become the standard GI questionnaire in SSc trials. RN. # 00296313

Background: \- Research has shown that the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) gene is an important target for personalized lung cancer treatment. Individuals who have mutations in the EGFR gene have better responses when treated with certain personalized or targeted therapies compared with conventional chemotherapy. These mutations are more frequent in females with lung cancer who have never smoked, and different ethnic groups have different levels of frequency of the mutations. Researchers are interested in collecting more information on EGFR genetic mutations in Hispanics/Latinos with lung cancer, comparing the frequency of these mutations in males and females and smokers and nonsmokers. This study may lead to better, more personalized care approaches for all individuals with lung cancer. Objectives: \- To study the frequency of Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor mutations in Hispanic/Latino individuals who have been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer. Eligibility: \- Hispanic or Latino individuals who have been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer and who have lung tissue from a previous biopsy or surgery available for research purposes. Design: * Participants will provide consent for researchers to examine lung tissue collected from a previous biopsy or surgery. * Treatment will not be provided as part of this protocol.

This multicenter, open-label, single-arm study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of obinutuzumab alone or in combination with chemotherapy in participants with previously untreated or relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). This is a Post-Authorization Safety Study. Participants will receive 6 cycles of single-agent obinutuzumab or obinutuzumab in combination with chemotherapy at the investigator's discretion. Each participant will be followed until 30 months after the last participant has been enrolled. Total length of the study is anticipated to be approximately 5 years.
