Cutaneous allodynia (pronounced q-tane-ee-us all-o-din-ee-a) is common in migraine. It is a heightened skin sensitivity during an active migraine attack. Migraine attacks in patients who experience allodynia are more difficult to treat. This study intends to collect and evaluate data on the phenomenon of allodynia in patients with episodic migraine during an actual attack. The results of this study may help clinicians better understand allodynia, thereby helping them diagnose and more effectively manage patients with migraine and allodynia.

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of ganetespib when given together with paclitaxel and to see how well they work in treating patients with recurrent ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Ganetespib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving paclitaxel and ganetespib may be an effective treatment for ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer.

This study was designed to evaluate how the body processes and removes mirikizumab. The study also evaluated safety and disease response in pediatric participants with UC taking mirikizumab. The study lasted about 52 weeks and included up to 18 visits.
