NCT05039164
An increasing number of schools in rural settings are employing the multi-tier positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS) framework to improve school-climate. PBIS can also be used as a framework for the adoption and integration of evidence-based practices (EBPs) for children's mental health concerns. A key challenge is that school personnel need technical assistance (training plus ongoing consultation) in order to implement EBPs with fidelity. In urban and suburban schools, this support can be provided to school staff on site. However, providing ongoing on-site support is not feasible or sustainable in the majority of rural schools, due to their remote physical location. For this reason, video technology has been recommended for the training of behavioral health staff (BHS) in under-served rural communities.
NCT04225039
This is a phase II study of the combination of the GITR agonist monoclonal antibody INCAGN01876, the anti-PD1 monoclonal antibody INCMGA00012, and stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) for recurrent Glioblastoma (GBM). The investigators hypothesize that the proposed regimen will be safe and stimulate a robust anti-tumor immune response and result in improved tumor responses.
NCT02783274
Two-year (2 year) information regarding the performance of the commercially available Actis™ Total Hip System in order to obtain and evaluate the clinical outcomes on a series of cementless primary total hip arthroplasty (THA) and hemi-hip arthroplasty procedures using clinical, radiographic and device and procedure related adverse event assessments.
NCT02850406
This study consists of four parts, Parts A, B, C, and D. * Part A is a single dose pharmacokinetic (PK) study in pediatric participants with Sickle Cell Disease ages 6 to 17 years. * Part B is a multiple dose, safety, exploratory, efficacy, and PK study in adolescent participants with Sickle Cell Disease ages 12 to 17 years. * Part C is a multiple dose, safety, tolerability, and PK study, which includes the assessment of hematological effects and the effect on TCD flow velocity of voxelotor in pediatric participants with Sickle Cell Disease ages 4 to 17 years. * Part D is a multiple dose, safety, tolerability, and PK study, which examines the hematological effects of voxelotor in pediatric participants with Sickle Cell Disease ages 6 months to \< 4 years.
NCT05383209
A prospective, randomized, double-masked study that evaluated the ocular efficacy and safety of two doses of the EYP-1901 intravitreal (IVT) insert compared to sham.
NCT03687359
Primary Objectives: * To describe the characteristics of pediatric patients with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD) whose disease is not adequately controlled with topical therapies or when those therapies are not medically advisable. * To evaluate the time-course of AD and selected atopic comorbidities. Secondary Objectives: * To characterize disease burden and unmet need. * To describe real-world treatment patterns (eg, dosing regimens, treatment duration, and reasons for discontinuation and/or switching). * To document the real-world effectiveness and safety of treatments.
NCT07124520
The purpose of this study is to learn more about tongue strength and endurance by using the Iowa Oral Performance Instrument (IOPI). The IOPI is a device that measures tongue pressure.
NCT00715611
For patients with this type of cancer, the standard of care is treatment with chemotherapy. Radiation therapy is typically not used. This is because radiation to the entire lining of the lung has many side effects that are often severe including damage to the lung (pneumonitis). There is a new radiation technique using Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) that has been shown to reduce many of the side effects of standard radiation therapy. This type of radiation therapy specifically targets the lining of the lung, where you have your cancer, and reduces the risk of damaging the lung itself. The purpose of this study is to test the safety and implementation of standard pleurectomy/decortication (removal of the surface lining of the lung) and standard chemotherapy followed by IMRT performed at other centers. Patients will undergo pleurectomy/decortication chemotherapy and hemithoracic pleural IMRT to the pleura in patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma.
NCT06164704
The primary purpose of this study is to assess the effect of verekitug (UPB-101) on the endoscopically determined size and extend of nasal polyps in participants with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) and to assess the safety and tolerability of verekitug (UPB-101) compared to placebo.
NCT04835441
This is Phase 2, multinational, randomized, blinded study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, efficacy, immunogenicity, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of ALPN-101 (acazicolcept) in adults with moderate to severe active systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)
NCT05934149
The purpose of the registry and biorepository is to provide a mechanism to store clinical data, linked biospecimens and molecular data to support the conduct of future research on Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), including Lupus Nephritis (LN).
NCT04429542
The investigational drug to be studied in this protocol, BCA101, is a first-in-class compound that targets both EGFR with TGFβ. Based on preclinical data, this bifunctional antibody may exert synergistic activity in patients with EGFR-driven tumors.
NCT01149083
This phase II trial studies how well veliparib with or without carboplatin works in treating patients with stage III or IV breast cancer. Veliparib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known whether veliparib is more effective with or without carboplatin in treating breast cancer.
NCT02879695
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of blinatumomab when given with nivolumab alone or nivolumab and ipilimumab in treating patients with poor-risk CD19+ precursor B-lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back after a period of improvement (relapsed) or has not responded to treatment (refractory). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as blinatumomab, nivolumab, and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
NCT05516498
This is a two part Phase IIa/b multicentre, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group dose-ranging study to assess the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of the combination of zibotentan and dapagliflozin, and dapagliflozin monotherapy versus placebo in participants with cirrhosis with features of portal hypertension.
NCT06683352
This study is to learn about flu and COVID vaccines, either alone or when mixed together. Healthy people aged 18 or older can join. Participants will get one shot in each arm, either a flu or COVID vaccine, alone or mixed. The study lasts about 6 months, and participants need to visit the research site at least 3 times.
NCT01606826
The mission of the SARP is to improve the understanding of severe asthma through integrated study of its clinical and biological features and to evaluate their changes over time. The ultimate goal of these efforts is to promote better treatments for severe asthma.
NCT05449002
The aim of this study is to test the effectiveness of a single-session, digital intervention teaching the principle of practicing the opposite, when administered to youths on the waitlist for psychotherapy, with usual waitlist procedures as a control condition.
