Phase 3 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a benralizumab in patients with moderate to very severe COPD with a history of frequent COPD exacerbations and elevated peripheral blood eosinophils (≥300/μL). Eligible patients must have a history of ≥2 moderate and/or severe COPD exacerbations in the previous year despite receiving triple (ICS/LABA/LAMA) background therapy for at least 3 months and ICS-based dual inhaled treatment for the remainder of the year. Eligible patients must also have an elevated blood eosinophil count. The treatment period will be of variable duration and will continue until the last patient has the opportunity to complete a minimum of 56 weeks, at which point all patients will complete the study. The primary endpoint will be analyzed at Week 56.

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare a texting platform to usual care for managing recurrent urinary tract infections (UTI). The main question it aims to answer is: • can a texting platform that integrates symptom triage and prevention education reduce the rate of unnecessary antibiotics for recurrent UTIs as compared to usual care? Participants enrolled onto the texting platform will: • receive evidence-based clinical guidance for the management of symptoms of UTI and receive educational videos on how to prevent UTIs. An important secondary outcome is to determine if the texting platform improves self-efficacy for the management of recurrent UTI.

The goal of this clinical trial is to determine whether people with paralysis due to a spinal cord injury can benefit from breathing short intermittent bouts of air with low oxygen (O2) combined with slightly higher levels of carbon dioxide (CO2), interspaced by breathing room air. The technical name for this therapeutic air mixture is 'acute intermittent hypercapnic-hypoxia,' abbreviated as AIHH. Following exposure to the gas mixture, participants will receive non-invasive electrical stimulation to the spinal cord paired with specific and targeted exercise training. The main question this trial aims to answer is: Can the therapeutic application of AIHH, combined with non-invasive electrical stimulation to the spinal cord plus exercise training, increase the strength of muscles involved in breathing and hand function in people with paralysis due to a spinal cord injury? Participants will be asked to attend a minimum of five study visits, each separated by at least a week. During these visits, participants will be required to: * Answer basic questions about their health * Receive exposure to the therapeutic air mixture (AIHH) * Undergo non-invasive spinal electrical stimulation * Complete functional breathing and arm strength testing * Undergo a single blood draw * Provide a saliva sample Researchers will compare the results of individuals without a spinal cord injury to those of individuals with a spinal cord injury to determine if the effects are similar.

Short bowel syndrome (SBS) is a rare but challenging condition in which patients have insufficient bowel length to meet fluid, electrolyte, and nutrient requirements without parenteral support. The purpose of this study is to determine how well dietary fiber is tolerated in patients with short bowel syndrome compared to patients without short bowel syndrome based on assessment of gastrointestinal symptoms, and corresponding changes in microbiome composition and metabolomics.

The goal of this study is to learn how exercise timing affects blood pressure in adults with elevated or high blood pressure. Exercise can influence the body's natural 24-hour rhythms, including blood pressure patterns. A single exercise session can lower blood pressure for up to 24 hours, but it is not fully understood how the time-of-day for exercise affects this response. The main question this study aims to answer is: • When the same participant exercises at different times of day (morning, afternoon, or evening), how does this affect the participant's blood pressure over the next 24 hours? Participants will: * Undergo an in-lab assessment of individual biological rhythm that will indicate the clock-time for an individual's biological night * Complete 3 supervised treadmill exercise sessions * 1 in the biological morning (biological night + 10 hours) * 1 in the biological afternoon (biological night + 15 hours) * 1 in the biological evening (biological night + 20 hours) * Complete a 24-hour blood pressure assessment before and after each exercise session

Uterine serous carcinoma (USC) accounts for up to 40% of endometrial cancer-related deaths. Patients with USC share many genomic and clinical characteristics with patients who has serous ovarian cancer. The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of maintenance Niraparib regimen in patients with advanced or platinum sensitive recurrent uterine serous carcinoma. Additionally, the investigators aim to further describe the safety of this regimen. The investigators hypothesize that Niraparib maintenance will be a well-tolerated treatment and show significant response in patients with uterine serous carcinoma.
