NCT03619863
This is a real-world study of the safety of the treatments used for people with hemophilia. The study will follow people with hemophilia A or B from across the country for about 4 years as they receive treatment. The hemophilia treatment center (HTC) physician and participant will decide on the FDA-approved treatment to be used which may include non-factor products, bypassing agents, or clotting factor replacement products. The goal of this research is to study the use of hemophilia treatment products and their outcomes.
NCT05241873
This is a Phase 1/2, open-label first-in-human study of the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics, and anti-tumor activity of BLU-451 monotherapy and BLU-451 in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy (carboplatin and pemetrexed). All participants will receive BLU-451 on a 21-day treatment cycle.
NCT05290493
This is a Phase 2, randomized, placebo-controlled crossover trial to assess the safety and efficacy of NB-001 in children and adolescents with 22q11DS that manifest commonly associated neuropsychiatric symptoms.
NCT03625115
Poor urban minority children often experience delays in their early development leading to health disparities. Publicly funded early intervention services are available to improve child development among these children in Philadelphia, but few children access and complete these services. This can be due to parents misunderstanding what the services include or may be due to difficulties parents experience in overcoming barriers to participating. This study will test the effectiveness of the Opening Doors to Early Intervention Program, a patient navigation intervention designed to improve families' engagement with early intervention services and overcome barriers to access these services, on early child development.
NCT04882449
The main goal of this study is to use data from the Bodyport Cardiac Scale to help detect of worsening heart failure (HF) early.
NCT06132035
This will be a randomized, comparative, parallel, clinical study to assess initial safety and tolerability of CG-P5 peptide eye drops compared to placebo in patients diagnosed with age-related wet macular degeneration
NCT05621811
This is a double-blind, randomized, multicenter, placebo-controlled, comparative phase II dose-finding trial. The trial will be conducted with four treatment groups in the form of a parallel group comparison and will serve to compare oral treatment with daily doses of 10, 20, or 40 mg Naronapride vs. placebo for the treatment of patients with Gastroparesis.
NCT06074055
The goal of this randomized clinical trial is to compare frozen embryo transfer protocols in patients undergoing a second frozen embryo transfer (FET) after a unsuccessful first programmed FET cycle as a possible treatment for people undergoing infertility treatment. The purpose of this research study is to: * Determine if there is a difference between FET protocols in patients who require a second FET cycle. * Investigate if switching the FET protocol after a failed programmed cycle is beneficial for patients undergoing a second FET cycle. * Examine pregnancy outcomes including obstetrical and neonatal outcomes (if applicable) * Obtain uterine flexibility/stiffness measurements via transvaginal ultrasound prior to the embryo transfer procedure. This is called shear wave elastography. Participants will be randomized in their second FET transfer attempt to either another programmed protocol or a modified natural protocol.
NCT03899636
Subjects will be offered the opportunity to participate in a randomized, controlled, 2-arm, unblinded multicenter trial (RCT). There will be 2 study arms: the control arm receiving chemotherapy with the modified FOLFIRINOX regimen alone; and the irreversible electroporation (IRE) arm, receiving chemotherapy with the modified FOLFIRINOX regimen followed by IRE with the NanoKnife System using either an open or a percutaneous approach. All subjects will be treated with the modified FOLFIRINOX regimen for at least 3 months; randomization to either control or IRE arm will take place at the time of completion of the 3 month modified FOLFIRINOX chemotherapy regimen. Randomization will be conducted centrally. Subjects will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio and must be found to have no evidence of disease progression after completion of the 3 month modified FOLFIRINOX chemotherapy regimen in order to participate in the RCT. All radiologic assessments will be performed as consistent with the imaging protocol. All post induction and post IRE treatments are left to the discretion of the treating physician. The minimum period of follow-up will be for 24 months or until death.
NCT02437318
To determine whether treatment with alpelisib plus fulvestrant prolonged progression-free survival (PFS) compared to fulvestrant and placebo in men and postmenopausal women with hormone receptor positive (HR+), human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER2)-negative advanced breast cancer, who received prior treatment with an aromatase Inhibitor (AI) either as (neo)adjuvant or for advanced disease.
NCT03532880
The purpose of this study is to test the safety of a new medication, Olaparib, combined with radiation therapy for participants with small cell lung cancer.
NCT04432454
This is an open-label, multicenter, single-arm safety study evaluating the safety and tolerability of the lasofoxifene and abemaciclib combination for the treatment of pre- and postmenopausal women with locally advanced or metastatic ER+/HER2- breast cancer who have disease progression on first and/or 2nd lines of hormonal treatment for metastatic disease and have an ESR1 mutation.
NCT03611621
The rationale for the current protocol is to collect data from extended follow up in subjects that have received a kidney transplant following imlifidase dosing to provide a better understanding regarding the long-term outcome for these subjects. Data of parameters such as patient and graft survival, comorbidity, treatment of graft rejection episodes and quality of life as well as anti-drug antibody levels will be collected. This prospective, observational follow up study of subjects who have received imlifidase prior to kidney transplantation will provide important data to future prescribers and patients of the potential long-term benefits of imlifidase mediated transplantation.
NCT05971381
To evaluate repigmentation and quality of life after treatment of stable vitiligo lesions using the RECELL Device.
NCT05039177
* To evaluate the safety and tolerability of escalating doses of ERAS-007 in combination with other cancer therapies in study participants with advanced GI malignancies. * To determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) and/or Recommended Dose (RD) of ERAS-007 administered in combination with other cancer therapies. * To evaluate the antitumor activity of ERAS-007 in combination with other cancer therapies. * To evaluate the PK profiles of ERAS-007 and other cancer therapies when administered in combination.
NCT04439032
This prospective registry was designed as an observational study to ascertain how commercially available NanoBone Bone Graft is being used by surgeons performing spinal fusion as well as determining relevant patient outcomes.

This is an open-label, multinational, parallel 2-arm, randomized Phase 3 study evaluating the efficacy and safety of futibatinib versus gemcitabine-cisplatin chemotherapy as first-line treatment of participants with advanced, metastatic, or recurrent unresectable intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA) harboring FGFR2 gene rearrangements
NCT04649905
This study primarily aims to determine whether patients diagnosed with osteochondritis dissecans (OCD) of the knee experience psychological stress due to their diagnosis and treatment plan. Secondarily, this study aims to determine whether knee OCD patients experience a change in stress and depression as they progress through their standard-of-care treatment plan, and whether they have impaired psychological readiness for return to sport.
