Background: Cisplatin is used to treat head and neck cancer. People who take this drug are at risk for hearing loss. Atorvastatin is a drug used to treat high cholesterol. It might reduce the risk of cisplatin-induced hearing loss. Objective: To find out if atorvastatin reduces hearing loss in people treated with cisplatin and radiation. Eligibility: People ages 18 and older with squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck who will undergo treatment with cisplatin-based chemotherapy and radiation Design: Participants will be screened with their medical records. Participants currently taking a cholesterol-lowering statin medication are invited to participate in the observational arm of the study. Those not taking such a medication are invited to participate in the interventional arm of the study. All participants will have 3 study visits for the purpose of evaluating hearing. One before starting cisplatin treatment, one within 3 months of completing cancer treatment, and one within 2 years of completing cancer treatment. They will have tympanograms. A small flexible tip will be placed in the ear canal. A puff of air will be delivered to assess mobility of the ear drum. They will have hearing tests. They will wear headphones. They will listen to tones that vary in loudness. They will be asked to indicate when they hear a sound. They will complete 3 questionnaires at the time of each hearing test. Participants will have 2 visits for blood tests. These will occur upon consent and 12 weeks after. They will be randomly assigned to take the study drug or placebo orally, once daily. They will take it during cisplatin treatment and for 3 months after treatment. Long-term follow up will include a chart review 2 years after participants complete their cisplatin therapy.

Background: Human papillomavirus (HPV) can cause cervical, throat, anal, and genital cancers. Cancers caused by HPV have an HPV protein called E7 inside of their cells. In this new therapy, researchers take a person's blood, remove certain white blood cells, and insert genes that make them to target cancer cells that have the E7 protein. The genetically changed cells, called E7 T cell receptor (TCR) cells, are then given back to the person to fight the cancer. Researchers want to see if this can help people. Objective: To determine a safe dose and efficacy of E7 TCR cells and whether these cells can help patients. Eligibility: Adults ages 18 and older with an HPV-16-associated cancer, including cervical, vulvar, vaginal, penile, anal, or oropharyngeal. Design: Participants will list all their medicines. Participants will have many screening tests, including imaging procedures, heart and lung tests, and lab tests. They will have a large catheter inserted into a vein. Participants will have leukapheresis. Blood will be removed through a needle in the arm. A machine separates the white blood cells. The rest of the blood is returned through a needle in the other arm. The cells will be changed in the lab. Participants will stay in the hospital. Over several days, they will get: Chemotherapy drugs E7 TCR cells Shots or injections to stimulate the cells Participants will be monitored in the hospital up to 12 days. They will get support medicine and have blood and lab tests. Participants will have a clinic visit about 40 days after cell infusion. They will have a physical exam, blood work, scans, and maybe x-rays. Participants will have many follow-up visits with the same procedures. At some visits, they may undergo leukapheresis. Participants will be followed for 15 years.

ML-007C-MA-211 is a Phase 2, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of orally administered ML-007C-MA in inpatient adult participants aged 18 to 64 years with schizophrenia experiencing an acute exacerbation of psychosis. The primary objective is to evaluate the efficacy of ML-007C-MA compared with placebo in the treatment of subjects with inadequately controlled symptoms of schizophrenia as measured by the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) Total Score.

The SuperSaturated Oxygen Comprehensive Observational Registry (SSCORE) registry, a prospectively designed observational study, aims to evaluate the clinical utility and effectiveness of SuperSaturated Oxygen (SSO2) Therapy versus percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) alone among patients with anterior acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in routine clinical practice. The goal is to collect real-world data from patients treated with SSO2 Therapy to determine its impact on the overall heart failure (HF) burden on patients and healthcare systems compared with usual care for treatment of patients with AMI. The SSCORE Registry will generate effectiveness and healthcare resource utilization data that will be used in cost-effectiveness analysis modeling.

This study consists of two parts: Part A Surveillance and Part B Transmission. The main purpose of Part A is to evaluate the prevalence of pre-dose and treatment-emergent amino acid substitutions in pediatric participants' susceptibility \<12 years with influenza treated with baloxavir marboxil. Part B will include a subset of Part A participants who have household contacts (HHCs) recruited to the study. Part B will evaluate the incidence of onward influenza transmission from pediatric index participants (IPs) under 5 years of age and those aged 5 to under 12 years, treated with baloxavir marboxil, to their HHCs.

The main aim of this study is to see how well the medicine zasocitinib works, how safe it is, and how children and teenagers aged 4 to under 18 with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis respond to it. The study will be done in 2 parts: Part A will include both children and teenagers, while part B will only include children. At first, only teenagers who meet the study rules can participate in this study. Children may only start to participate once enough information has been collected from other studies with zasocitinib. Participants in Part A will initially be assigned to receive either zasocitinib or placebo for the first 16 weeks of treatment, then all participants will receive zasocitinib through the end of the study. All participants in Part B will be assigned to receive treatment with zasocitinib throughout the study. Participants will be in the study for up to 4 years and 2 months (217 weeks), including up to 35 days for the screening period, 208 weeks of treatment (Part A and Part B) and a 4-week safety follow-up period. During the study, participants will visit their study site multiple times.
