This phase II trial studies the best dose and effect of tocilizumab in combination with atezolizumab and stereotactic radiation therapy in treating glioblastoma patients whose tumor has come back after initial treatment (recurrent). Tocilizumab is a monoclonal antibody that binds to receptors for a protein called interleukin-6 (IL-6), which is made by white blood cells and other cells in the body as well as certain types of cancer. This may help lower the body's immune response and reduce inflammation. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Fractionated stereotactic radiation therapy uses special equipment to precisely deliver multiple, smaller doses of radiation spread over several treatment sessions to the tumor. The goal of this study is to change a tumor that is unresponsive to cancer therapy into a more responsive one. Therapy with fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy in combination with tocilizumab may suppress the inhibitory effect of immune cells surrounding the tumor and consequently allow an immunotherapy treatment by atezolizumab to activate the immune response against the tumor. Combination therapy with tocilizumab, atezolizumab and fractionated stereotactic radiation therapy may shrink or stabilize the cancer better than radiation therapy alone in patients with recurrent glioblastoma.

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate nutrition administration in the time around the tracheostomy in patients with breathing tubes. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Will continuing nutrition up to the time of surgery (tracheostomy) decrease nutrition interruptions, thereby increasing food intake? * Does continuing nutrition up to the time of surgery increase instances of food going into the lungs or lung infections? Researchers will compare patients who have nutrition withheld 6 hours prior to surgery versus those who receive nutrition up until the time of surgery to see if there are differences in food intake, instances of food entering the lungs or lung infections.

The hypothesis of this research protocol is that the investigators will be able to redesign the manner in which upper limb amputations are performed so as to enable volitional control of next generation prosthetic devices and restore sensation and proprioception to the amputated limb. The investigators will test this hypothesis by performing modified above elbow or below elbow amputations in ten intervention patients, and compare their outcomes to ten control patients who have undergone tradition amputations at similar levels. The specific aims of the project are: 1. To define a standardized approach to the performance of a novel operative procedure for both below elbow (BEA) and above elbow amputations (AEA) 2. To measure the degree of volitional motor activation and excursion achievable in the residual limb constructs, and to determine the optimal configuration and design of such constructs 3. To describe the extent of proprioceptive feedback achievable through the employment of these modified surgical techniques 4. To validate the functional and somatosensory superiority of the proposed amputation technique over standard approaches to BEA and AEA 5. To develop a modified acute postoperative rehabilitation strategy suited to this new surgical approach This will be a phase I/pilot clinical trial to be performed over a three-year period as a collaborative initiative involving Brigham \& Women's Hospital/Brigham \& Women's Faulkner Hospital (BWH/BWFH), Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). The investigators will plan to perform 6 of the 10 amputations at BWH/BWFH, and 4 of the amputations at WRNMMC.

This phase II trial compares the effect of immunotherapy with ipilimumab and nivolumab alone to their combination with cabozantinib in treating patients with soft tissue sarcoma that has spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as ipilimumab and nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Cabozantinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply and may also prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. By these actions it may help slow or stop the spread of cancer cells. Adding cabozantinib to the combination of ipilimumab and nivolumab may be better in stopping or slowing the growth of tumor compared to ipilimumab and nivolumab alone in patients with advanced soft tissue sarcoma.

The objective of this retrospective study is an investigational clinical follow-up, of patients treated with interbody fusion devices (IBFD), both expandable (EXP) and static (STC), according to their intended use and cleared labeling to understand IBFD design and technique characteristics that affect occurrence rates of subsidence. Patients treated with IBFD's (both EXP and STC) according to their intended use and cleared labeling 1. EXP IBFD's that expand in width and height demonstrate reduced occurrence of subsidence post-operatively when compared to EXP IBFD's that expand in height only and STC IBFD's. 2. EXP IBFD's that are comprised of multi-material composition with Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) endplate contacting surfaces demonstrate reduced occurrence of subsidence on post-operative radiographs when compared to EXP and STC IBFD's that are primarily comprised of Ti with Ti endplate contacting surfaces. 3. achieve radiographic fusion at a rate consistent with the state-of-the-art 4. achieve significant improvements in pain and function compared to baseline 5. experience adverse events at a frequency comparable to reported rates for TLIF or PLIF surgery 6. not demonstrate any intraoperative complications during the implant process 7. operative approach does not correlate with increased rates of subsidence

Zolbetuximab is being studied as a treatment for people with cancer in and around the stomach or cancer where the food pipe (esophagus) joins the stomach (gastroesophageal junction cancer). Most people with this type of cancer have a protein called Claudin 18.2 in their tumor. Zolbetuximab is thought to work by attaching to Claudin 18.2 in their tumor. This switches on the body's immune system to attack the tumor. There is an unmet medical need to treat people with advanced cancer in and around the stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer. This study will provide more information on zolbetuximab given by itself and in combination with other treatments in adults with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer. The study is currently ongoing globally. People in this study will either be treated with zolbetuximab by itself, with zolbetuximab and chemotherapy, with zolbetuximab and a medicine called pembrolizumab, or zolbetuximab with chemotherapy and a medicine called nivolumab. This study is ongoing, but enrollment in any of the treatment options has been completed. In addition, at this stage of the study, treatment in some of these treatment options has completed. The main aim of this study is to check how well zolbetuximab controls tumors when given by itself. Adults with cancer in and around the stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer can take part. Their cancer is locally advanced unresectable or metastatic and has the CLDN18.2 marker in a tumor sample. Locally advanced means the cancer has spread to nearby tissue. Unresectable means the cancer cannot be removed by surgery. Metastatic means the cancer has spread to other parts of the body. They may have been previously treated with standard therapies. People cannot take part if they need to take medicines to suppress their immune system, have blockages or bleeding in their gut, have specific uncontrollable cancers such as symptomatic or untreated cancers in the nervous system, have a specific heart condition or infections. There are different treatments in the study. People who take part will receive just 1 of the treatments. Treatment will be given in cycles. The treatment is given through a vein; this is called an infusion. Some people with advanced disease will have 1 infusion in 3 week (21-day) cycles. Some people will have several infusions in 6 week (42-day) cycles. Some people with cancer in and around the stomach or gastroesophageal junction who have surgery for their cancer will have a few infusions in 2-week (14-day) cycles. This will happen before and after they have surgery for their cancer. People may receive chemotherapy for up to 6 months. Some people enrolled to received zolbetuximab and pembrolizumab, may have received pembrolizumab for up to 2 years. People will visit the clinic on certain days during their treatment; there may be extra visits during the first cycle of treatment. The study doctors will check if people had any medical problems from zolbetuximab and the other study treatments. Also, people in the study will have a health check including blood tests. On some visits they will also have scans to check for any changes in their cancer. Tumor samples will be taken at certain visits with the option of giving a tumor sample after treatment has finished. People will visit the clinic after they stop treatment. They will be asked about any medical problems and will have a health check including blood tests. After the clinic visits end some people will have a telephone health check every 3 months. The number of visits and checks done at each visit will depend on the health of each person and whether they completed their treatment or not.

The study will have two separate patient cohorts: Cohort 1 will include patients with newly diagnosed chronic graft versus host disease (GVHD), whereas cohort 2 will include patients with newly diagnosed chronic lung disease (CLD). For cohort 1, the primary objective will be to characterize PRM metrics at the onset of chronic GVHD and determine if a PRM signature is present that will predict 1-year CLD free survival. For cohort 2, the primary objective will focus on characterizing PRM at the onset of CLD and determine if PRM can predict the trajectory in lung function decline in affected patients.

The purpose of this study is to learn about the effects of two study medicines (maplirpacept \[PF-07901801\] and glofitamab) when given together for the treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) that is relapsed or is refractory. Relapsed means has returned after last treatment. Refractory means that it has not responded to last treatment. The two study medicines are given after a single dose of obinutuzumab which is the third study medicine. DLBCL is a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). NHL is a cancer of the lymphatic system. It develops when the body makes abnormal B lymphocytes. These lymphocytes are a type of white blood cell that normally help to fight infections. This study is seeking adult participants who: * Have histologically confirmed diagnosis of DLBCL * Have received at least two first lines of treatment for NHL. * Are unable or unwilling to undergo a stem cell transplant or CAR-T cell therapy. Stem cell transplant is a procedure in which a patient receives healthy blood-forming cells to replace their own stem cells that have been destroyed by treatment. A CAR-T therapy is a type of treatment in which a patient's T cells are changed in the laboratory so they will attack cancer cells. Everyone in this study will receive all three medicines at the study site by intravenous (IV) infusion which is given directly into a vein. The two study medicines (maplirpacept \[PF-07901801\] and glofitamab) will be given in 21-day cycles. At Cycle 0, participants will receive a single dose of obinutuzumab pre-treatment followed by two step-up doses of glofitamab. The combination of maplirpacept (PF-07901801) with glofitamab full dose will be administered for the first time at Cycle 1 Day 1. Maplirpacept (PF-07901801) will be given weekly for the first three cycles and then every three weeks. Glofitamab will be given every 3 weeks for approximately 9 months. Thereafter participants will continue to receive maplirpacept alone. Maplirpacept (PF-07901801) will be given at different doses to different participants. Everyone taking part will receive the same fixed doses of glofitamab and obinutuzumab studied in patients with DLBCL. The study will compare the experiences of people receiving different doses of maplirpacept (PF-07901801). This will help to determine what dose is safe and effective when given with the other 2 study medicines.

The current study aimed at evaluating the diagnostic performance of \[18F\]CTT1057 as a PET imaging agent for detection and localization of Prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA) positivity in patients diagnosed of biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer (PCa), using a composite truth standard. Approximately 190 participants were to be enrolled to ensure at least 152 participants were evaluable (i.e. have both an evaluable \[18F\]CTT1057 Positron emission tomography/Computed Tomography (PET/CT) scan imaging and at least one evaluable Composite Truth Standard (CTS) assessment and had not received any prohibited systemic antineoplastic therapy before the completion of PET/CTs and CTS procedures, which were required for the calculation of the co-primary endpoints.
