NCT00081068
RATIONALE: Monoclonal antibodies, such as alemtuzumab, can locate tumor cells and either kill them or deliver tumor-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying how well alemtuzumab works in treating patients with Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia.
NCT00526123
The purpose of this clinical trial is to compare the longevity of two dialysis catheters.

The purpose of this study is to determine if two test products are safe and effective in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis.
NCT00357253
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as capecitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to kill tumor cells. Capecitabine may make tumor cells more sensitive to radiation therapy. Giving capecitabine together with radiation therapy may kill more tumor cells. PURPOSE: This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of capecitabine when given together with radiation therapy in treating young patients with newly diagnosed, nonmetastatic brain stem glioma or high-grade glioma.
NCT00856544
This Phase 3 study is intended to provide evidence that CP-690,550 dosed 5 mg BID and 10 mg BID is safe and effective when used in combination with a variety of traditional disease modifying antirheumatic drugs in adult patients with rheumatoid arthritis. It is intended to confirm the benefits of CP-690,550 in improving signs and symptoms and physical function that were observed in the Phase 2 rheumatoid arthritis studies.
NCT00768599
This is a 6-week clinical study (4 weeks of treatment, once per day, plus a 2-week follow-up period) of a topical foam to treat athlete's foot. The active ingredient in the foam -- econazole nitrate 1% -- is the same active pharmaceutical ingredient in a cream that your doctor can currently prescribe to treat athlete's foot. This study will help to understand if the foam works the same as the cream to treat athlete's foot.
NCT01081886
The objective of this clinical study is to evaluate the operative performance of the PEAK PlasmaBlade 4.0 during total knee replacement; to monitor and record post-operative pain, activity level, narcotic consumption, adverse events, and skin scarring following surgery; and compare these outcomes to the current standard of care (SOC).
NCT00206128
The purpose of this study is to determine that the efficacy of the sustained release (SR) formulation of quetiapine (Seroquel) is not inferior to the immediate release (IR) formulation. PLEASE NOTE: Seroquel SR and Seroquel XR refer to the same formulation. The SR designation was changed to XR after consultation with FDA.
NCT00004879
RATIONALE: Monoclonal antibodies such as ABX-EGF can locate tumor cells and either kill them or deliver tumor-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. PURPOSE: Phase I trial to study the effectiveness of monoclonal antibody ABX-EGF in treating patients who have either renal (kidney), prostate, pancreatic, non-small cell lung, colon, rectal, esophageal, or gastroesophageal junction cancer.

NCT01647594
This is a pilot study, which will inform a larger study to evaluate the Young Women's Intervention (YWI). The goal of this research is to develop, implement and test a refined exportable and sustainable education and support intervention for young women with breast cancer and their oncology providers. This pilot study will test the feasibility of the Young Women's Intervention (YWI) as well as a Physical Activity Intervention (PAI) at four unique sites. In addition, it will include a qualitative assessment, through focus groups and key informant interviews, of concerns facing young women with breast cancer. The investigators aim to use the findings from this pilot study to inform a larger future Young Women's Intervention (YWI) study where the YWI intervention will be compared to a Physical Activity Intervention (PAI).
