NCT02347774
This is a trial of 12 weeks of treatment with nebulized SUN-101 using an Investigational eFlow® Closed System (CS) nebulizer in subjects with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) according to the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD 2014) guidelines.
NCT00625443
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of AKR-501 (avatrombopag) administered in participants with chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP) who were enrolled into and completed 28 days of study treatment in Protocol 501-CL-003 (NCT00441090).
NCT01515176
This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and the best dose of ofatumumab and dinaciclib and to see how well they work in treating patients with relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia, small lymphocytic lymphoma, or B-cell prolymphocytic leukemia. Monoclonal antibodies, such as ofatumumab, can find cancer cells and help kill them. Dinaciclib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving ofatumumab together with dinaciclib may kill more cancer cells.
NCT01605227
This study will evaluate the effect of cabozantinib compared to prednisone on overall survival in men with previously treated metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer with bone-dominant disease who have experienced disease progression on docetaxel-containing chemotherapy and abiraterone or MDV3100.
NCT01798901
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of AR-42 when given together with decitabine in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia. AR-42 may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as decitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving AR-42 together with decitabine may kill more cancer cells.
NCT01689233
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of TRx0237 in the treatment of subjects with mild Alzheimer's Disease.
NCT01689246
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of TRx0237 in the treatment of subjects with mild to moderate Alzheimer's Disease.
NCT02897154
The objective of this study is to compare the performance of two i-STAT Analyzers in a Point-of-Care (POC) setting. The evaluation will be performed using a cartridge to test glucose, hematocrit and sodium on capillary specimens.
NCT01626378
The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the safety and efficacy of TRx0237 in the treatment of patients with behavioral variant frontotemporal dementia (bvFTD).
NCT01642082
This phase II trial studies how well dalantercept works in treating patients with endometrial cancer that has come back or is persistent. Dalantercept may stop the growth of endometrial cancer by blocking blood flow to the tumor.
NCT00810888
The purpose of this study is to determine if computed tomography angiography can predict which individuals with intracerebral hemorrhage will experience significant growth in the size of the hemorrhage. For individuals who are at high risk for hemorrhage growth, the study will compare the drug recombinant activated factor VII (rFVIIa) to placebo to determine the effect of rFVIIa on intracerebral hemorrhage growth.
NCT02780349
Demonstrate the safety and performance of the WIRION™ EPS in subjects undergoing lower extremity atherectomy for the treatment of Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD)
NCT00867113
This is a Phase II, non-randomized, open-label, multi-center study conducted in the USA. The purpose of this trial is to evaluate the use of long term adjuvant imatinib mesylate in patients at significant risk for recurrence following complete resection of primary GIST.
NCT01217957
The purpose of Phase 1 of this study was to determine the safety, tolerability, maximum tolerated dose (MTD), and recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of oral ixazomib administered in combination with lenalidomide and low-dose dexamethasone in participants with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM). The purpose of Phase 2 of this study was to determine the overall response rate (ORR) and further evaluate the tolerability and toxicity of the combination of oral ixazomib, lenalidomide, and low-dose dexamethasone in patients with NDMM.
NCT02622334
The purpose of the study is to assess the safety, tolerability, and IOP effects of RO5093151 following 7 days of topical ocular treatment in patients with primary open angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
NCT02269579
To assess the impact of moderate hepatic impairment on cytarabine and daunorubicin pharmacokinetics and their metabolites following administration of CPX-351.
NCT03238274
The objective of this study is to demonstrate the clinical performance of the Sofia® 2 analyzer and Sofia Lyme FIA test in the CLIA waived test environment in comparison to Comparator Method(s) and/or an FDA cleared predicate test(s) using matched finger-stick, whole blood and serum from symptomatic subjects.
NCT02530125
The purpose of this study is to evaluate pidilizumab and its effect, bad and/or good, on the immune system in relation to its ability to fight cancer cells. Many cancers can be brought to a phase called complete remission (no cancer is found) but have a chance that they may come back. Researchers are working to improve therapy and to find new drugs that lower the chance of disease coming back. This study uses a drug called pidilizumab. The drug targets our immune system. It can change how our immune system finds cancer cells. The drug may kill any remaining cancer cells that we cannot see with computed tomography (CT) scans. The drug, pidilizumab, is being studied in other cancers.
NCT01327508
The objective of this study is to quantitate the amount of radiation both subjects and surgeons are exposed to during intramedullary nailing of the femur using the TRIGEN SURESHOT Distal Targeting System versus Standard nailing instrumentation.
NCT02564029
PF-06372865 in subjects with photosensitive epilepsy
