RATIONALE: Estrogen can cause the growth of breast cancer cells. Hormone therapy using letrozole may fight breast cancer by lowering the amount of estrogen the body makes. It is not yet known whether letrozole is more effective than a placebo in treating patients with hormone receptor-positive breast cancer. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying letrozole to see how well it works compared with a placebo in treating postmenopausal women who have received hormone therapy for hormone receptor-positive breast cancer.

Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency (EPI) is a condition where pancreatic enzyme quantity or activity is reduced below threshold needed for normal digestion. Symptoms include bloating, flatulence, diarrhea and steatorrhea. This is an observational study assessing for effect of CREON on symptoms of EPI in participants with EPI due to chronic pancreatitis.

This randomized phase III trial is studying low-dose vincristine to see how well it works compared with high-dose vincristine when given together with different combination chemotherapy regimens in treating young patients with intermediate-risk relapsed B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Randomized trial of a rapid repeat pregnancy prevention program for adolescent mothers. Five hundred adolescent mothers from central Ohio will be enrolled--half will be assigned to an intervention that features nurses and social workers providing extra assistance during late pregnancy and the early postnatal period and half will be assigned to a standard of care intervention. OhioHealth is the lead entity. Nationwide Children's Hospital serves as the local independent evaluator. This federally funded contract is supported by the Family and Youth Services Bureau.

This Phase 3, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab (MPDL3280A, an anti-programmed death-ligand 1 \[PD-L1\] antibody) administered in combination with paclitaxel compared with placebo in combination with paclitaxel in participants with previously untreated, inoperable locally advanced or metastatic, centrally confirmed TNBC.
