NCT04643964
In this study, we test brief video interventions for those with elevated depressive symptoms. We randomize participants to one of three conditions. (1) An entrée condition involving in-depth coverage a set of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) skills. (2) A sampler condition which introduces three sets of CBT skills. (3) A control condition involving no skills. Among those in the entrée condition, participants are further randomized to one of three CBT skills. We plan on two sets of primary comparisons. First, we will compare the effects of each form of video intervention (i.e., entrée and sampler) to the control condition. Second, we will compare the entrée and sampler conditions. We will recruit participants from Amazon's Mechanical Turk program (MTurk). In the intervention conditions, participants will be asked to watch several videos and practice skills using worksheets. They will also be asked to practice skills introduced in the videos in the week following the intervention. In the control condition, participants will not watch videos. One week after the intervention, all participants will respond to a follow-up assessment.
NCT02101944
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of wild-type reovirus when combined with carfilzomib and dexamethasone in treating patients with multiple myeloma that has come back following treatment (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Chemotherapy drugs, such as dexamethasone and carfilzomib, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. A virus called wild-type reovirus may be able to kill cancer cells without damaging normal cells and seems to work best when given with chemotherapy. Giving wild-type reovirus with chemotherapy may be a more effective treatment than chemotherapy alone.
NCT05305040
This is a Phase 3 study to evaluate posoleucel (ALVR105, Viralym-M); an allogeneic, off-the-shelf multi-virus specific T cell therapy that targets six viral pathogens: BK virus, cytomegalovirus, adenovirus, Epstein-Barr virus, human herpesvirus 6 and JC virus.
NCT05343143
This is a 10-subject, 12-month follow-up, prospective, multi-center, open-label, single arm clinical trial designed to understand the initial performance characteristics and confirm the safety profile of the NeuraGen 3D Nerve Guide Matrix.
NCT05121376
This is a Phase 1/2, single-arm, open-label, dose-escalation and dose-expansion study of BMN 331 for the treatment of hereditary angioedema (HAE) due to C1 Esterase Inhibitor (C1-INH) protein deficiency. The study drug BMN 331is identified as AAV5 hSERPING1, an adeno-associated virus (AAV5)-based gene therapy vector that expresses wild-type human C1 Esterase Inhibitor (hC1-INH), under the control of a liver-selective promoter, and is being developed for the treatment of HAE with C1-INH deficiency. The pharmaceutical form of BMN 331 is a solution for intravenous infusion.
NCT00847613
This study is designed to provide safety and efficacy data to support the development of CP-690,550 in patients with moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis on background of methotrexate.
NCT02899299
The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness and tolerability of the combination of Nivolumab and Ipilimumab compared to Pemetrexed and Cisplatin or Carboplatin in patients with unresectable pleural mesothelioma.
NCT03001882
The purpose of this study is to explore the possible links between participant characteristics and their cancer, with how effective the combination of nivolumab with ipilimumab is, in participants with Stage IV or recurrent Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC).
NCT04605484
The purpose of this study is to compare Posoleucel (formerly known as ALVR105; Viralym-M) to placebo in kidney transplant recipients who have high or low levels of BK virus in their blood.
NCT04657016
This is a study of tirzepatide in participants with obesity. The purpose of this study is to learn more about how tirzepatide maintains body weight or adds to weight loss after an intensive lifestyle modification program. The study will last about 2 years (29 visits).
NCT04190628
This is a Phase I, First-In-Human, open label, dose escalation and dose expansion study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary anti-cancer activity of ABM-1310 in adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors who have no effective standard treatment options available, as monotherapy in patients with documented BRAF V600 mutation, or in combination with cobimetinib (Cotellic®) in adult patients who have documented BRAF mutation and progressive disease or intolerance to at least one prior line of systemic therapy.
NCT03849118
89Zr-TLX250 is under clinical development as a diagnostic agent targeting clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
NCT00703677
The goal of this trial is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of lithium in people with progressive supranuclear palsy or corticobasal degeneration.
NCT02628899
To assess the safety and feasibility of Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) with commercially available bioprostheses in patients with severe, symptomatic aortic stenosis (AS) who are low-risk (STS score ≤3%) for surgical aortic valve replacement (SAVR).
NCT05255445
Red Blood Cell - IMProving trAnsfusions for Chronically Transfused recipients (RBC-IMPACT) is an observational cohort study to assess donor, component, and recipient factors that contribute to RBC efficacy in chronically and episodically transfused patients. The objective of the study is to determine how specific genetic and non-genetic factors in donors and recipients may impact RBC survival after transfusion - in short, what factors on both the donor and recipient side may improve the efficacy of the transfusion.
NCT03238027
A Phase 1 dose escalation study to determine if axatilimab as monotherapy and axatilimab in combination with a fixed dose of durvalumab will be sufficiently safe and well-tolerated at biologically active doses to warrant further investigation in patients with solid tumors.
NCT03451331
This is a randomized phase 2 trial of gemcitabine + carboplatin + nivolumab or gemcitabine + oxaliplatin + nivolumab for the treatment of cisplatin-ineligible patients with metastatic urothelial cancer. Randomization will be stratified on the lymph node only (and/or unresectable primary) metastatic status.
NCT05079711
The purpose of this study is to establish lay user performance criteria for the SavvyCheck Vaginal Yeast Test in comparison to standard vaginal yeast culture and identification method for Candida (the Reference Method). Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and sequencing of fungi will be used as an aid to explain the nature of the discrepancy in the case of discordant results between the lay user-performed SavvyCheck Vaginal Yeast Test and standard vaginal yeast culture and identification method for Candida.
NCT06418607
The purpose of this study is to assess the bioequivalent effect of venglustat in tablet and hard capsule form when give with water under fasting conditions. Also, to evaluate the safety and tolerability of a single dose tablet and hard capsule of venglustat (swallowed whole) under fasting conditions in healthy adult participants. The maximum duration for participants from screening is up to 47 days.
NCT02616146
The purpose of this study is to assess the contraceptive efficacy of the etonogestrel + 17β-estradiol (ENG-E2) vaginal ring in women between 18 and 35 years of age based on the number of in-treatment pregnancies as expressed by the Pearl Index (PI). The study will also assess the safety and tolerability of ENG-E2 vaginal ring. The levonorgestrel-ethinyl estradiol (LNG-EE) 150/30 μg combined oral contraceptive (COC) will be used as the active comparator.
