NCT04053387
This is a long-term, open-label, multicenter, study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of topical tapinarof cream, 1% in adults with plaque psoriasis. Subjects in this study completed treatment in 1 of 2 Phase 3 pivotal efficacy and safety studies (Study DMVT-505-3001 or Study DMVT-505-3002). This study will consist of up to 40 weeks of treatment and a 4-week safety follow-up period.
NCT03962543
This study evaluates mirdametinib (PD-0325901) in the treatment of symptomatic inoperable neurofibromatosis type-1 (NF1)-associated plexiform neurofibromas (PNs). All participants will receive mirdametinib (PD-0325901). Eligible participants may continue in a long-term follow-up phase.
NCT05852431
To determine the effect of Pegozafermin on fasting serum triglyceride levels in subjects with Severe Hypertriglyceridemia (TG ≥500 to ≤2000 mg/dL) after 26 weeks of treatment.
NCT02492269
The overall goal of this project is to determine the role of anesthetic management in children undergoing cardiac surgery utilizing CPB in the setting of fast tracking and early extubation. An ideal anesthetic technique would ensure abolishing or diminishing stress response as would be evident by the stress markers levels and the level of two cerebral injury biomarkers (S 100 B and NSE). This should translate to better immediate postoperative outcome and hopefully improve both the short and the long term neurodevelopmental outcome in these children. The project is prospective, randomized and blinded study. The first and second aim of the study should be conducted over 2 year period. Our long term aim will be concluded when these children reach the school age.
NCT03905434
Patients \>18 years of age presenting to Ohio State Wexner Medical Center Emergency department with stroke symptoms, within 6 hours of last know well and found to have acute anterior circulation large vessel occlusion (LVO) will be included in this study. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the differential expression of exosomal microRNAs in patients with stroke due to acute LVO as compared to healthy controls. In addition, the investigators will also evaluate the differential expression of exosomal microRNA in patients with good vs poor collateral grade.
NCT02793544
This is a multi-center, single arm Phase II study of hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) using human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-mismatched unrelated bone marrow transplantation donors and post-transplantation cyclophosphamide (PTCy), sirolimus and mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) for graft versus host disease (GVHD) prophylaxis in patients with hematologic malignancies.
NCT06718491
The goal of this clinical trial is to reduce heavy drinking and enhance medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) outcomes in individuals receiving MOUD. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does the brief, digitally-enhanced, virtual psychotherapeutic intervention, called Managing Physical Reactions to Overwhelming Emotions (IMPROVE), impact daily alcohol use and MOUD adherence? * Does the intervention change self-report and physiological responses to intolerance to uncertainty and anxiety sensitivity? Researchers will compare IMPROVE to a control intervention (health education treatment) to see if IMPROVE impacts daily alcohol use and MOUD adherence. Participants will: * Complete a baseline electroencephalography (EEG) and self-report questionnaires. * Complete three one-hour intervention sessions (IMPROVE or control) each one week a part. * Complete a post-intervention EEG and self-report questionnaires. * Complete five ecological momentary assessment (EMA) surveys a day for 21 days. * Complete self-report questionnaires one-month after their last intervention session.
NCT06365060
In this multicenter study, we will recruit 400 patients 40 years of age or older at 15 centers with a diagnosis of smoldering multiple myeloma (SMM), a group of patients for whom standard of care is observation not treatment. The main goal of this study is to screen for the diagnosis of light-chain amyloidosis (AL) before the onset of symptomatic disease and to develop a training set for a likelihood algorithm.
NCT04857359
This study is designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of dipraglurant in PD patients with dyskinesia (randomized 1:1 to receive active or placebo) for 12 weeks (1 week at 150 mg per day and 11 weeks at 300 mg per day). The primary efficacy assessment will be based on the Unified Dyskinesia Rating Scale (UDysRS). Patients who complete the 12-week blinded treatment period may have the option to roll into an open-label safety extension study for an additional 12-month treatment period.
NCT05897541
The purpose of this study is to measure the proportion of participants who are infected with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) (positive reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction \[RT-PCR\] test) and have coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) symptom(s) with S-217622 tablets compared with placebo tablets in participants who are household contacts of an individual with symptomatic COVID-19.
NCT04057040
This is a Phase 2 study with an open-label dose escalation phase followed by a blinded withdrawal phase and an open label extension. The study is designed to monitor the PTG-300 safety profile and to obtain preliminary evidence of efficacy of PTG-300 for the treatment of phlebotomy-requiring polycythemia vera.
NCT02872116
The main purpose of this study is to compare how long patients with gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer live after receiving nivolumab and ipilimumab or nivolumab and chemotherapy compared with patients receiving chemotherapy alone.
