NCT02612311
This study evaluates the combination of ublituximab, a novel monoclonal antibody, and TGR-1202, a novel PI3K delta inhibitor compared to obinutuzumab and chlorambucil, and compared to ublituximab or TGR-1202 alone in Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) participants.
NCT03206203
This randomized phase II trial studies how well carboplatin with or without atezolizumab works in treating patients with stage IV triple negative breast cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving carboplatin with atezolizumab may work better in treating patients with stage IV triple negative breast cancer
NCT03640481
This is a Phase 2, randomized, multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of KD025 in subjects with Chronic Graft Versus Host Disease (cGVHD) after at least 2 prior lines of systemic therapy
NCT06349356
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of C.STIM, an intense pulsed light device to treat signs and symptoms of dry eye disease. The main question it aims to answer is: • Difference of the evolution of Tear Break-Up time (TBUT) between the 2 arms of the study (placebo and treated). Researchers will compare treated group and placebo to respond to the main question. Participants will assess to an inclusion visit (disease evaluation purpose) and then four IPL treatment visit to finish with the last visit (disease evaluation purpose).
NCT06097663
This Phase 2a clinical trial will evaluate the effectiveness, safety, and tolerability of increasing dose strengths of an oral daily medication, DFV890, administered for 12 weeks, or a single s.c. dose of MAS825, to reduce key markers of inflammation related to CVD risk, such as IL-6 and IL-18, in approximately 28 people with known coronary heart disease and TET2 or DNMT3A CHIP (VAF ≥2%).
NCT06128369
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of OCS-01 in treating inflammation and pain in subjects following cataract surgery.
NCT01032070
This is a phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy of single-agent erlotinib versus oral etoposide in patients with recurrent or refractory pediatric ependymoma.
NCT00634049
The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of isavuconazole in the treatment of renally impaired participants with invasive fungal infections caused by Aspergillus and participants with invasive fungal disease caused by rare fungi.
NCT05161078
To date, little knowledge exists related to the use of hemodialysis (HD) in infants and has been limited to mainly single center studies. The CARPEDIEM (CArdio-Renal PEdiatric Dialysis Emergency Machine) device, which can be used to provide hemodialysis in infants, has been launched in the United States. This study/registry is designed to obtain data on critically ill infants who require HD using the CARPEDIEM device to understand the indications for initiation, best practice in prescribing and performing treatment, expected treatment course, and outcomes of a dedicated infant continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) machine.
NCT04212091
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and antiviral activity of the monoclonal antibody PGT121.414.LS administered alone and in combination with VRC07-523LS via intravenous or subcutaneous infusions in healthy, HIV-uninfected adult participants.
NCT04136184
The main objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of eplontersen as compared with the historical control of the placebo cohort in the NEURO-TTR trial (NCT01737398/2012-001831-30), in subjects with hereditary transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis polyneuropathy (hATTR-PN). NCT05349227
This study intends to explore feasibility, acceptability, and outcomes related to the use of a digital health coaching intervention for individuals who have completed primary therapy for cancer. Up to 625 individuals with diverse cancer diagnoses will be enrolled across up to 8 clinical sites to participate in a randomized wait-list control study. Those in the intervention group will receive 6 months of digital coaching up front followed by 6 months of ongoing monitoring via patient reported and clinical outcomes, as well as wearable data. Those in the control group will be monitored via patient reported and clinical outcomes as well as wearable data for the first 6 months followed by 6 months of digital health coaching. Both groups will collect fecal microbiome samples at enrollment and month 6. The study aims to explore if and how digital health coaching may be used to enhance outcomes for individuals following completion of primary cancer therapy.
NCT04795765
This postmarket registry is intended to prospectively collect real world data to support ongoing safety and performance of the SpineJack system.
NCT04020185

NCT05000931
The CochlearTM Osia®2 System was cleared by the Food and Drug Administration November 15, 2019 (K191921) for individuals aged 12 years and older who present with conductive or mixed hearing loss (up to 55 dB HL) or single-sided-deafness (SSD).Published and unpublished data suggest significant pre to postoperative benefit and minimal risk in both children and adults who have received the Osia system. Thus the objective of this study is to examine the safety and effectiveness of the Cochlear Osia 2 system in a group of pediatric subjects aged 5 to 11 years who suffer from conductive or mixed hearing loss (up to 55 dB HL), or single-sided-deafness (SSD) with the intent of expanding the indications for use.
