This phase II Expanded Lung-MAP treatment trial tests tepotinib with or without ramucirumab for the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (stage IV) or that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Tepotinib is used in patients whose cancer has a mutated (changed) form of a gene called MET. It is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal MET protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of tumor cells. Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Giving tepotinib with ramucirumab may lower the chance of the cancer from growing or spreading in patients with stage IV or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer.

This study uses a noninvasive technique called transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to study how hallucinations work in schizophrenia. TMS is a noninvasive way of stimulating the brain, using a magnetic field to change activity in the brain. The magnetic field is produced by a coil that is held next to the scalp. In this study the investigators will be stimulating the brain to learn more about how TMS might improve these symptoms of schizophrenia.

This trial is a multicenter, randomized, controlled study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of BioREtain® Amniotic Membrane (BR-AM) plus standard of care versus standard of care only in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. The trial design will control potential variables that may affect the outcome between the treatment group and the control group by standardizing the requirements for debridement, wound dressings, and offloading. Weekly subject visits will help monitor compliance in wound care and off-loading, as well as to document when wound closure is achieved. The study will also implement the use of an electronic imaging and measurement device using a standardized protocol to ensure the measuring of the wound surface area and volume is accurate, highly reproducible, and minimally variable. There will also be a crossover treatment phase for those patients that were relegated to standard care only. After their 12-week standard of care treatment phase and for only those subjects that did not achieve complete wound closure, will be allowed to crossover for an additional 12 weeks of treatment with the BR-AM product following the protocol and procedures set forth within this document.

This study examines a patient population with a non-healing, non-infected venous leg ulcer (VLU) having adequate arterial perfusion with confirmed venous reflux. It is hypothesized that weekly applications of the human placental allograft BioREtain® Amnion Chorion (BR-AC) applied to a non-healing VLU will result in a higher proportion of wounds showing complete healing within 12 weeks of initiating therapy, compared to standard care alone. This study has a crossover period, where subjects on standard care alone who do not achieve complete healing within 12 weeks of initiating therapy will be allowed to crossover to receive BR-AC over 12 additional weeks, to evaluate if their wound can achieve complete healing.

Sub-optimal transfer of clinical information during inter-hospital transfer (IHT, the transfer of patients between acute care hospitals) is common and can lead to patient harm. To address this problem, the investigators will use key stakeholder input to refine and implement an interoperable health information exchange platform that integrates with the electronic health record and improves the reliability of and access to necessary clinical information in three use cases involving transfer of patients between sending and receiving hospitals with varying levels of affiliation and health record integration. The investigators will assess the effect of this intervention on frequency of medical errors, evaluate the use and usability of this platform from the perspective of those that interact with it, and use these results to develop a dissemination plan to spread implementation and use of this platform across other similar institutions.

The purpose of this study is to test the efficacy of InVEST (Individualized Vocational and Educational Support and Training) for CHR-P (clinical high risk for psychosis) to address specific role functioning difficulties associated with the CHR-P phase. Our specific goals are: 1. Part 1: Preliminary open trial of InVEST (n = 8) to collect preliminary feasibility and acceptability data by providing the intervention, administering assessments, and collecting focus group and self-report feedback from open trial participants. The open trial phase will help to refine recruitment approaches and to modify the treatment manual as needed. 2. Part 2: Preliminary randomized controlled trial of InVEST vs. Delayed InVEST (DI) to explore preliminary evidence of efficacy of InVEST vs. DI (n = 30). The investigators hope to gain understanding of the feasibility of InVEST and the study's assessment procedures, and to gain a preliminary understanding of the intervention's efficacy for functioning difficulties experienced by young people at CHR-P.

Clinical outcomes after open trigger finger release are excellent. Minimally invasive techiques with ultrasound guidance theoretically offer advantages for faster recovery but this technique has not been compared prospectively with the standard of care (open trigger release). This study aims to prospectively analyze patient-reported outcomes in patients undergoing open vs. ultrasound-guided trigger finger release.

The goal of this observational study is to evaluate postoperative outcomes following temporomandibular joint (TMJ) surgery and to compare the effectiveness of intraoperative platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) injections in patients with temporomandibular joint disorders. The study includes adult patients who underwent TMJ surgery and received either PRP or PRF intraoperatively. The main questions this study aims to answer are: Whether intraoperative PRP or PRF injection is associated with differences in postoperative pain intensity and recovery. Whether PRP and PRF differ in their effects on postoperative jaw function, including maximum mouth opening and joint symptoms. If there is a comparison group: Researchers will compare patients who received intraoperative PRP with those who received intraoperative PRF to assess differences in postoperative pain, functional outcomes, and joint-related symptoms. Participants will: Have their existing medical records reviewed retrospectively. Provide postoperative outcome data derived from routine clinical follow-up, with no prospective recruitment or intervention.

This proposal aims to design, implement and rigorously evaluate a standardized accept note in a population of patients that have high frequency of IHT, including patients transferred to the general medical (GMS), cardiology and oncology services at a large tertiary care hospital. This study will improve scientific knowledge by quantifying the patient safety impact of an intervention to improve communication of essential clinical information during IHT. If shown effective, the results of this study can be used to improve clinical practice by establishing evidence-based communication guidelines for broad dissemination. We will also establish technical feasibility by successfully implementing this tool within our EHR (Epic, Verona, WI), allowing for feasible adoption and dissemination to other institutions with similar EHR capabilities. Lastly, we will address malpractice risk by investigating a strategic intervention aimed at reducing known contributors to patient harm during IHT, a high-risk transition in care that involves transfer of high-acuity patients between providers, settings and systems of care.

The purpose of this research study is to determine how well neratinib works in treating breast cancer that has spread to the brain. Neratinib is a recently discovered oral drug that may stop breast cancer cells from growing abnormally by inhibiting (or blocking) members of a family of proteins that include Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2). In this research study, the investigators are looking to see how well neratinib works to decrease the size of or stabilize breast cancer that has spread to the brain. The investigators are also looking at how previous treatments have affected your thinking (or cognition) and how much neratinib reaches the central nervous system.

The purpose of this first-in-human study is to find out if BNT314 is safe when it is used alone in patients with different types of cancer. This is a dose escalation study in which patients will be assigned to multiple dose levels (DLs) of BNT314 given alone. By escalating the dose with a small group of patients, the Maximum Tolerated Dose which is the highest dose with acceptable safety and manageable side effects, or the maximum administered dose will be investigated.

The study consists of three parts: * Part 1 The primary purpose of this part aims to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and clinical activity of escalating doses of single agent Unconjugated belantamab antibody in participants with refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) who have received at least 3 prior therapies (4L+). * Part 2 The primary purpose of this part is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and clinical activity of different dose ratios of belantamab mafodotin in combination with Unconjugated belantamab antibody (delivered as separate drugs) in participants with RRMM who have received at least 3 prior therapies (4L+). * Part 3: The Primary purpose of this part will evaluate the clinical activity of a selected dose of the unconjugated belantamab antibody, either alone or in combination with belantamab mafodotin alongside the standard of care (SoC) pomalidomide-dexamethasone backbone. The study will focus on patients with multiple myeloma who have undergone at least one prior line of therapy, including treatment with lenalidomide.
