Primary Objective: To demonstrate the noninferiority in the efficacy of Toujeo® to Tresiba® in glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) change from Baseline to Week 24. Secondary Objectives: Change From Baseline in HbA1c to Week 12 To assess the effects of the insulin Toujeo® in comparison with insulin Tresiba® at week 12 and week 24 on: * Change in Fasting plasma glucose (FPG); * Change in Fasting self-monitored plasma glucose (SMPG) and 4-point SMPG and 8-point SMPG profile; * Percentage of participants reaching HbA1c targets \<7% or ≤6.5%; * Percentage of participants reaching HbA1c targets \<7% or ≤6.5% without severe and/or confirmed hypoglycemia * Frequency of occurrence and diurnal distribution of hypoglycemia by American Diabetes Association (ADA) category of hypoglycemia. To assess the safety in each treatment group. To assess the treatment effects in each treatment group on Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO). Percentage of participants requiring rescue therapy.

It is commonly believed that objects in the world can be categorized in at least three different ways or levels. The three levels are basic, superordinate, and subordinate. Previously it was believed that basic categorization presents a cognitive (mental) advantage to children's development. However, recent studies on superordinate categorization has challenged this belief. 1. \<TAB\>Items in superordinate are grouped according to functional purpose, even though they may not share any similarities in how they look (perception). For instance, desks, chairs, and beds do not appear similar but they can be group together in the superordinate category of furniture. 2. \<TAB\>Items in basic categorization share similarities in function and in perception. For instance, chairs can be considered as a basic category. Chairs can share functional and perceptual similarities with many kinds of chairs but are readily distinguished from other types of furniture like beds or desks. 3. \<TAB\>Subordinate categories are subsets of basic categories. For instance, kitchen chairs, desk chairs, and high chairs, are all within the basic category of chairs. Each one is very similar in it's function to the others but is definitely discriminable. This study was developed to investigate the development of categorization at all three levels by using a design in which children between the ages of 1 and 3 years are tested for categorization at all three levels with sets of objects from the same domain (such as vehicle or fruit). Non-attendance to out-patient endoscopic procedures is high among underserved blacks. The overall goal of this proposal is to evaluate the effect of directly involving a social contact (chosen by the patient) on completion and quality of out-patient endoscopy recommended for the patient by his/her primary care physician, or after scheduling by the gastrointestinal endoscopist. Improved adherence and better quality of procedures are postulated with involvement of social contacts.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the pattern of flavoring and drinking of laxatives for colonoscopy can improve the experience of patients when they are undergoing bowel preparation for the test. Investigators hypothesize that patients will have a better experience if patients taste the bowel preparation laxative with and without flavoring and then decide how they want to drink the rest of the laxative since taste preferences vary widely from person to person.

This was a multi-center, open-label, phase Ib/II study. The aim of the phase Ib part was to estimate the MTD(s) and/or identify the recommended phase II dose(s) (RP2Ds) for the combination of BYL719 and AMG 479 (ganitumab), followed by the phase II part to assess the clinical efficacy and to further assess the safety of the combination in selected patient populations. Patients were to be treated until progression of disease, unacceptable toxicity develops, or withdrawal of informed consent, whichever occurred first. All patients were to be followed up. The most appropriate initial oxygen concentration for the resuscitation of the extremely low birth weight infant has not been established using large well designed, randomized, blinded, prospective trials and the level of oxygen utilized by practitioners in this situation is highly variable. This proposed trial will use targeted oxygen saturation levels over the first 15 to 20 minutes of life to compare a low and a higher initial oxygen level for the resuscitation of such infants, and will be large enough to evaluate short term outcomes of survival without oxygen at 36 weeks and survival without retinopathy of prematurity, and the long term outcome of survival without significant neurodevelopmental impairment at 2 years of age. Such information is urgently required to provide an evidence basis for the initial oxygen concentration for resuscitation of these very preterm infants.

This trial assessed the efficacy of optimized re-treatment therapy with omalizumab (150mg or 300mg) after relapse, in participants with Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria who were clinically well-controlled following their first course of treatment with omalizumab (150mg or 300mg). The study also assessed the benefit of uptitrating to 300mg dose in participants who were not well-controlled following their initial course of treatment with omalizumab 150mg, as well as the benefit of treatment extension of those patients who were not well-controlled following their initial course of treatment with omalizumab 300mg.
