NCT02052648
In this study, investigators will conduct a phase I/II trial in recurrent (temozolomide resistant) glioma patients. The overall goal of this study is to provide a foundation for future studies with indoximod tested in newly diagnosed glioblastoma patients with radiation and temozolomide, or in combination with vaccine therapies.
NCT00381680
This randomized phase III trial is studying low-dose vincristine to see how well it works compared with high-dose vincristine when given together with different combination chemotherapy regimens in treating young patients with intermediate-risk relapsed B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) and giving the drugs in different ways and different doses may kill more cancer cells..
NCT04682431
This is an open-label, multicenter, First-In-Human (FIH), Phase 1a/1b study of PY159 in subjects with locally advanced (unresectable) and/or metastatic solid tumors that are refractory or relapsed to Standard Of Care (including Checkpoint Inhibitors, if approved for that indication).
NCT04333433
This prospective, concurrent controlled, open-label, multicenter study is designed to collect additional safety data through 5 years of follow-up for subjects randomized to either the treatment arm (PRESERFLO® MicroShunt with MMC) or the control arm (Trabeculectomy with MMC) of the INN-005 clinical study.
NCT03571828
Evaluate the safety and tolerability of AMG 562 in adult subjects with DLBCL, MCL, or FL. Estimate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or a biologically active dose (e.g., recommended phase 2 dose \[RP2D\])
NCT02802033
Details regarding the degenerative spine disorders will be collected with a specific focus on the use of osteobiologics in treating degenerative conditions and their impact on fusion, as well as patient-reported outcomes for these conditions.
NCT03688100
We are doing this study to help patients, caregivers, and providers make decisions about how best to manage depressive symptoms in advanced heart failure. There are two evidence-based treatment approaches to treating depression in patients with advanced heart failure, behavioral action psychotherapy and treatment with anti-depressant medications. In this study we want to compare the effectiveness of these two treatment options to learn which treatment works better.
NCT06122467
This twelve-week trial will examine the effectiveness of a Menning Labs EQ Product Line acne product. Participants will use the exfoliating cleanser, cream, and gel daily for 8 weeks. Participants will complete questionnaires at Baseline, Day 1, Day 3, Day 7, Day 28, Day 42, and Day 56. Participants will also provide before-and-after photos at Baseline, Day 7, and Day 42, as well as undergo expert skin grading at Baseline and Day 42. The questionnaire on Day 56 will mark the conclusion of the trial.
NCT02996825
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of mirvetuximab soravtansine and gemcitabine hydrochloride in treating patients with folate receptor (FR) alpha-positive ovarian, primary peritoneal, fallopian tube, endometrial, or triple negative breast cancer that has come back. Mirvetuximab soravtansine is a monoclonal antibody, called mirvetuximab, linked to a chemotherapy drug called DM4. Mirvetuximab attaches to FOLR1 positive cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers DM4 to kill them. Drugs used in the chemotherapy, such as gemcitabine hydrochloride, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving mirvetuximab soravtansine and gemcitabine may work better in treating patients with FRalpha-positive ovarian, primary peritoneal, fallopian tube, endometrial, or triple negative breast cancer.
NCT01897571
This is an open-label, multicenter, Phase 1/2 study of tazemetostat as a single agent in subjects with advanced solid tumors or with B-cell lymphomas and tazemetostat in combination with prednisolone in subjects with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
NCT00003782
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Giving combination chemotherapy after surgery may kill any tumor cells remaining following surgery. It is not yet known which regimen of combination chemotherapy is more effective in treating breast cancer with positive axillary lymph nodes. PURPOSE: Randomized phase III trial to compare the effectiveness of different regimens of combination chemotherapy in treating women who have undergone surgery for stage I, stage II, or stage IIIA breast cancer with positive axillary lymph nodes.
NCT04243785
This is an open-label, dose escalation study to evaluate the safety, toxicity, and pharmacokinetics (PK) as well as preliminary efficacy of BTX-A51 capsules in participants with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). The study will be done in three parts. Part 1a (Monotherapy Dose Escalation) of this study is designed to determine the dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs) and maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of orally administered BTX-A51 in up to 35 participants who are evaluable for toxicity. Once the MTD is determined, it is planned that an additional 15 participants will be enrolled in Part 1b (Monotherapy Cohort Expansion) of this study for additional experience with safety and efficacy, and to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) which may or may not be different from the MTD. After determination of MTD and RP2D from Part 1a, Part 1c (Azacitidine Combination Dose Escalation) will enroll up to 30 participants. Continued treatment will be available under this study protocol for up to eight 28-day cycles (Continued Treatment Phase) if the Investigator judges the benefit outweighs the risk. Once BTX-A51 treatment has completed, participants will be contacted by telephone every 3 months for up to 2 years after their last treatment for survival status and anticancer therapy (Overall Survival Follow-up).
NCT04773678
This study will evaluate the efficacy, safety of two dose levels of CBP-201 in patients with moderate to severe persistent asthma with Type 2 inflammation.
