NCT05480761
This is a Phase 4, U.S. only, multi-center study using a 7-day therapeutic response dose (TRD) of commercial Sucraid® to assess the response of treatment in 1100 symptomatic pediatric (6 months to 17 years old) subjects with low, moderate, and normal sucrase activity determined by a disaccharidase assay via EGD within 1 year of the Screening Visit. This study will also explore the relationship between known genetic CSID mutations and sucrase activities via (EGD) disaccharidase assay (low, moderate, and normal).
NCT04751526
The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of innovative intervention of breathing controlled electrical stimulation (BreEStim) and conventional electrical stimulation (EStim) in management of neuropathic phantom limb pain in patients after limb amputation after multiple sessions of treatment.
NCT04750538
The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of innovative intervention of breathing controlled electrical stimulation (BreEStim) and conventional electrical stimulation (EStim) in management of neuropathic phantom limb pain in patients after limb amputation.
NCT04524390
A study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of maralixibat in infants with Biliary Atresia (BA) after Hepatoportoenterostomy (HPE, also known as the Kasai procedure).
NCT05225584
This Phase 1a/1b study will evaluate the safety, tolerability and the pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) of KT-333 in Adult patients with Relapsed or Refractory (R/R) Lymphomas, Large Granular Lymphocytic Leukemia (LGL-L), T-cell prolymphocytic leukemia (T-PLL), and Solid Tumors. The Phase 1a stage of the study will explore escalating doses of single-agent KT-333. The Phase Ib stage will consist of 4 expansion cohorts to further characterize the safety, tolerability and the pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) of KT-333 in Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma (PTCL), Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma (CTCL), LGL-L, and solid tumors.
NCT03834753
This research study will examine the safety and effectiveness of ONS-5010 in participants with AMD. The goal is to prevent vision loss by evaluating the effectiveness of ONS-5010 as compared with ranibizumab.
NCT03705715
The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is more extensive inflammation in the brain of people with clinical evidence of neuropsychiatric syndromes, such as mood disorder, chronic pain syndrome, dementia, traumatic brain injury, or substance abuse. The research will also explore whether there is more inflammation in patients with more neuropsychiatric symptoms. Inflammation in the brain will identified by using Positron Emission Tomography (PET) with the radiotracer \[11C\]PBR-28 or \[11C\]ER176.
NCT02684227
This phase II trial studies how well enzalutamide, carboplatin, and paclitaxel work in treating patients with endometrioid endometrial cancer that is stage III-IV or has come back. Androgens can cause the growth of endometrioid endometrial cancer. Antihormone therapy, such as enzalutamide may lessen the amount of androgen made by the body. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carboplatin and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving enzalutamide, carboplatin, and paclitaxel may work better in treating patients with endometrioid endometrial cancer.
NCT03745716
A Phase III, multicenter, randomized study to compare the rate of complete response (CR) and duration of CR, in patients with TP53-mutated MDS who will receive APR-246 and azacitidine or azacitidine alone.
NCT05543629
The purpose of this study is to evaluate BMS-986442 in combination with nivolumab (with or without chemotherapy) for its antitumor efficacy and benefit to participants.
NCT03235544
This is a Phase 2, open-label, 2-cohort study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of 2 parsaclisib treatment regimens in participants with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) previously treated either with or without a Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor.
NCT06179407
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) of MK-6552 in participants with Narcolepsy Type 1 (NT1). Part 1 will evaluate safety, tolerability, and PK of MK-6552 after administration of ascending doses in a single day to support a dose level decision for Part 2. Part 2 will investigate the PD of MK-6552 after single-day and multiple-day administration. Participants who complete Part 1 and demonstrate that they are able to tolerate at least one dose level of MK-6552 will participate in Part 2.
NCT04516278
The study will evaluate the safety of ophthalmic bevacizumab in subjects diagnosed with a retinal condition that would benefit from treatment with intravitreal injection of bevacizumab, including: exudative age-related macular degeneration, diabetic macular edema, or branch retinal vein occlusion.
NCT04766892
This is a Phase 2a proof-of-concept study to assess safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of mavacamten treatment on biomarker levels in participants with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) and elevation of NT-proBNP with or without elevation of cTnT. Data from this study will inform future study designs of mavacamten in patients with HFpEF.
NCT05297734
This cluster-randomized comparative effectiveness trial compares a technology-based supportive cancer care (SCC) approach with a redesigned team-based supportive cancer care (SCC) approach.
NCT03298477
Prospective, multicenter, single arm study with consecutive, eligible subject enrollment at each site. All subjects will undergo the Endovascular Aneurysm repair procedure with the Nellix System.
NCT02785042
This prospective, single-arm clinical multicenter study intends to measure normal structural parameters of the optic nerve head, the peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer, and the macula using the Heidelberg Spectralis OCT device. This study is conducted in Hispanic descent volunteers. The main goal of the study is to provide the range of these structural parameters in normal eyes. The study will include at least 240 normal volunteers.
NCT04763265
The purpose of the study is to provide preliminary comparative data on BoNT/A-DP versus Botox Cosmetic. Subsequently the sample size is primarily based on clinical judgement and practical considerations.
NCT03020303
Individuals receiving dialysis are at risk of heart failure and heart related death. There is an urgent need for treatments that reduce the risk of these problems in patients that require dialysis. Spironolactone is a pill used to prevent heart failure and related deaths in patients that do not require dialysis. It works by blocking a hormone (aldosterone) in your body that causes high blood pressure and can damage the heart. Although spironolactone is very effective in patients that do not require dialysis, we do not know if spironolactone is effective in dialysis patients. Our research will help determine if spironolactone reduces heart failure and heart related deaths in dialysis patients. The purpose of this study is to determine if spironolactone reduces death or hospitalization for heart failure and is well tolerated in patients that require dialysis.
NCT04227600
Phase I/II, open-label, multicenter, multinational (Japan, Brazil and US),designed to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics and explore the efficacy for the treatment of mucopolysaccharidosis type I (MPS I).
