NCT06538116
The main purpose of this study is to look at how safe the study drug (mevidalen) is and whether it works to alleviate symptoms when given to people with mild to moderate Alzheimer Disease (AD) dementia. This is done by looking at participants: thinking and memory (cognition), everyday activities and sleep, AD symptoms, physical activity, irritability or anxiety. The study is expected to last approximately 26 weeks and may include up to 14 visits.

The main questions it aims to answer are: * To evaluate the efficacy of CIN-102 on symptoms of gastroparesis when given to patients with diabetic gastroparesis compared to a placebo * To evaluate the safety and tolerability of CIN-102 when given to patients with diabetic gastroparesis compared to a placebo Participants will go through the following schedule: * Screening period (1-2 visits) * Lead-in period (1 visit) * Will complete a Gastric Emptying Breath Test (GEBT) * Will complete daily diary and other Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs) as described in the protocol to assess eligibility for continued study participation * 12-week treatment period (7 visits) * Study drug taken twice daily by mouth * Will complete daily diaries and other PROs as described in protocol * 1 week follow-up (1 visit) Researchers will compare the effects of the following treatments: * Drug- CIN-102 Dose 15 mg or 10 mg * Drug- Placebo
NCT00271180
The main purpose of the Product Performance Report (formerly referred to as System Longevity Study) is to evaluate long-term performance of Medtronic market-released cardiac rhythm products by analyzing product survival probabilities.
NCT03077451
This pilot phase II trial studies how well nelfinavir mesylate works in treating patients with kaposi sarcoma. Nelfinavir mesylate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
NCT04416568
This clinical trial is studying two immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab and ipilimumab) given together as a possible treatment for INI1-negative tumors.
NCT05847621
This is a 3-arm randomized controlled trial. Participants will be randomized via a maximally tolerated imbalance randomization procedure using NCI's Clinical Trial Randomization Tool with 1:1:1 allocation to each group: in-person peer recovery coaching (PRC) with linkage to recovery resources, telemedicine-based peer recovery coaching with linkage to recovery resources, or usual care. In the PRC arms, PRCs will meet patients at bedside (in person) or via a tablet-based video call (telemedicine). They will assess the participant's state of change, engage in motivational interviewing techniques, and link the participant to community-based recovery resources according to the needs of the participant. They will also schedule and perform follow up calls after the participant is discharged from the ED to provide ongoing support and facilitate re-linkage to recovery resources, if needed. Participants in the usual care arm will be provided with a list of community recovery resources, but there will be no PRC interaction or direct linkage to resources through the study. Follow up visits will take place at 7, 30, and 90 days after enrollment. Most will take place via telephone, but participants will be given the option of an in-person visit if they so desire.
NCT06595238
A Phase IIb Randomised, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled Study to Evaluate the Efficacy, Safety and Tolerability of AZD6234 compared with placebo, given once a week as subcutaneous injection for 36 weeks, in male and female participants of at least 18 years of age who are living with obesity (body mass index \[BMI\] ≥ 30 kg/m2), or overweight (BMI ≥ 27 kg/m2) and at least one weight-related comorbidity
NCT04603495
A Phase 3, randomized, blinded study comparing pelabresib (CPI-0610) and ruxolitinib with placebo and ruxolitinib in myelofibrosis (MF) patients that have not been previously treated with Janus kinase inhibitors (JAKi). Pelabresib is a small molecule inhibitor of bromodomain and extra-terminal (BET) proteins.
NCT05005026
The purpose of this study is to determine if playing a virtual reality walking game can help improve neuropathic pain in adults with chronic spinal cord injury.
NCT06216301
This study, known as LUNAR-2, aims to investigate the effectiveness and safety of using TTFields, delivered by the NovoTTF-200T device, concomitantly administered with pembrolizumab and platinum-based chemotherapy for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. The primary goals of the study are to assess overall survival and progression-free survival. Secondary objectives include analyzing outcomes based on the specific histology (subtype) of the lung cancer.
NCT06433635
This is a sequential multiple assignment randomized trial for adults (ages \> 18) with a bipolar disorder type 1 and type 2 diagnosis currently experiencing a depressive episode. It is a randomized pragmatic trial that will compare four commonly prescribed treatments for bipolar depression, which includes three FDA-approved medications (Cariprazine, Quetiapine and Lurasidone) and one antipsychotic/antidepressant combination (Aripiprazole/Escitalopram).
NCT06052072
This early feasibility study is intended to characterize the impact of pulmonary artery denervation on the quality of life in Heart Failure Patients with Group 2 Pulmonary Hypertension
NCT05212428
This clinical trial collects information on how sequencing a patient's deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) (i.e., the genetic material) could impact their health care. This study also develops and improves ways to include genomic information from DNA sequencing into the electronic health record to create a more complete "Health Tapestry" for each participant. Sequencing of a patient's DNA leads to the detection of genetic variants some of which determine risk for disease development. Discovery of those genetic variants in a patient could result in prevention, earlier diagnosis or better therapy of disease.
NCT03754790
Primary Objective: To characterize the long-term safety and tolerability of fitusiran Secondary Objectives: * To characterize the efficacy and long-term efficacy of fitusiran as assessed by the frequency of: * Bleeding episodes * Spontaneous bleeding episodes * Joint bleeding episodes * To characterize the effects of fitusiran on health-related quality of life (HRQOL) measures in participants ≥17 years of age
NCT02955940
The purpose of this study is to provide continued supply of ruxolitinib alone, ruxolitinib plus background cancer therapy, or background cancer therapy alone to subjects from an Incyte-sponsored study of ruxolitinib that has reached its study objectives or has been terminated. This study will also provide another mechanism for reporting adverse events related to study drug safety.

NCT06251323
Sixteen institutions will be selected from a HRSA uniform data system and have data collected for up to 3 years. Eight institutions will begin the iPATH practice transformation during year one, the other eight institutions will begin iPATH in year two. FQHC administrators, clinicians and staff will be enrolled to participate in the iPATH transformation in their clinic and will participate in qualitative interviews. Patient HbA1c data from the clinics will be collected for comparative data analysis during each year of the study.
