NCT04501666
The primary objective was to assess the efficacy of nemolizumab (CD14152) compared to placebo in participants greater than or equal to (\>=) 18 years of age with prurigo nodularis (PN) after a 16 week treatment period.
NCT05077969
This study is designed to test the efficacy and safety of combinations of two well-understood agents - famotidine and celecoxib. Each of these agents separately demonstrate clinical activity in mitigating COVID-19 disease symptoms or severity, and each of which appear to have separate and complementary mechanisms of action.
NCT04575324
Project STAMINA is a clinical trial that seeks to establish effectiveness of a telemedicine approach for linking syringe exchange clients to medications for opioid use disorder. This pilot study aims to recruit n=275 people and utilizes two study arms: (1) a treatment arm consisting of immediate telemedicine linkage and (2) a control arm consisting of standard referral to treatment. Half of the study participants will be randomly enrolled in each arm. The study will utilize qualitative and quantitative data, including questionnaire data, drug test results, and administrative treatment data, at multiple time points to determine what effect telemedicine linkage has on clients in relation to the comparison group.
NCT02800863
The purpose of this prospective, multicenter, single arm post-approval study is to demonstrate continued safety of the Axium and Proclaim Neurostimulator System for dorsal root ganglion (DRG) stimulation. The primary endpoint is the 12-month serious adverse event rate for permanent implants.
NCT06489275
This study tests a psychosocial intervention to improve financial literacy and behaviors among adults with mental illnesses.
NCT06112080
This observational clinical study is an evaluation of a diagnostic tool through comparison. Similar to a validation study, the output of the RESP device will be compared to physician auscultation, surrogated by having an attending pulmonologist listen to blinded recordings.
NCT05070260
A randomized, double blind, multicenter, multinational, placebo controlled, parallel group, single dose, adaptive phase II/III study. The study evaluates the efficacy and safety of a fixed dose of glenzocimab (1000 mg IV over 6 hrs including initial bolus of 15 minutes) on top of the best standard of care.
NCT03809546
Females are increasingly using cannabis, yet remain underrepresented in preclinical and clinical cannabinoid research. This female-specific research plan will test the effects of two recreationally relevant doses of oral THC and placebo in healthy females at two phases of the menstrual cycle. Acute oral THC will be administered in a double-blind and counterbalanced design. Menstrual cycle phase will be determined using blood serum analyses of estradiol and progesterone and self-reported responses. The main hypothesis is circulating estradiol levels are associated with cardiac, neuroendocrine, and subjective THC response. The rationale for the presented work is to better understand the risks of cannabis use, in order to maximize possible medical potential and minimize public health risks. The expected outcome of this work is a deeper understanding of how circulating estradiol levels may associate with response to THC and how the physiological response is associated with the subjective response. Uncovering the individual differences in response to THC will allow for more preventive action against cannabis-induced anxiety, paranoia, and psychosis.
NCT03942601
This is a prospective, multi-center, pilot feasibility study to document the effects of adventitial delivery of temsirolimus or temsirolimus with dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection, USP, after revascularization of femoropopliteal lesions in symptomatic patients with moderate to severe claudication (Rutherford 2-3) or critical limb ischemia (CLI) with rest pain (Rutherford 4). Subjects will be followed for up to 60 months post index procedure.
NCT06225973
In this prospective, phase 2b, multicenter, randomized, double-masked, vehicle-controlled, parallel-arm study, approximately 880 subjects with moderate to severe dry eye disease (DED) will be randomly assigned (1:1) to receive either TL-925 or vehicle as topical ophthalmic eye drops administered bilaterally BID. The study will comprise two phases: a two-week screening phase/run-in and a six-week double-masked treatment phase.
NCT00992459
This was a randomized, active-controlled, double-blind, cross-over study designed to enroll subjects with UCDs who are being treated with NaPBA.
NCT02615002
This study is a Phase 2, randomized, placebo-controlled, dose-ranging study of piromelatine (5, 20, and 50 mg daily for 6 months) versus placebo to determine an effective dose based on efficacy (cognitive performance), safety, and tolerability in patients with mild dementia due to Alzheimer's Disease (AD).
NCT04093024
The main objective of the study is to evaluate dose-exposure and safety of nintedanib in children and adolescents with fibrosing Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD).
NCT03752398
This is a Phase 1, multiple dose, ascending dose escalation study to define a MTD/RD and regimen of XmAb23104, to describe safety and tolerability, to assess PK and immunogenicity, and to preliminarily assess anti-tumor activity of XmAb23104 monotherapy and combination therapy with ipilimumab in subjects with selected advanced solid tumors.
NCT02968355
This study will evaluate the clinical sensitivity and specificity of the FilmArray Global Fever (GF) Panel.
NCT04216316
This phase Ib/II trial studies the best dose of carboplatin when given together with berzosertib, gemcitabine and pembrolizumab and to see how well it works in treating patients with stage IV squamous cell non-small cell lung cancer that has spared to other placed in the body (advanced). Berzosertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as carboplatin and gemcitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving berzosertib together with carboplatin, gemcitabine, and pembrolizumab may work better in treating patients with squamous cell non-small cell lung cancer compared to carboplatin, gemcitabine, and pembrolizumab alone.
NCT05491525
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, efficacy, and PK of vibegron in pediatric participants with NDO who are regularly using CIC
NCT04822298
This study aims to evaluate the safety and tolerability of AMG 160 and to evaluate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D).
NCT05349643
AMB-051-07 is an open-label, adaptive, dose-ranging study with long-term extension in adults with tenosynovial giant cell tumor
NCT02676986
Open-label, international, multicentre window of opportunity phase II trial to evaluate the effects of short-term preoperative therapy with enzalutamide (alone or in combination with exemestane) in women with newly diagnosed invasive primary breast cancer. The study has two cohorts: * ER+ve breast cancer * AR+ve, Triple-negative (i.e. ER-negative, PR-negative and HER2-negative) breast cancer Study treatment is planned for a minimum of 15 days and a maximum of 29 days unless there is evidence of unacceptable toxicity or the patient requests to be withdrawn from the trial. Thereafter, patients will either be considered for definitive surgery or primary medical treatment (e.g. neoadjuvant chemotherapy) at the discretion of the treating physician. The effects of enzalutamide (alone or in combination with exemestane) will be assessed on tumour tissue specimens taken at baseline and on the last day of study treatment.
