Prescription opioid misuse is a significant public health problem as well as a patient safety concern. Primary care providers are the leading prescribers of opioids for chronic pain, yet few providers follow standard practice guidelines regarding assessment and monitoring. The investigators propose a novel system change in delivery of primary care services to decrease misuse of and addiction to prescription opioids for patients with chronic pain. The proposed intervention for the overall project includes a nurse-managed registry for planning individual patient care and conducting population-based care for a population of patients receiving opioids for chronic pain. Academic detailing to clinicians is another effective way to improve care. Finally, the researchers will create a knowledge management tool to facilitate guideline adherence. This tool will be accessible via an internet link, and will include validated instruments to assess patient status and also to facilitate physician adherence to suggested monitoring.

Cilengitide may stop the growth of cancer by stopping blood flow to the tumor. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as temozolomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to damage tumor cells. Giving cilengitide together with temozolomide and radiation therapy may kill more tumor cells. This randomized phase I/II trial is studying the side effects and best dose of cilengitide when given together with temozolomide and radiation therapy and to compare how well they work in treating patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme

The purpose of this research study is to compare three different ways of opening a woman's cervix before her second-trimester surgical abortion. * Osmotic dilators: small rods that, when inserted into the cervix, gently expand to open the cervix * Osmotic dilators plus mifepristone, a medicine that is swallowed * Osmotic dilators plus misoprostol, a medicine that is placed between the cheek and gum Hypotheses: * adding buccal misoprostol 3 hours preoperatively will significantly improve dilation compared to laminaria alone, making procedures faster, easier and safer. * adding oral mifepristone at the time of laminaria placement will confer a similar benefit. * the efficacy of adjunctive misoprostol and mifepristone will be influenced by gestational age, with women later in gestation having increased efficacy from these agents. * significantly more patients who receive adjunctive misoprostol or mifepristone will have adequate initial dilation, fewer will require manual dilation or additional cervical preparation and there will be fewer complications in these arms, although complication rates will be low and we will only be able to detect relatively large differences. * patients will prefer to have the procedure done as quickly as possible with as little discomfort as possible, that cervical ripening with adjunctive misoprostol will be associated with more cramping than osmotic dilators alone and that mifepristone will be well tolerated and may not cause more cramping or other side effects than osmotic dilators alone.

The aim of this study is to describe immunogenicity of a single booster dose of Adacel vaccine versus Boostrix vaccine among approximately 420 adolescents 11 to \<13 years of age. Primary objective: * To describe seroprotection rates against tetanus and diphtheria in subjects randomized to receive either Adacel or Boostrix vaccine. Observational objectives: * To describe pre- and post-vaccination tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis geometric mean antibody concentrations (GMCs) in subjects randomized to receive either Adacel or Boostrix vaccine. * To describe booster response rates against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis in subjects randomized to receive either Adacel or Boostrix vaccine. * To describe the rates of adverse events (AEs) immediately post-vaccination, and the rates of unsolicited AEs and serious adverse events (SAEs) following vaccination with Adacel or Boostrix vaccine from Visit 1 through Visit 2.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate in a randomized, double-blind fashion, the long-term safety, tolerability and efficacy profile of aliskiren compared to the active comparator enalapril in children, 6 - 17 years old with hypertension (msSBP ≥ 95th percentile for age, gender and height, at baseline in study CSPP100A2365). Patients will be randomized to receive either aliskiren or enalapril. Weight-group based doses of aliskiren or enalapril will be administered once daily and children will receive study medication in a double-blind manner. This study is being conducted to support monotherapy registration of aliskiren for the treatment of hypertension in pediatric patients 6-17 years of age (age at baseline in Study CSPP100A2365).

Primary objective: \- To assess the efficacy of eplivanserin 5mg/day in comparison to placebo after 6 weeks of treatment on sleep maintenance of insomniac patients, as measured by Polysomnography Wake Time After Sleep Onset (PSG-WASO) and Polysomnography Number of Awakenings (PSG-NAW). Secondary objectives: * To evaluate the effects of eplivanserin 5mg/day as compared to placebo after 6 weeks of treatment on other sleep parameters measured by PSG recordings (Total Sleep Time - PSG-TST, Sleep Efficiency - PSG-SE, Latency to Persistent Sleep - PSG-LPS) and reported by patients (Wake Time After Sleep Onset - pr-WASO, Number of Awakenings - pr-NAW, Total Sleep Time - pr-TST, Quality of Sleep - QoS and Refreshing Quality of Sleep - RqoS). * To evaluate the effects of eplivanserin 5mg/day on sleep architecture compared to placebo. * To evaluate the effect of eplivanserin 5mg/day on daytime functioning using the Sleep Impact Scale (SIS), as compared with placebo after 6 weeks of treatment. * To evaluate patient's impression of treatment effects using the Patient's Global Impression questionnaire. * To evaluate the potential for next-day residual effects (using patient's morning questionnaire and psychometric tests) with eplivanserin 5mg/day as compared to placebo. * To evaluate the potential for rebound insomnia following abrupt discontinuation of eplivanserin 5mg/day in comparison with placebo. * To evaluate the effect of eplivanserin, compared to placebo, on the quality of life of patients with primary insomnia using the SF-36 Health Survey. * To evaluate the clinical safety and tolerability of eplivanserin 5mg/day compared to placebo.
