This is a prospective observational study to investigate if a non-invasive blood pressure monitoring device, the CareTaker Pulse Decomposition Analysis (PDA), can accurately measure blood pressure in children when compared to an arterial line. Enrolled patients will have the CareTaker PDA device placed on their finger during their operation to collect data for 30 minutes. Blood pressure readings from the CareTaker PDA device will be compared to measurements from the patient's indwelling arterial line, which will be placed as part of the patient's clinical care plan.

The main purpose of this study is to examine how two separate groups of 17p deletion Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) participants respond to sequential treatment with this particular combination of drugs. The two groups are those participants who have previously received treatment for their CLL and those who have not yet received any treatment. The combination of drugs is Ofatumumab and High-Dose Methylprednisolone (HDMP) first followed by Ofatumumab and Alemtuzumab. All three drugs are FDA approved and have known activity in treating 17p CLL. We hope that by combining these drugs together in this study, they will have more benefit than each one alone and that the subjects' CLL will be significantly impacted.

Due to different study designs, the sponsor separated Part C into this separate registration (NCT04958642), leaving Parts A/B in NCT02534844. The trial's final results for the primary outcome measure of Adverse Events (AE) will be reported here. This study is to evaluate how safe and effective adrabetadex is for participants with Niemann-Pick Type C1 (NPC1) disease who experience neurologic symptoms (listed under Keywords). In Parts A/B (NCT02534844), two out of every 3 participants will receive the study drug. The third participant will receive 1 to 2 small needle pricks at the location where the IT injection is normally made (sham control). In Part C, all participants will receive study drug.
