NCT03238027
A Phase 1 dose escalation study to determine if axatilimab as monotherapy and axatilimab in combination with a fixed dose of durvalumab will be sufficiently safe and well-tolerated at biologically active doses to warrant further investigation in patients with solid tumors.
NCT05442112
In this project, the investigators hope to evaluate effective methods of communication with patients with multiple sclerosis regarding habits of physical activity, sleep, and diet. Currently, there is weak evidence regarding how to deliver adequate information at scale in the clinics with respect to diet, exercise, and sleep. It is unclear if receiving structured information impacts patient-reported outcomes in multiple sclerosis (MS). The study team hopes to evaluate the efficacy of after visit direct patient messaging in promoting any behavioral changes, the sustainability of those behavioral changes, and most importantly, if those changes impact patient-reported sense of self-efficacy in the participants disease management. In addition, the study team hopes that the data collected during this study will provide answers on how providing wellness strategies impacts patient reported outcomes, markers of behavior, and sense of disease progression.
NCT04605484
The purpose of this study is to compare Posoleucel (formerly known as ALVR105; Viralym-M) to placebo in kidney transplant recipients who have high or low levels of BK virus in their blood.
NCT00847613
This study is designed to provide safety and efficacy data to support the development of CP-690,550 in patients with moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis on background of methotrexate.
NCT05305040
This is a Phase 3 study to evaluate posoleucel (ALVR105, Viralym-M); an allogeneic, off-the-shelf multi-virus specific T cell therapy that targets six viral pathogens: BK virus, cytomegalovirus, adenovirus, Epstein-Barr virus, human herpesvirus 6 and JC virus.
NCT05873764
The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety, effects, and tolerability of the study medicine (sisunatovir). This study is looking for healthy adult participants who meet the following criteria: 1. Males age 18 to 55 years 2. All fertile participants must agree to the use of highly effective contraception 3. Body mass index (BMI) of 18 to 32.0 kg/m2; body weight of 55.0 to 100.0 kg. 4. Participants who are overtly healthy as determined by medical evaluation. This includes medical history, physical examination, blood pressure, pulse rate, standard 12-lead ECG (electrocardiogram), and laboratory tests. This study will enroll up to 10 participants. All study participants will receive 1 dose of sisunatovir by mouth. The study duration is expected to be about 9 weeks. This includes a 28-day screening period, 16-day inpatient stay, and 2 overnight follow-up visits, if needed.
NCT05134727
This is a phase I, First-in-Human study in healthy participants, performed at a single study center, consisting of 2 parts: Part 1 is a single ascending dose (SAD) study and Part 2 is a multiple ascending dose (MAD) study.
NCT05121376
This is a Phase 1/2, single-arm, open-label, dose-escalation and dose-expansion study of BMN 331 for the treatment of hereditary angioedema (HAE) due to C1 Esterase Inhibitor (C1-INH) protein deficiency. The study drug BMN 331is identified as AAV5 hSERPING1, an adeno-associated virus (AAV5)-based gene therapy vector that expresses wild-type human C1 Esterase Inhibitor (hC1-INH), under the control of a liver-selective promoter, and is being developed for the treatment of HAE with C1-INH deficiency. The pharmaceutical form of BMN 331 is a solution for intravenous infusion.
NCT05743283
The purpose of this interventional study is to compare SynEx Wound Cleanser with the current routine care (Saline) in traumatic wounds. Participants with gunshot, penetrating or burn wounds who participate will be asked to attend up to four study visits, use the assigned wound cleanser and complete brief surveys about their healing and well-being related to the wound healing.
NCT02628899
To assess the safety and feasibility of Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) with commercially available bioprostheses in patients with severe, symptomatic aortic stenosis (AS) who are low-risk (STS score ≤3%) for surgical aortic valve replacement (SAVR).
NCT05262517
The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of rimegepant versus placebo in the acute treatment of Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD), which are medical conditions involving the temporomandibular joint (the joint connecting the jawbone to the skull) and surrounding muscles and tissues.
NCT04750902
The objective of this study is to assess the safety and to evaluate the anti-caries efficacy of COL101 (arginine) non-fluoride dentifrices compared to a 0.24% sodium fluoride dentifrice in 10-14 year-old children over a one year period.
NCT04657016
This is a study of tirzepatide in participants with obesity. The purpose of this study is to learn more about how tirzepatide maintains body weight or adds to weight loss after an intensive lifestyle modification program. The study will last about 2 years (29 visits).
NCT05343143
This is a 10-subject, 12-month follow-up, prospective, multi-center, open-label, single arm clinical trial designed to understand the initial performance characteristics and confirm the safety profile of the NeuraGen 3D Nerve Guide Matrix.
NCT05079711
The purpose of this study is to establish lay user performance criteria for the SavvyCheck Vaginal Yeast Test in comparison to standard vaginal yeast culture and identification method for Candida (the Reference Method). Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and sequencing of fungi will be used as an aid to explain the nature of the discrepancy in the case of discordant results between the lay user-performed SavvyCheck Vaginal Yeast Test and standard vaginal yeast culture and identification method for Candida.
