NCT00005962
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop cancer cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Monoclonal antibodies such as gemtuzumab ozogamicin can locate cancer cells and either kill them or deliver cancer-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. Combining more than one drug or combining monoclonal antibody with chemotherapy may kill more cancer cells. It is not yet known which treatment regimen is more effective for acute myelogenous leukemia. PURPOSE: Randomized phase II trial to compare the effectiveness of three treatment regimens in treating patients who have relapsed or refractory acute myelogenous leukemia.
NCT00003353
RATIONALE: High-dose chemotherapy may destroy the amyloid-producing cells in bone marrow. Peripheral stem cell transplantation PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of high dose melphalan plus peripheral stem cell transplantation in treating patients who have primary systemic amyloidosis.
NCT01111461
To assess the objective response rate (ORR: complete response + partial response \[CR+ PR\]) of E7080 in subjects with unresectable endometrial cancer and disease progression following platinum-based, first-line chemotherapy. .
NCT02450331
This Phase III, open-label, randomized, multicenter study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of adjuvant treatment with atezolizumab compared with observation in participants with muscle-invasive UC who are at high risk for recurrence following resection. Eligible participants were randomized by a 1:1 ratio into atezolizumab group or control group.
NCT04225260
This is a phase 3, multicenter, open-label study to evaluate the safety of QM1114-DP for the long term treatment of moderate to severe Glabellar (Frown) Lines (GL) and Lateral Canthal Lines (Crow's Feet and LCL).
NCT03472040
This is an open-label study to evaluate the long term safety and effectiveness of oral treatment with BCX7353 in preventing acute angioedema attacks in patients with Type I and Type II Hereditary Angioedema (HAE).
NCT00004860
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Combining more than one drug may kill more tumor cells. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of fluorouracil-uracil and leucovorin in treating elderly patients who have metastatic colorectal cancer.
NCT01326312
The purpose of this study is to determine whether GTx 758 is effective in achieving and maintaining castrate testosterone levels in men with advanced prostate cancer.
NCT04029922
This will be a Phase 1b, first in human, open-label, dose escalation and expansion study of MT-5111 (a recombinant fusion protein) given as monotherapy in subjects with HER2-positive solid tumors
NCT01126736
The purpose of this study is to determine whether Eribulin Mesylate Administered in Combination with Pemetrexed is safe and tolerable and to gain a preliminary indication of clinical benefit when administered to Patients with Stage IIIB or IV Nonsquamous Non Small Cell Lung Cancer.
NCT05159778
The primary objective of this Phase 2 Simon 2-Stage study is to determinate the Overall Response Rate (ORR) per RECIST v1.1 following treatment with Imprime PGG + pembrolizumab in patients with ER/PR+/ HER2(-) metastatic breast cancer who have progressed through prior hormone therapy with at least one CDK4/6 inhibitor, and a maximum of 2 subsequent chemotherapy treatment. Patients will be screened for baseline anti-β glucan antibody level (ABA; measured in peripheral blood). Those patients with an ABA greater than or equal to 20 mcg/ml and meeting all other I/E criteria, will be enrolled. The study will enroll 47 patients with 23 patients enrolled into Stage 1. If 4 or more patients in Stage 1 have an objective response after 12 weeks of treatment, the study will proceed into Stage 2. A total of 24 patients will be enrolled in Stage 2 for a total combined population of 47. Overall, objective responses must be observed in 10 patients for the study to be declared a success.
NCT04249583
The objective of the study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a single dose of QM1114-DP compared to placebo for the treatment of moderate to severe GL.
NCT04249687
The objective of the study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a single dose of QM1114-DP compared to placebo for the treatment of moderate to severe LCL.
NCT04381494
A study of whether mobile devices can improve the detection of pulmonary AEs (including pneumonitis) in stage III NSCLC patients post-CRT, while on durvalumab.
NCT04785794
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 1b study to evaluate safety and immunogenicity of the investigational Sing2016 M2SR H3N2 influenza vaccine delivered intranasally to a healthy adult population age 50 to 85 years.
NCT03653611
This is a qualitative research exploration engaging clinical staff at all levels from 10 Practice-Based Research Networks (PBRNs) serving US patient populations of differing gender, racial, ethnic, urban/rural and socio-economic blends, in the incorporation of a one-page, five-item questionnaire with selective PEF measurement (CAPTURE).
NCT02039856
VA has undertaken a major initiative to transform care through implementation of Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACTs). Based on the patient-centered medical home (PCMH) concept, PACT aims to improve access, continuity, coordination and comprehensiveness using team-based care that is patient-driven and patient-centered. However, how VA should adapt PACT to meet the needs of special populations, such as women Veterans, is yet to be worked out. The main goal of this study was to develop and test an evidence-based quality improvement (EBQI) approach to adapting and implementing PACT for women Veterans, incorporating comprehensive women's health care in gender-sensitive care environments, thereby accelerating achievement of PACT tenets for women Veterans and reducing persistent gender disparities in VA quality of care.
NCT05632926
