NCT04333433
This prospective, concurrent controlled, open-label, multicenter study is designed to collect additional safety data through 5 years of follow-up for subjects randomized to either the treatment arm (PRESERFLO® MicroShunt with MMC) or the control arm (Trabeculectomy with MMC) of the INN-005 clinical study.
NCT03861169
This study will prospectively assess the clinical effect of ab-interno transluminal viscoelastic delivery and trabeculotomy performed using the OMNI Surgical System in combination with Cataract Extraction on intraocular pressure (IOP) and the use of IOP-lowering medications in patients with mild-moderate open angle glaucoma (OAG).
NCT02760329
The NOVEL Observational longiTudinal studY (NOVELTY) is an observational study of obstructive lung disease and is a multi-country, multi-centre, prospective, longitudinal cohort study which will recruit patients with a diagnosis, or suspected diagnosis, of asthma and/or Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). Patients enrolled in NOVELTY will be followed up yearly by their treating physician for a total duration of three years. In addition, patients will be followed up remotely every 3 months. The NOVELTY study will collect data currently lacking to allow for multinational data collection to fill regional/local gaps and improve comparability across regions.

NCT04646057
This study compares outcomes of prospective mesh-based breast reconstructions to historical control breast reconstructions with no mesh.
NCT02519322
This randomized phase II trial studies how well nivolumab with or without ipilimumab or relatlimab before surgery works in treating patients with stage IIIB-IV melanoma that can be removed by surgery. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, ipilimumab, and relatlimab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving nivolumab alone or in combination with ipilimumab or relatlimab before surgery may make the tumor smaller and reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed.
NCT04913337
Study of NGM707 as Monotherapy and in Combination with Pembrolizumab in Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumor Malignancies
NCT05479058
