NCT06625320
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a novel RAS(ON) inhibitor compared to standard(s) of care (SOC) treatment.
NCT06545942
This Phase 1, multi-center, open-label, dose escalation and dose optimization study is designed to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PDx), and preliminary clinical activity of MOMA-313 administered orally as a single agent or combination therapy in patients with homologous recombinant deficient solid tumors.
NCT02454140
This study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of five fraction stereotactic radiotherapy (SBRT) in pancreatic cancer.
NCT04429542
The investigational drug to be studied in this protocol, BCA101, is a first-in-class compound that targets both EGFR with TGFβ. Based on preclinical data, this bifunctional antibody may exert synergistic activity in patients with EGFR-driven tumors.
NCT06205849
This is a phase I study of an agonistic CD40 antibody (mitazalimab) injected intratumorally at the time of surgical IRE in patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer. Intratumoral delivery has potential to be more effective than systemic (intravenous) delivery while decreasing the systemic side effects of immunotherapy. We hypothesize that local delivery of mitazalimab at the time of IRE in patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer will be safe, augment the immune effects of IRE, and decrease the risk of recurrence.
NCT05163028
A Phase 1 dose escalation study in patients with advanced solid tumors harboring KRAS or EGFR mutations to determine the maximum tolerated dose and recommended Phase II dose of HBI-2376 and characterize its pharmacokinetic profile.
NCT06388967
This study aims to prospective validate an exosome-based miRNA signature for noninvasive and early detection of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
NCT04825288
This trial will include 2 portions (phase 1 and phase 2). The first portion will be a Phase I, open label, dose escalation study to establish the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of XB2001 as measured by Dose-Limiting Toxicity (DLT), in combination with ONIVYDE + LV + 5-FU chemotherapy regimen in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer and to determine the recommended dose for the subsequent Phase 2 study. The phase 2 portion will be implemented with the maximum established tolerated dose (MTD) of XB2001. The target enrollment in the phase 2 portion is 60 patients which will be randomized on a 1:1 basis to XB2001 plus ONIVYDE + LV + 5-FU (Arm 1) or placebo plus ONIVYDE + LV + 5-FU (Arm 2).
NCT04383210
This study is an open-label, international, multi-center, Phase 2 study in adult patients with recurrent, locally-advanced or metastatic solid tumors, which harbor the NRG1 gene fusion.
NCT06119217
This is a Phase 2, multicenter, open-label, 3-arm, randomized, parallel group study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TTX-030 with or without budigalimab in combination with chemotherapy (gemcitabine + nab-paclitaxel) in subjects with metastatic PDAC who did not have prior treatment for metastatic disease and are eligible to receive gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel chemotherapy as SOC.
NCT05254171
The study is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter study of standard treatment with nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine with or without SBP-101 in subjects previously untreated for metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDA), including subjects who have received prior neoadjuvant or adjuvant treatment.
NCT04140526
This is a First-in-Human Phase IA/IB/II open label dose escalation study of intravenous (IV) administration of ONC-392, a humanized anti-CTLA4 IgG1 monoclonal antibody, as single agent and in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors and non-small cell lung cancers.
NCT04825834
The primary objective of this study, DELFI-L101, is to train and test classifiers for lung cancer detection using the DELFI assay and other biomarker and clinical features.
NCT05704985
This study will evaluate safety, pharmacodynamics and biomarkers of subcutaneous (SC) DK210(EGFR) given as monotherapy and in combination with immunotherapy, chemotherapy or radiation.
NCT06698458
This is a multi-center clinical study enrolling up to 30 participants (15 patients in each cohort). The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the safety of Alpha DaRT in combination with chemotherapy, based on the cumulative incidence rate, severity and outcome of device related AEs. Classification of AEs will be done according to CTCAE V5. The secondary objectives of the study are to: * Assess efficacy of the Alpha DaRT sources in combination with chemotherapy, determined by overall and progression-free survival. * Assess pain control * Assess rate of surgical resection in Cohort 1.
NCT03460769
The Coordinating and Data Management Center (CDMC) at MD Anderson Cancer will be responsible for the coordination and data management for the Evaluation of a mixed meal test for Diagnosis and characterization of Type 3c diabetes mellitus secondary to pancreatic cancer and chronic pancreatitis (DETECT), which is part of the NIH U01 funded Consortium for the Study of Chronic Pancreatitis, Diabetes, and Pancreatic Cancer (CPDPC). Similar to all studies that will be coordinated and managed by the CDMC, no patient enrollment will occur at MDACC. All patient recruitment will occur at external sites that are a part of the CPDPC, which are listed in the appended DETECT protocol. The data management systems, auditing, and monitoring effort are supported by the CDMC.
NCT05864144
Phase 1/2 study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and efficacy of SNS-101, a novel anti VISTA IgG1 monoclonal antibody as monotherapy or in combination with cemiplimab in patients with advanced solid tumors.
NCT04666688
A Phase 1/2 Open-label, Multi-center Study of the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, and Anti-tumor Activity of LYT-200 Alone and in Combination with Chemotherapy or Tislelizumab in Patients with Metastatic Solid Tumors
NCT00529113

The study will evaluate a null hypothesis that the objective response rate (ORR) is ≤5% against the alternative hypothesis that it is ≥20%.
