The multi-country, multi-method evaluation aims to generate evidence on the health and quality of care impact, operational priorities, cost and cost-effectiveness of introducing these tools to facilitate national and international decision-making on scale-up.

In this study, it is aimed to compare the effects of the education given to nursing students with the gamification method and the flipped learning method on the level of participation, attitude, interest and motivation. The research was conducted as a randomized controlled experimental study. The study population consisted of 110 student between October 2022 and January 2023, and the sample of the research consisted of 90 individuals selected from the population using the improbable random sampling method. "Descriptive Feature Form," "Teaching Material Motivation Scale," "Course Interest Scale", Attitude Scale Towards Learning and ''absence charts'' were used to collect data. In the analysis of data; percentile distribution, chi-square, Fisher- Exact test, t-test in independent groups, Repeated Measures ANOVA Test, One Way ANOVA test, and post hoc analyzes (Bonferroni, Games Howell) were used.

Determine the safety of a combination of IFN, celecoxib, and rintatolimod for patients with recurrent colorectal cancer. This will also test whether the above combination can help the immune system to fight the tumors. This study investigates the use of aspirin as an exercise pre-treatment to reduce overheating and exhaustion, which may potentially allow many more people with multiple sclerosis to participate in and benefit from exercise. The design is double-blind, within-subject, with three arms: participants will receive one of three treatments at three separate study visits: aspirin, acetaminophen, and placebo, followed by completion of a maximal exercise test.

This study is a multicenter, prospective cohort study, which are planned to enroll at least 600 patients who diagnosed the primary gastric cancer (GC); around 50 patients with premalignant gastric lesions (PGLs) and early gastric neoplasias (EGC) treated by endoscopy resection; and no less than 600 healthy normal cohort participants, for more than 18 months in the Spanish population. All participants who enrolled in this registry will be questioned by the life habits survey; and clinical data and biological samples of these participants were analyzed in order to look for new diagnostic tools. The aim of this study is to evaluate clinical, endoscopic and molecular approaches to identify individuals with high-risk of GC. Thus, it would be allow the adoption of preventive measures to reduce mortality through early detection and/or the reduction of its incidence.

The study should evaluate the biological distribution of 99mTc-1-thio-D-glucose in patients with primary brain tumors and recurrence of brain tumors. The primary objective are: 1. To assess the distribution of 99mTc-1-thio-D-glucose in normal tissues and tumors at different time intervals. 2. To evaluate dosimetry of 99mTc-1-thio-D-glucose. 3. To study the safety and tolerability of the drug 99mTc-1-thio-D-glucose after a single injection in a diagnostic dosage. The secondary objective are: 1\. Functional exercise capacities of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) patients decrease with the effect of symptoms and sedentary lifestyle. A decrease in aerobic capacity may be manifested by a decrease in walking distance or speed, or by restriction in activities of daily living. Decreased aerobic capacity is associated with many factors such as increased risk of cardiovascular disease, decline in cognitive functions, and decreased health-related quality of life. In this respect, measurement of aerobic capacity is one of the important physiological measurements in terms of evaluating the existing functional status of individuals and preparing rehabilitation programs appropriately for individuals. According to studies in the literature, functional capacity in MS patients has been found to be associated with many individual and disease-related factors. However, studies on musculoskeletal and respiratory system factors that may affect functional capacity are insufficient in number. The aim of this study is to examine the effects of balance, core muscle strength, trunk muscle structure, lower extremity muscle strength, upper extremity functions, fatigue and respiratory muscle strength on the functional capacities of MS patients. Functional capacities of MS patients who met the inclusion criteria will be evaluated with the 6-Minute Walk Test, balance assessments with the Mini Balance Evaluation Systems Test, the strength of the core muscles with the pressurize biofeedback unit, the thickness of the trunk muscles by the Ultrasound Imaging Method, the muscle strength of the lower extremities with the 5 Times Sit to Stand Test, for upper extremity functions, grip strength will be evaluated with a hand dynamometer and Arm Functions Questionnaire in Multiple Sclerosis, fatigue with the Fatigue Severity Scale and respiratory muscle strength will be evaluated by measuring Maximal Inspiratory Pressure and Maximal Expiratory Pressure with an electronic pressure transducer. The cumulative effects of the parameters to be evaluated on functional capacity in MS patients will be examined by multivariate linear regression analysis and the cumulative total variance will be obtained in terms of R2. Investigation of musculoskeletal system factors that may affect functional capacity and determining which factor contributes more will benefit clinicians and researchers working in this field in terms of evaluating patients and establishing rehabilitation programs.

The objective of this randomized controlled trial is to evaluate whether the investigators modernized IMPACT intervention for depression (eIMPACT), delivered before the onset of cardiovascular disease (CVD), reduces the risk of future CVD. Participants will be primary care patients who are depressed but do not have a history of CVD. Half of the participants will receive standard depression treatment in primary care (usual care), and the other half will receive one year of eIMPACT, a collaborative stepped care program including antidepressants and computerized and telephonic cognitive-behavioral therapy. To evaluate change in CVD risk, the investigators will measure artery function using ultrasound before and after the 1-year treatment period. It is hypothesized that patients who receive the eIMPACT intervention will have greater improvements in artery function than patients who receive usual care.

Recognizing a decline in pediatric primary care visits and immunizations rates, an increase in utilization of the emergency room and stagnating academic achievement, leaders of MetroHealth Medical Center and the Cleveland Metropolitan School District understood that an innovative delivery option would be required to meet the needs of their pediatric urban population. In the fall of 2013, with support from local and regional funders, they collaborated to open the first School Based Health Center in Cleveland. During its first year, the MetroHealth School Health Program provided primary care services to children in 98 clinical care visits. Through an emphasis on population health and care coordination, the School Health Program has grew dramatically, completing over 2,400 visits in the 2017-2018 school year at clinical sites in over 13 schools. The School Health Program has been successful in developing a care management model to improve the percentage of students who complete recommended preventive services including immunization and preventive visits. The investigators intend to apply and expand upon lessons learned to develop an effective multi component asthma care management model that includes (1) registry utilization (2) evidence based clinical care protocols (3) implementation of an Environmental Screening Tool (4) effective utilization of a Medical Legal Partnership (5) effective partnership with an environmental health justice community organization, Environmental Health Watch, for home assessment and remediation (6) utilization of a unique data sharing partnership between a large health system and school district to document health and educational outcomes.
