The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of ibrutinib in combination with obinutuzumab compared to chlorambucil in combination with obinutuzumab based on the Independent Review Committee (IRC) assessment of progression free survival (PFS). Efficacy will be evaluated according to 2008 International Workshop for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (IWCLL) criteria with the modification for treatment-related lymphocytosis, in subjects with treatment-naive CLL or SLL.

The study will estimate the MRD-negative response rate after treatment with blinatumomab in subjects with high-risk DLBCL who are MRD-positive following aHSCT. The better understanding of non-Hodgkin T-cell lymphoma is essential for establishing effective treatment strategy for non-Hodgkin T-cell lymphoma. Therefore, the data about conical features and treatment outcomes of each subtype should be accumulated to establish treatment strategy. However, the majority of previous data for non-Hodgkin T-cell lymphoma was from small case series of single institute. Furthermore, as novel drugs were developed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory T-cell lymphoma, the date from patients who were treated with those novel drugs are especially required because their outcomes may reflect the outcomes of currently available treatments. Thus, a multinational, multicenter prospective registry study is needed to provide information useful for establishing treatment strategies for T-cell lymphoma.

This is a prospective, single-center, open-label, randomized controlled trial aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of entecavir and tenofovir versus entecavir alone in the antiviral treatment of HBV DNA positive B-cell lymphoma patients. This study plans to enroll about 120 participants in total. Recruitment will last for 2 years. The study visit will take place on the first day of each cycle of therapy until the end of the treatment. Participants who meet the inclusion/exclusion criteria were randomly assigned to receive entecavir and tenofovir or entecavir alone after signing the informed consent. HBV DNA will be measured before each cycle of chemotherapy or immunotherapy. When the copy count of HBV DNA drops below 1\*10\^3/L, entecavir single agent will be given orally, until one year after the cycle of therapy. Treatment response will be evaluated routinely after chemotherapy or immunotherapy. Within 2 years after the last participant is enrolled, participants' survival information will collected by telephone and/or clinical visit every 3 months after the last visit (i.e. date and cause of death, subsequent cancer treatment, etc.), if there is no withdrawal of the informed consent form.

The goal of the study is to identify a dose and schedule of CC-486 that can be safely administered with R-CHOP. To evaluate the safety and maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or the maximal administered dose (MAD) of CC-486 in combination with rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone (R-CHOP) in subjects with high risk (IPI 2 or more) previously untreated DLBCL or Grade 3B FL. Also, to determine pharmacokinetics (PK) of CC-486 when administered alone and in combination with R-CHOP and to explore preliminary efficacy of CC-486 plus R-CHOP by 2007 International Working Group (IWG) criteria.

Cutaneous lymphomas are a heterogeneous group of extra-nodal lymphomas. The prognosis of cutaneous lymphomas is extremely variable from one subject to another. In the majority of cases, there is no cure for cutaneous lymphomas. Cutaneous lymphomas primarily affect the skin, and secondarily the blood, lymph nodes and possibly other organs. The discovery of new molecular prognostic factors will allow a better identification of patients at high risk of aggressive evolution and the implementation of a personalized therapeutic strategy. The identification of new therapeutic targets is necessary in order to develop new innovative treatments for cutaneous lymphomas.The primary objective is to identify novel molecular prognostic factors associated with 5-year overall survival in cutaneous lymphoma.

This is a non-interventional, R01-funded pilot study that will identify serum and cellular markers in patients' blood samples that can be used as short-term biomarkers of rituximab response. We hypothesize that serum complement levels, activation of natural killer cells, and clearance of peripheral B-cells will be accurate biomarkers of rituximab response, and may be correlated with long-term outcomes.

Currently, combined chemotherapy (CT) and radiation (RT) is recognized as the standard treatment for high-risk early-stage NKTCL. However, treatment failure occured in nearly 30% of patients receiving CRT and systemic failure are the most common failure form. Chidamide is a HADC inhibitor, which presents satisfactory efficacy in NKTCL especially in terms of improving durable remission time. In our previous study, IMRT followed by GDP was demonstrated effective in early-stage NKTCL. Therefore, we designed a prospective phase II clinical trial of IMRT followed by GDP with or without chidamide in patients with high-risk early-stage NKTCL.
