NCT03976375
This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) with lenvatinib (E7080/MK-7902) vs. docetaxel in participants with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and progressive disease (PD) after platinum doublet chemotherapy and treatment with one prior anti-PD-1/PD-L1 monoclonal antibody (mAb). The primary hypotheses of this study are that pembrolizumab + lenvatinib (compared with docetaxel) prolongs: 1) overall survival (OS); and progression-free survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors Version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) based on blinded independent central review (BICR).
NCT04533451
This trial studies the side effects of pembrolizumab with or without chemotherapy in treating patients with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer that has come back (recurrent) and has spread to other places in the body (advanced). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as pemetrexed and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving pembrolizumab with or without chemotherapy may shrink the tumor in older patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
NCT05274451
This study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of LYL797, a ROR1-targeted CAR T-cell therapy, in patients with ROR1+ relapsed or refractory triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), platinum-resistant epithelial ovarian cancer/ fallopian tube cancer/ primary peritoneal cancer (Ovarian cancer), or Endometrial cancer. The first part of the study will determine the safe dose for the next part of the study, and will enroll patients with TNBC, NSCLC, Ovarian or Endometrial cancer. The second part of the study will test that dose in additional patients with TNBC, NSCLC, Ovarian or Endometrial cancer.
NCT05573035
This is an open-label, multi-center, dose-escalation study with expansion cohorts, designed to evaluate the safety and anti-tumor activity of LYL845, an epigenetically reprogrammed tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy, in participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) metastatic or locally advanced melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and colorectal cancer (CRC).
NCT04351555
This is a Phase III, randomised, controlled, 3-arm, multi-centre study of neoadjuvant osimertinib as monotherapy or in combination with chemotherapy, versus SoC chemotherapy alone, for the treatment of patients with resectable EGFRm Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
NCT06682793
The goal of this study is to test A2B395, an allogeneic logic-gated Tmod™ CAR T-cell product in subjects with solid tumors including colorectal cancer (CRC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and other solid tumors that express EGFR and have lost HLA-A\*02 expression. The main questions this study aims to answer are: * Phase 1: What is the recommended dose of A2B395 that is safe for patients * Phase 2: Does the recommended dose of A2B395 kill the solid tumor cells and protect the patient's healthy cells Participants will be required to perform study procedures and assessments, and will also receive the following study treatments: * Enrollment in BASECAMP-1 (NCT04981119) * Preconditioning lymphodepletion (PCLD) regimen * A2B395 Tmod CAR T cells at the assigned dose
NCT05259696
This is a Phase 1/2, first-in-human, open-label, dose escalation and dose-expansion study of E-602, administered alone and in combination with cemiplimab.
NCT05609578
Study CA239-0010 is an open-label, Phase 2 clinical trial evaluating the clinical efficacy of adagrasib in combination with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy in the first-line setting for patients with advanced NSCLC with TPS ≥ 1%, TPS \<50% and KRAS G12C mutation
NCT02273375
The purpose of this study is to find out whether it is better to receive a new drug, MEDI4736, or better to receive no further treatment after surgery (and possibly chemotherapy) for lung cancer.
NCT04825834
The primary objective of this study, DELFI-L101, is to train and test classifiers for lung cancer detection using the DELFI assay and other biomarker and clinical features.
NCT06122077
The PROACT LUNG study is a prospective multi-center observational study to validate a blood-based test for the early detection of lung cancer by collecting blood samples from high-risk participants who will undergo a routine, standard-of-care screening Low-Dose Computed Tomography (LDCT).
NCT06099639
The purpose of this Medical Access Program is to provide access to HER3-DXd for eligible patients with NSCLC who, in their treating physician's opinion, have an unmet clinical need which cannot be treated with approved and commercially available drugs and who cannot enter a clinical trial prior to commercial availability.
NCT04140526
This is a First-in-Human Phase IA/IB/II open label dose escalation study of intravenous (IV) administration of ONC-392, a humanized anti-CTLA4 IgG1 monoclonal antibody, as single agent and in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors and non-small cell lung cancers.
NCT05059444
The purpose of ORACLE is to demonstrate the ability of a novel ctDNA assay developed by Guardant Health to detect recurrence in individuals treated for early-stage solid tumors. It is necessary that ctDNA test results are linked to clinical outcomes in order to demonstrate clinical validity for recurrence detection and explore its value in a healthcare environment subject to cost containment.
NCT03535740
The primary purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy of brigatinib by confirmed objective response rate (ORR) by response evaluation criteria in solid tumors (Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors \[RECIST\]), in participants with ALK+ locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC whose disease has progressed on therapy with alectinib or ceritinib.
NCT03907852
Gavocabtagene autoleucel (gavo-cel; TC-210) is a novel cell therapy that consists of autologous genetically engineered T cells expressing a single-domain antibody that recognizes human Mesothelin, fused to the CD3-epsilon subunit which, upon expression, is incorporated into the endogenous T cell receptor (TCR) complex. This Phase 1/2 study aims to establish the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) and subsequently evaluate the efficacy of gavo-cel, with and without immuno-oncology agents, in patients with advanced mesothelin-expressing cancers, with overall response rate and disease control rate as the primary Phase 2 endpoints.
NCT04026412
The primary purpose of the study is to compare the effectiveness of nivolumab plus concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) followed by nivolumab plus ipilimumab vs CCRT followed by durvalumab in participants with untreated Locally Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (LA NSCLC).
